Epilogue/End Credits

The room was only dark and all there was was the candle in front of a mirror where a minor princess stood in front of it wearing a white dress with gold lining around it. Her hair was red orange and short with a pair of two feathers. "Papa, it's so bright!" She said in joy to her father who was a Duke of the kingdom Solaris was first created in. "That is Solaris, my dear. It's only a candle for now but one day, it wants to release itself for bad. But don't worry, the good guys will keep it away from Gaia, another bad guy. He is kept inside of the Guardian of Gaia." The Duke told his daughter, who continuously stared at the small light. "But why do they do this kind of thing, papa?" She asked in curiosity. Zay and Aloy only understood she was so young to remember why Solaris was created.

It was the god of sun and light that Soleanna worshipped. "But one day, the flame will grow big and strong. But we do not believe the lies we are told. I think Solaris is not a bad guy but somebody who is nice enough to give us light and sun. That's why we worship him!" The Duke informed. The daughter of the Duke was surprised by the facts she was being told. "But the Guardian of Gaia is the good guy who stops Gaia from being released for evil. It is the consciousness of Solaris and there's Iblis, the raw power of this thing. That one jackal named Zay, which I hear you love playing with him, is one of those good guys. That's why he appears at every parade we have. And soon in your life, you will become the princess of this kingdom and praise Solaris for the light they have given. What a lovely gift we are blessed to have." The Duke finished. "Bye, mister sun god. I hope to see you one day!" The daughter said before walking away close to her father.

The candle grew slightly taller as Aloy and Zay walked up to its light. Aloy was shining with her Super transformation while Zay was completely normal. Tears slowly filled his eyes after what he heard of the past he never heard. "I just wonder why I was chosen to possess such evil. I just wish..." Zay finished early. Aloy looked at the candle and back at Zay for a few seconds and asked "Wished what?" He replied, "I wish this wasn't my hometown. If it wasn't, none of this would've happened in the first place." He said, tears rolling down his cheeks. "Those echidna tribes wanted Iblis for worship because they were so power hungry. Now look what I've done." Zay continued, staring at the candle that was dancing in the breath of the wind. "You never deserve to say that about yourself, Zero. You've become the General of the Army for DCP and saved the whole world twice! Why would anybody wanna leave you like that! Now, once you extinguish this flame, Gaia won't be a thing anymore and you won't have all that pain you hid."

Zay nodded in agreement and placed two fingers behind and in front of the flame, therefore killing the light. That was when Zay felt a surge of energy release within him when a blue and light purple trace circled in the air, and Zay's thoughts were soulful. "I feel...much recovered now. Let's get back to everyone, they're all waiting for us." Aloy opened a portal back to the present time after agreeing with Zay's suggestion.

The resistance were cheering their victory, when one of their best known advisors were to give a speech of wisdom about the hero they fought with...

The resistance were sitting around chatting casually as the Rookie stared at the large scale screen and wondered, "Is now the time I finally go home for my service?" Ice Warriors and Dark Warriors had a permanent treaty, to where they'll never attempt to take over Summit or void any of their invasions or evil deeds to the world. That was when Mustapha and the members of the Morningstar family, Lucifer and Skylark Nate and Aloy, walked in with Zay. "Okay everyone, the war is over. You can all go home as the Resistance can rest though one can't clean the world on our own. That was when the Rookie and Radkon announced they were departing from DCP. "What, you're leaving us?" Gingersnap asked. "If there's other who need leaders like you, then I won't stop you." TheMightyA entered the conversation. "Man, first time you killed Zay, I didn't know you would join us to fight an evil you wish didn't exist."

TheMightyA said as Radkon and the Rookie waved goodbye to the Resistance. "Make sure we have a treaty." Radkon teased Zay before stepping out to start his new life as a veteran of his army. "Even with that out of the way, it's not like Wassim showed up at the last minute with the whole Death Dorito idea just to look cool." Africa said, as Shadow shrugged, arms crossed and laid back against the wall casually. A PA intercom that could be heard over the whole city went off claiming that all citizens head to City Hall of Summit, where a speech was being held by the glorious advisor everyone loved besides Zay: Wwebestfan. "Looks like the big cheese is holding a speech? I'll meet you guys there!" Zay said, dashing away from headquarters and through Summit where the citizens clapped for his honor. "Good thing you made it, Zero."

