It's been a week now that kirian travel back in time and he is now training of 100 push up, 100 sit up and 10km run!

With a weight on his two arm of 2kg each and 1.5kg in each of his feet. he is not struggling like he try to increase the gravity to 2kg on his first attempt on the weights.
