Leaving The Su Kingdom

Ming Ru sighed as he patted her head

"Don't worry the child is safe." Ming Ru said to her

"Good thing that you have a strong body and the poison was also weaker, you will have to take medication every day to keep your child stable from here on out." Ming Ru said to her and she nodded

"Now what should we tell them?" Ming Ru asked her since she had not said anything to her

"Tell them that I've lost the child and I don't remember a thing." Bai Qing said to him and he nodded

"Will you stay here?" Ming Ru asked her and she shook her head 

"I will do everything in my power to leave the palace and return home." Bai Qing said to him and he nodded

"I will do as you say." Ming Ru said to her and she nodded

"Thank you, wait for me at the city gate. Let us go home together." Bai Qing said to him and he nodded

"I'll wait even if you didn't say anything. You and your child are in a weak state, you will need someone to take care of you on the way." Ming Ru said to her 

"Here." Ming Ru said as he handed her some medicine, Bai Qing took it and looked at him

"What is this for?" Bai Qing asked him and he smiled as he patted her head 

"Silly, it's to nourish your and your child's health." Ming Ru said to her, that Bai Qing had taken it from him 

"Oh, here this will erase your memory for a few days." Ming Ru said to her and she nodded

Bai Qing heard people talking, she quickly ate the medicine that Ming Ru gave her and soon Tian Qi burst into her room but she had already swallowed the medicine and no longer recognized Tian Qi

"Bai Qing." Tian Qi said to her as he took hold of her hand but she looked at him confused and yanked her hands back, she said nothing to him at all 

"Bai Qing, don't be mad at me." Tian Qi said as he tried to get closer to her in bed but she backed away from him 

"I...I don't know you." Bai Qing said to him 

"What do you mean? I'm your husband." Tian Qi said to her but she shook her head and tears streamed down her face 

"I don't know who you are. I want to go home." Bai Qing said to him and tried to stand but was still too weak so she fell but he took hold of her 

"Let me go! Let me go!" Bai Qing shouted but she felt tired and fainted, the next time she opened her eyes again he was sitting beside her with a concerned face. she had no idea who he was, she tried to get up from the bed but he took hold of her

"We've lost our child, I can't lose you too." Tian Qi said to her, at that moment even though she no longer knew him there was still some anger inside her. That night he stayed with her all night long but Bai Qing went to bed 

There was nothing that Tian Qi could do, she was a disposed princess and everyone wanted her to die but he didn't want to kill the love of his life.

So to appease everyone he decided to send her back to her kingdom as soon as she recovered and while she was recovering he tried to win her heart back but a month passed and there was nothing from her to show him that he had won her back at all. 

The two of them stood at the gate of the palace, Bai Qing was about to step away from him but he took hold of her arm

"Can you think this over?" Tian Qi asked her but she didn't look back at him, she pulled her hands away from him and walked toward the carriage 

"Bai Qing, please. Please think this over, I love you." Tian Qi said to her as she climbed onto the carriage but she said nothing nor did she look at him at all. The medicine that Ming Ru gave her to erase her memories stopped working 

"A'Qing." Tian Qi called out to her, she clenched her hand. He has not called her this in a very long time but she still can't forgive him and she never will either. He opened the curtain of her carriage 

"I'll do anything for you, can't you please stay?" Tian Qi asked her 

"I want to go home." Bai Qing said to him 

"But this is your home." Tian Qi said to her 

"I don't know you." Bai Qing said 

"Please, just let me go. Whatever you and I had in the past, that's in the past." Bai Qing said and pushed his hand away from the window 

"Go." Bai Qing ordered and the carriage started moving toward the gate but Tian Qi followed her, hanging by the window

"PLEASE! PLEASE DON'T LEAVE ME!" Tian Qi pleaded with her, it broke her heart. As the carriage got faster and lost him, Bai Qing pulled her legs in and sobbed quietly 

"Please go faster, I don't want to be here anymore!" Bai Qing ordered and she could feel the carriage get faster 

"BAI QING! A'QING!" His pleading soon faded away, she could only hear her sobbing and the horse hoofs. Soon enough they arrived at the city gates. Ming Ru came into the carriage and saw the mess that she was but he said nothing as he climbed into the carriage 

"If it hurt to leave him behind, there was no need to leave." Ming Ru said to her after a while in the carriage but she shook her head 

"If I stayed there will only be more pain." Bai Qing said to him and he pulled her in 

"There, there. My little crybaby, you've always been so brave." Ming Ru said to her and he smiles 

"I believe that the last time you cried this hard was when Master Wu and the mistress passed. That was my first time to see the strong young miss cry." Ming Ru said and she hugged him

It took them three days and three nights before they arrived at the gates of the Min Kingdom, Ming Ru rushed her to the palace to get more treatment. Once her brother and sister saw the state that she was in they were angry but they couldn't do anything but heal their sister. 

Bai Ling and the prince of the Min Kingdom married each other when Bai Qing went to the Su Kingdom, there was no bad news from the Su Kingdom about Bai Qing, so they could only think that she was living a life without any problems. Yet she came back to them all tethered and weak. 

"What happened to her?" Bai Ling asked Ming Ru, Ming Ru explained what had happened while he was in the Su Kingdom to everyone. 

"How could they?!" Princess Que Gu shouted but her brother hushed her 

"The death of an heir is not something light." Prince Min Chu said 

"But they set my sister up!" Bai Ling said and Wu Ning paced back and forth in the room 

"For now we must nurse her health back up." Wu Ning said to them and they agreed but there was something that Ming Ru didn't tell them; her child.