Wwe greeted as Zay screeched his feet against the ground in a hard effort to slow down. Once everyone was seated there, he spoke:

"Zay was an excellent General I could meet this far. Since the beginning of DCP's history, honor, strength and protection were the top priorities we searched endlessly for from leaders, and that's what Zay ultimately represented. On and off the battlefield, he proved that being defeated doesn't truly kill one but make them stronger. Zay is such an influence to this Resistance everyone was proud and brave enough to form, whether it was rag-tag or perfectly true to be, this world has now seen what DCP is truly known for. No matter where the adventure goes, just know you will never be alone, as DCP is always watching over you. This jackal was the one who was loving and supportive enough to walk through Hell with everyone when Heaven was just a glimpse away. Zay was thoughtful and open minded in his decisions, always lifted ones up to his arms when they were wounded and kept up his fight even if his conditions were not good enough to fight. Now, as the honors that are the highest I may bestow, all members of the Resistance have now gotten a promotion to be able to spend more time off the battlefield until they are completely ready to fulfill their journey as a General of the Army. Great job everyone. Although for our enemy forces of Ice Warriors, Dark Warriors and Redemption Force, they have agreed to never show their faces around us again; a treaty has been signed. Although for Pirates, they are allied with us, and visits to their territories are permitted. This army has been raised to new heights, and you have proven one thing: A true soldier fights not because they hate what's in front of them, but he loves what's behind them."

The speech ended and the Resistance members walked up stage to earn their medals of a flying eagle and the Medal of Excellence. The crowd of the citizens of Summit shouted their names in victory. "Now, who's ready for a great day of celebration?!" Rah announced as everyone roared and began partying. While they did so, the rookie was watching the sun setting down to the horizon in the oceans that surrounded the beautiful city. The light breeze blew upfront and his thoughts of being such a hero to the world was delightful. "You're parting, too? Well it was good fighting with you to the very end." Zay told him. "Honestly, you and I aren't so different. See you later...buddy."

Zay gave one final fist bump to the Rookie as he waved goodbye, Zay giving a thumbs up behind while running and sprinted onward back to the city with a huge smile on his face. The rookie took one look at his communicator wristband and with a grin on his face, shot his grapple and began swinging out of Summit, wondering which adventures awaited. The parade was colorful with lights and dancers wandering around. Wwebestfan was waving to the citizens and the promoted Resistance members were cheering and thanking everyone for their support. Fireworks bursted in the air, with the crowd cheering more. Shadow only watched the party go on and viewed the spotlights and casino music playing.

"I guess my brother wasn't really a guardian of a dangerous spirit after all?" He asked Aloy. While the conversation went on, Zay was rushing for a spot at a rooftop to view the crowd partying. He boosted through the conversations and passed behind Shadow and Aloy. They felt the wind blow and asked what it was. "Just ignore it, I'm sure he is up to something." Shadow interrupted Aloy's confusion. A feather of white floated away above in the air of fireworks and the parade as Zay saw it fly up to the full moon that was shining.

He was happy to know he was back at home at last from the painful wars and he saw the dark sky of purple clouds and the white moon where above everyone was the light green and blue and pink of the aurora above. Being a hero that saved the world even if it means dying for their own army. That's the kind of hero Zay transformed into.

Meanwhile at a random area of grassy land outside of Summit, a few leaves circled where a portal made of a golden ring appeared where hopped out the trio of Blackheart, Absence and Meer, presumed dead. One of them had a tracker and told the other two, "We finally made it back! I just hope we're not too late to reunite!" Blackheart was randomly teleported to another dimension but when Solaris was erased, it saved the future of Absence and Meer. Black Doom never managed to rebirth the world, and their city was a beautiful technology world. "Let's hurry, everyone is waiting for us!" Meer said before following the squad, boosting away to search for the Resistance. A new journey would begin soon...
