changes:new route part 2-a future disaster
Naruto was sweating bullets as he lifted himself and tried to move his hand forward but he lost balance and flopped on his face.
"This is so hard but I can't give up if I want to be hokage"
Naruto managed to get on his knees but fell flat again.
"We have a lot of time so don't rush or you might break something"
Sasuke tried to stand but he fell on his back.
"What happened with Haku?"
"ma he's been free from probation and promoted to a chunnin though his skills in wave should make him a jounin"

"I mean not really considering how he handled you last time"
"I didn't know we could make jabs about that sensei"
"I was stating a fact not jabbing at your failings"

"so if we attack Konoha along with the sand we'll get to take the nine tails"
"yes all yours with your battle-hardened veterans of the civil war it should be a good match"
"We do owe you one for helping us take down yagura before more clans were massacred"
"of course, I'm looking forward to seeing you in the chunnin exams"

Orochimaru turned leaving the office of the mizukage when he was out of the village gates he couldn't help but laugh.
"hmhmhmhm hahahahaha Oh Sarutobi sensei you really should have killed me when you had the chance but now Konoha will burn facing a war from 2 fronts I've gotten far stronger and I can't wait to see that perfect view of the inferno-engulfed village then I'll fully agree that the village has the will of fire"
he disappeared leaving echoes of his laughter envisioning his perfect victory.

Sasuke suddenly felt a shiver down his spine as he felt something bad was going to happen though he knew what it was he felt like it was going to be worse. So he steeled himself and with sheer will he made one hard step toward the post the hours of defying the weight on his body made him feel like he was burning but he tried to stay up. Seeing this and not wanting to be beaten by his rival Naruto stood defiant to the weight shakily trying to stay up.

Sakura was just able to pull herself off her face she seemed a lot more warn out than Naruto and Sasuke but still tried to stay conscious. Kakashi seeing this was satisfied and made some clones.
"you all did well today I just wanted to see how you'd all hold up with this type of training Naruto and Sasuke will be keeping on the same weights but Sakura you'll need a little less not to say your effort was bad it was great but recognizing the pace in which you can improve is important as a shinobi"
when one of the clones removed the weights Sakura passed out from exhaustion. The clone picked her up and disappeared.
"you guys will have to live with those for the time being"
"keep them on...that means we have to walk home in these"
"yep but you'll have to sleep on the floor unless you want to break it"
Sasuke glared at him while Naruto dragged himself to the post and grabbed his bento and dropped on his butt and started scarfing down his food Sasuke did the same but not as sloppy.

The kazekage was in his office with team Baki.
"This is an S-rank mission Baki Tamari and Kankuro you three are to position Gaara to transform when the time comes we can't back out since he has Kiri's support so don't fail me understood!?"
"Yes, Lord Kazekage!"
Rasa glared at his son to hear an answer.
"...Yes father.."
"alright dismissed!"
when they left Rasa looked out at his village.
'this time we will win and no longer have a problem with our agricultural needs unfortunately I might not be around to see us succeed'
