"Five people?" "Does it say which people gets to live?" "No." "Great, now we're all gonna die except for five people who might not even deserve to live." "James, just stop." "No, I won't stop, we're all literally dying here and if we don't burn the teachers's bodies then we're all screwed." "Wait..." I look back at the note.

"It says we have to kill the monsters, right?" "Yeah, and to kill the monsters we have to..." I snap my fingers, knowing we were both thinking the same thing. "We have to burn their bodies." "Right, and how are we going to do that when the monsters are guarding the bodies?" "Distractions." Michael suggested.

"Who would be crazy enough to volunteer being a potential victim to a vicious monster?" "I will." I raise my hand." "Tia, are you sure you're going to do this?" "Yeah, so who's with me?" I look around and see Vernon, Lia, Michael, Serena, and Alexis raising their hand. "Good, now let's get to planning."

We gather the desks to form a table and we sit down around it. "So who are we gonna go for first?" "Well it depends on who looks the most dangerous." "I saw a banshee earlier, I think we should go for that first." "Yeah, it was pretty fast." We all agree on the banshee. "Okay, we're gonna go for the banshee."

"How about the body?" "Who is the banshee's body?" "Yeah, the spider was the janitor's, so what about the banshee?" "It's Mrs.Garcia's body." I recommended. "Me and Anna found this book earlier, and it has some information about what's happening."

I lay the book on the table. "What is this?" "Demonic possessions?" I open the book and flip to the page we saw earlier and read it. "The spirits turned into the teachers' worst version? As well as turning them into demonic demons?" "Yes, since Mrs.Garcia is the music teacher she has to be the banshee."

"Now we only need to find where the body is hidden." "Let's go because we're running out of time." We all run out the classroom and split into two groups, the first group will distract the banshee, and the second group will find the body.

We run upstairs and once we get there we see a group of students running as blood spurts from the classroom they came from.

"What the hell is happening?!" "It's killing everyone, Run!!!" They run past us and once they're gone we see the monster they we're running from.

*High pitched screaming* The banshee flys out the classroom as it's sucking a students soul, soon snapping the head. "I think we should run..." *High pitched screaming* the banshee turns to our direction and soars toward us, we run downstairs and into the school garden.

(IN THE SCHOOL GARDEN)

"They better have found that body because we're about to die!" "Just keep running!" We run in circles around the school until Lia asks me..."Do the rules apply to the demons?" "I'm not sure."

"We should try." "That's too risky." "Trust me." "Okay fine, follow me." We break off from the group and go to the school gate. "What are they doing?" The others look at us as we run away.

"We're gonna make it leave the school? How? We're gonna have to leave for it to follow us." "Trust me, this will work." We arrive at the gate and the banshee catches up. *High pitched screaming*

"At three we run to the gate." Lia nods. "One..." The banshee stops and states. "Two..." it slowly floats up and..."Three." We run to the gate and it follows us.

"We run and soon the banshee is a few meters to us. "Duck!" We duck down and the banshee misses us, going through the gate. *High pitched screaming* "Ugh!!" The screams became louder and louder, but soon it stopped.

"Huh?" We look at where the banshee used to be and it was gone. "We did it!" We hug eachother as we celebrate our accomplishment. "We need to find the others and tell them about this."

Lia nods and we go to look for the others. "This changes a lot of things, you know that right?" "Yeah, you're right, if we can't find the bodies then we'll just make them do the rules." "I'm not sure if it this will always work." "At least we have a second option."

We continue our walk and soon we find the others. "Guys!" We run to them. "What happened? Where did you two go?" "We have something to tell you all." Me and Lia gathered them around the bench and explained what happened.

"The rules applies to the monsters as well?" "Yeah." "I don't get it, why would it apply to them? I thought Mrs.Apple made the rules so that it would be harder to kill the monsters." Michael asked. "Why did you just mention the principal?" "Right, you guys don't know yet."

We explain what happened with Mrs.Apple. "She's the one behind all of this and all the of the students that died out of nowhere is because they entered a hypnotic state which made them commit suicide?" "Exactly."

"I think the rules are just the school rules." "Yeah, so if we follow the rules then we'll be fine." They all applauded, glad about the information we gathered. *Candy wrapper falls* "Clean that up, Paul." "Why would I? It's just a stupid candy wrapper—"

He stands up. "Paul?" He walks towards the trash can. "No!" We all try to stop him, seeing he was hypnotized. "Take him to where there's no potential danger!" We gang up on Paul, pulling him away. "We can't stop him!" The guy from earlier comes.

"You're the one that burned the janitor's body." "Let him go." "What? But we can save him!" "Just let him go!" He pushes us all and Paul escapes. "Paul no!" Paul puts his hand inside the trash can and takes out a bottle of glue. "Stop him!" We all run to him but it was too late. *Choking* Paul chokes on the glue and falls down, dead.

"Noooo!!!" Alexis pushes through us and runs to Paul. "Alexis?" "Paul was her boyfriend, they were dating in secret." Vernon explained. ".." I walk to her and squat down. "It'll be okay, he's in a better place now." I continue to look at her and I could see Alexis' eyes burning with rage until she stands up. "Let's go."

"No!" She grabs the guy responsible for Paul's death. "What?" She slaps him. "What the f*ck?!" "Alexis no!" Alexis enters a state of hypnosis. "No!!" I grab her. "Someone help me please!!" The others help me. "You already know she's going to die, so why not let her die already?!" The guy slowly walks toward us.

"Stop!" "Huh?" We all look behind us and see Serena. "Step aside." "But-" "I said step aside." We all let go of Alexis." *Water splashes* Serena dowses Lia with water. *Gasp* "Alexis?" Alexis looks at us. "Guys?" "You're alive!" We all run to hug her until we hear the guy from earlier chuckle. "You really think you saved her?"

"What do you mean?" "Dowsing her with water was a pretty smart idea, but it won't work since the hypnosis will come back in a few minutes." "What?" "The water shocked her body that's how she's back, but you can never escape the hypnosis no matter what you do." "And why would we trust you?"

"One...two..." He looks at us, and smirks. "Three." Alexis' eyes turn white and she bites her wrist, ripping it open, and making blood spurts out. "Alexis no!" We all run to her. "No...I don't—want—to die..." As blood kept spurting out her, soon all that was left in my arms was her lifeless body.

"Guys!" Lucas yells from the school entry. "What?!" "We found something!" Everyone follows as me and the others cover up Alexis' body. *Door closing* Lucas leads us into the gym. "Why did you bring us here?" "Look." He points to the stage and we look, seeing a message written in blood.
