Ever since that day when Zhao Liang confessed his feelings to Xin Ye, Zhao Liang had impeccably become the very definition of a leech.

Wherever Xin Ye goes, Zhao Liang follows.

Well, except for going to the bathroom (which he also sometimes wants to go to but ends up getting kicked out by Xin Ye), school (which he also got the fever of being an on-time boyfriend picking up his boyfriend), and etc.

Zhao Liang had also become so sickly sweet to him that Xin Ye sometimes thought that ants had already started nesting in their house seeing how sweet Zhao Liang is with him.

Others who saw the interaction between the two only thought that Zhao Liang is just simply spoiling him but those who were in the know knew that their Master is chasing after their Young Master.

At first, the servants were quite surprised about the sudden turn of events but knowing the personality of their Master very well, they knew that he had "well" intentions, so they sometimes help him in chasing their Young Master.

They will put up "I love you" on every food he eats, and put his favorite flowers on vases with the letter "from Zhao Liang", they even put up surprise parties for both of them which Xin Ye only gave a shrug and move on.

Seeing their Young Master unmoved by all of this, the servants can only cheer their Master up on moving this somehow big mountain in a water of love.

Despite Xin Ye's indifferent response to him, Zhao Liang still never gave up on him and chased Xin Ye with all of his heart.

He will be satisfied as long as Xin Ye just glances at him or smile at him which had become a rarity when he confessed to him.

Xin Ye on the other hand just received all the things and gifts coming his way in an indifferent manner, why not?

He could not make Zhao Liang stop anyway so he just let him be, in time he will stop on his own when he gets tired of him.

"Young Master Xin, I made you cookies. It's a thank you gift for saving me last time, I still hadn't thanked you so I....."

Yi QianQian look down bashfully, she shyly gives the box to Xin Ye who had a dark expression on it.

"How lucky!"

"Receiving a gift from my goddess, Xin Ye you lucky dog!"

The people who saw this scene threw out different kinds of bullshits as they watch if he will take the box or not.

If he takes it, they will beat him.

If not, they will still beat him.

'So, that was why I was having an ominous feeling throughout the day. This mentally challenged FL is here to chase me again. How many times do I need to tell her to get as far away from me as possible!'

Xin Ye who was being chased by the FL for weeks had already tired Xin Ye to the bones, every time she shows up, he always needed to hide to get away from her.

One time, he even jumped out from the third floor just to get away from her.

Jumping out the window was really cool but he got a sprain after and another opportunity for Zhao Liang to harass him in the name of helping out.

"Thanks. Since I got your gift now, you don't need to see me every day. Are you still not tired?"

Mistaking Xin Ye's helpless reply as worry, Yi QianQian shamelessly grab Xin Ye's sleeves as she innocently smiled at him.

Xin Ye's face darkened as he stared at the demon's claw holding unto his sleeves.

"I'm not tired at all, as long as it's Young Ma-- ah!"

Yi QianQian's hand was suddenly smacked hard away from Xin Ye's sleeve.

The person who had the guts to do this was none other than Zhao Liang, his face was as black as a kettles pot as he glared at her.

"A'Li!"

Xin Ye was surprised to see Zhao Liang suddenly appearing beside him. He felt like a cheating wife being caught by her husband red-handed.

'When did he arrive?!'

"Let's go."

Zhao Liang grabs Xin Ye's wrist dragged him towards his car and forcefully put him inside shutting the car door behind him.

Before getting in the car, Zhao Liang glared once again at Yi QianQian who was frozen stiff at where she is standing.

Zhao Liang shut the car door behind him and quickly drove off wanting to get out of that place as fast as possible.

Seeing that his face was very dark, Xin Ye did not dare to speak.

Zhao Liang was in a bad mood, very bad mood.

Who won't be?

The very moment he arrived at Xin Ye's school, he saw him accepting a gift from a little "pretty cute girl", this scene already made his blood boil.

But the next scene even made his blood boil madly, the "girl" held unto Xin Ye's sleeves!

He, Zhao Liang was not even able to hold onto his bag because of what happened before but that girl really dared to grab him by his sleeves!

The ride home was pretty silent as Zhao Liang was burning with jealousy inside while Xin Ye just kept quiet, silence is his friend after all.

After half an hour, the two finally arrived home.

Xin Ye then quickly got out of the car but Zhao Liang stop him and grab him back.

"What?" Xin Ye raised his eyebrow at him.

"Take it off." Zhao Liang demanded.

"What?" Xin Ye asked again as he did not know what Zhao Liang wanted him to take off.

"Take your coat off. Take it off!" Zhao Liang said.

