The car crunched to a stop on the gravel driveway, and I practically vibrated with excitement.

Zaya's villa loomed before us, a masterpiece of glass and stone bathed in soft golden light. It looked like something straight out of a luxury travel magazine.

Even from the outside, it screamed sophistication, with its sleek lines, towering windows, and perfectly manicured gardens. I couldn't help but gape as I stepped out of the car, my sneakers barely making a sound on the smooth path.

"Wow," I whispered, spinning in a slow circle to take it all in. "You actually live here?"

Zaya smirked, grabbing her bag from the backseat. "Don't get too impressed. It's just a house."

I gave her a look. "A house? This is a villa. You're living the dream, Zaya."
