The dream

Alina!! wake up ...I jolted awake with a terrifying scream sweating and panting ....not again

"Alina are you okay?" Sophie asked me. She woke up thirsty and went to drink some water only to come back and find Alina shivering and mumbling some incoherent words.

"Yeah I'm fine.....What time is it?" Alina said , taking the cup of water from Sophie and took a big gulp . She's been having the same dream ever since that accident when she was 13 , it's stopped for some time only to start reoccurring since last month. Maybe it's because of the approaching anniversary....

"3AM " Sophie replied with a yawn . She came home late last night from work and needed some sleep badly . "Am going back to bed , try to get some sleep okay" Sophie said standing up yawning again and going to her room .

"Thanks Sophie" I replied and she waved back before closing the door softly.

I switched on the lights knowing I won't be able to sleep anymore

Changed the bedsheets and pillows , I laid down on the bed staring up at the ceiling and sighing.

Her life changed 10years ago , the pictureof blood dripping from her parents head and the car hanging half of the cliff can never be erased from her memory .

Picking up her phone and staring at the time" I really need to get some sleep " she signed

Alina switched off the lights and counted sheep ...