He grips Xin Ye's coat tightly in his hands, if he could he wanted to rip that coat to shreds.

He looked at the coat like it was his greatest enemy.

(Coat: What did I do?!

Harmonieca: Nothing? You just got a little well, many germs so you needed to die! Who told you to get touched by the FL.)

"What are you doing? Stop!" Xin Ye pushed Zhao Liang away.

"You still have that?!"

Zhao Liang's anger seemed to have been fueled up when he saw the box in Xin Ye's hands.

Xin Ye look at his hand and was also surprised that he was still holding the box of cookies given by the FL.

He was really going to throw it away earlier if only Zhao Liang did not suddenly grab him away.

"A'Ye! Do you really like her?! Tell me!"

Zhao Liang held both of his shoulders as he shook him, his eyes reddened as tears threatened to fall out.

Yes, he had been positive all this time and that is because he knew that Xin Ye had no one he loves and that he is confident that he can make him fall in love with him.

But seeing a rival in love and most of all it was a girl, can he really make him love him back? A man.

Zhao Liang felt his knees weaken as he fell to his knees, he felt that all of his hope was gone.

His eyes turned dull as he tried to accept his loss.

"A'Li, what's wrong? A'Li!"

Seeing Zhao Liang like this, Xin Ye could not help but get worried.

Xin Ye quickly kneeled down and shook him back to life but no matter what he do, Zhao Liang seemed to not hear him.

"A'Li! Zhao Liang!"

Xin Ye was really worried seeing the always optimistic man like a soulless doll.

How can a person become a soulless doll? He also has no idea.

It would be a lie if Xin Ye said he did not think that Zhao Liang's reaction was too exaggerated to the point of closing himself off to the world.

He just fell out of love not killed or dead!

Xin Ye tried his best to come up with ideas but he could not come up with one when suddenly his eyes caught the box beside him.

He remembered that before Zhao Liang became like that, he was yelling about the box and coat.

"I have an idea!"

Xin Ye quickly grab the box in his hand.

"A'Li, look'"

Xin Ye threw the box high up in the air until it was nowhere to be found.

"Satisfied?"

Xin Ye looked at Zhao Liang but he seemed to be unmoved.

"What about this?"

Xin Ye took his coat off and throw it to the ground, he used it as a rag and stumped on it repeatedly.

"Huh?"

But still, nothing happened.

"Hey A'Li, wake up! Hey!"

Xin Ye kneeled in front of him and shook him once again, Zhao Liang just looked at him with his soulless eyes and a cold one at that.

Xin Ye could not help but shiver when he saw his ice-cold eyes, it was the very same eyes he saw in him the moment they first met.

His eyes at that time were soulless like a doll and cold like it was a millennium glacier but the moment he saw Xin Ye something changed in him, his eyes suddenly turned warm and full of life.

Xin Ye despite not wanting to surrender to the man in front of him, could also not help but worry about his sake.

He may be indifferent to Zhao Liang but he still cares about him.

A day of affection had already formed a bond between the two of them.

"Damn! Do I really have to do it? But I don't really want the current Zhao Liang to disappear." Xin Ye said.

'It's just a little, it won't hurt, right?'

Xin Ye was hesitant at first but he forced himself to do it anyways, he closed his eyes and leaned in.

'It's just a kiss anyway!'

After feeling his lips touch with Zhao Liang's lips, Xin Ye quickly backed away and look at Zhao Liang.

Zhao Liang whose eyes were dull and cold had once again sparked with life as he look at Xin Ye in surprise.

Like snow white awoken by her prince charming's kiss, he was pulled out from the endless darkness and into the light.

"It's good you're okay!" Xin Ye said before quickly running away like he was being chased by rabid dogs.

He really does not want to face Zhao Liang at that moment after what he just did.

Zhao Liang who was left kneeling on the ground was dumbfounded for a time before he broke into a smile and into a laugh, he never knew that Xin Ye still cares about him so much.

When Zhao Liang was in his dull state earlier, he was actually being plunged deep into his darkness once again.

The consciousness as a data that he had formed was being pulled back by an invisible force back to the darkness where he should belong.

Having his own consciousness and even straying into another path was already too much for the plot, he had strayed too much that his data must be erased and reset at the same time before his whole being affects the plot further.

But because of his strong will and determination, it was still a long way before the world could reset his data.

But that momentary weakness he had shown earlier gave the world's system a chance to invade his data and tried to reset him back to who he once was.

But because of Xin Ye's kiss, he was able to wake up and the world's evil schemes were obstructed.

Remembering what Xin Ye had done earlier, Zhao Liang's face heated up.

He touched his lips with his thumb finger and broke into a wide smile.

"Sweet."
