Savage: The Night Wizard - (A Harry Potter Fanfic)

I was an ordinary boy with a simple life... That is, until the day I died... and now I don't even know what is common in my life anymore! But in reality... I prefer it like this. Who would like to be normal if you could be a wizard? Especially if you're the greatest wizard ever! Well... I don't. ****************************************** Also help me in Patrë-on /Se7enX, there are advanced chapters for you and it motivates me to write even more. ¡Hola amigos! ¡Aquí está el nuevo capítulo de Savage!

The next day when I went down with the boys to have breakfast in the Great Hall, I looked at the hourglass of stitches and saw that Gryffindor was down 150 stitches, which didn't surprise me. I also saw that Slytherin was down 50 points, different from the 20 it should have been. And this is due to the fact that I may or may not have caused Malfoy to be found outside the corridors wearing girly pajamas right after receiving a scolding from Professor McGonagall and Professor Snape.

"Wow, how did they miss those points? Was it Fred and George?" Anthony asked, surprised.

"I don't know who it was, but I know it makes Gryffindor's chances of winning the House Cup smaller than they already were," Terry replied, almost glowing with euphoria.

"You're hanging out with Andrew a lot," I commented dryly.

"Are you going to tell me you're not happy?" he asked me.

"Happy with other people's misfortunes and suffering? Hmm...Yes, I am" I replied with a slightly overjoyed smile, which Terry imitated.

"Sometimes you scare me" Anthony muttered.

"Well, whatever the reason Gryffindor lost so many points, I know they're not happy at all" Terry commented, pointing to the lions who were scowling looking at the points.

"With the speed that news and rumors spread at this school, we'll probably find out the truth by lunchtime," I commented, shrugging my shoulders, and receiving two nods from the boys.

And as I said, by lunchtime the whole school knew that the point loss for both Gryffindor and Slytherin was caused by Weasley, Potter, Nev, and Malfoy.

As Granger had already lost 40 points at the beginning of the year, the members of the golden trio began to be isolated by the other lions, along with Nev. The only difference was the twins saying how proud they were of their brother for entering the world of troublemakers

Malfoy didn't suffer the same as they did in Slytherin, mainly because he was bragging about being the one who made Gryffindor lose so many points, and also because no one wanted to mess with Lucius Malfoy's son. But I could see the less favorable way the other Slytherins were looking at him.

And while all this was happening in the two most troublesome houses in the school, the Ravenclaw celebrated the fact that we were way ahead of the other houses in the dispute for the house cup.

At night

After another day with many lessons and assignments given by the teachers, I was finally able to rest in my room, or at least that's what I would do if I didn't have other unfinished business to attend to.

"Unicorns" I said to my ATLAS bracelet, and immediately the scroll with a map in my hands changed, now showing some blue dots on the map at the bottom of the forbidden forest.

Those blue dots on the map were all the unicorns that were inside the castle wards, and this is also one of the special functions of my map. Thanks to me being able to "scan" the magic of the unicorns in the forbidden forest, now my map can also locate them all.

I can do this with any magical creature, but only if I've scanned their magic signatures. I've done this with several species of creatures in the forbidden forest, with Thestrals and Acromantulas being some of those creatures.

But back to why I'm looking for unicorns. I did this so I could know where they were, and if any of them were in danger, which was not the case as they were deep in the forest, being protected by the centaur tribe.

Knowing that these noble creatures, particularly the little foal I have yet to name, were all safe, I was able to sigh in relief.

"With this Quirrellmort won't be able to recover much of his strength since he won't have ingested the unicorns' blood" I muttered to myself in the emptiness of my room.

"But now there's the problem that I don't know if he has another way to get his strength and health back, because I doubt that someone who has studied magic so deeply, especially black magic, as he does doesn't know one or two other ways to regain your strength" I said, frowning.

While I was thinking about the possible dark arts that Voldemort knows about, I saw movement at one of the main points I asked the map to mark, which was the name of Professor Quirrell and Tom Riddle.

Quirrell's name was superimposed on Riddle's, meaning he was in charge of the body, and I could see that thanks to another map function.

Quirrell was in his office pacing erratically back and forth. He then stopped, and then Riddle's name started to overlap with Quirrell's, to the point where his name almost disappeared.

Quirrell, now Riddle, turned and hurriedly walked out of his office, and I didn't even have to wait to find out where he was going.

Rising quickly from my bed, I began to put on my darkest clothes, which I happened to buy precisely to improve my stealth on these night outs.

My outfit was a black pants and a black long-sleeved shirt with small silver details, and a black hooded jacket to cover my hair. I also had leather and iron boots, all in black too. I also wore knee braces and had some pockets with expansion spells inside my jacket so I could store things, like the dagger Theo gave me.

Knowing that the hood alone wouldn't hide my identity I was also wearing an expressionless white mask, for dramatic effect too. I was also wearing a cloth mask to hide my lower face in case my other mask breaks.

Apart from the clothes, I also grabbed my holster with my wand, several knives I got from the Room of Requirement, and I used the cloaking mode of my bracelet.

This was basically my gear whenever I wanted to do something where I couldn't reveal my identity.

Finishing with my clothes, I quickly but silently leave my room. Knowing that Voldemort would be in the forest before long, I started taking shortcuts to get there faster.

After going through a few passages, I arrived in the forest, and using my bracelet's map in 3D mode, I saw that I had arrived before Riddle.

I then turned off the 3D map of my bracelet and went to where Riddle would appear.

Arriving at the location, I created an illusion of a unicorn, with the intention of having Riddle follow the illusion to the bottom of the forest, as I didn't want our confrontation to take place near the edge of the forest, as that might warn Hagrid or the people in the castle.

I didn't know if I could fight Quirrellmort, who was already weak before, even after he probably got even weaker after not getting unicorn blood to consume, but I didn't want to involve anyone, mainly because it would reveal me, and also because Quirrellmort may be weak, but he still has the magic of a full-grown wizard and the wisdom of a mighty Dark Lord.

With the illusion already created, I started to go to the bottom of the forest, not afraid that Riddle would disregard or discover that the unicorn was an illusion, as I knew that only someone with the same ability to see the magic that I had would be able to see through the illusion. And that's not to mention the fact that Riddle is probably not acting all that rationally, since he's out of his unicorn blood, something that's probably already affecting his mind.

But I had to be careful that the illusion wasn't hit, because if it did, the plan would be over.

After running for a while, I arrived deep into the forest, in a place with no creatures around, where I knew no one in the castle could hear our confrontation. The only ones who would be able to hear our confrontation would be the centaurs, and that's part of my plan.

Waiting for Quirrellmort, I started to increase my skills with Beast Power, even using a little magic to improve myself, as I knew I couldn't beat Quirrellmort without it. But I had to be careful, as I still can't stand using the enhancement for a long time, especially in many parts of the body or in many senses.

While I was concentrating and improving myself, I heard the noise of something coming towards me.

*Crack!*

'He's arrived' I thought, getting ready.

End.

(End AN: How are you, my amazing and wonderful readers?

Yesterday was my little brother's 5th birthday, and Saturday my sister and I had to bake a cake for his birthday party. I think cooking is becoming a hobby of mine.

One bad thing that is happening to me is that I have insomnia, and I am only able to sleep for 2 or 4 hours a day at most.

And the worst thing about it, is that the time I spend awake I get sleepy and weak, but still I can't sleep. There was even a day when I got a headache from being awake for more than 20 hours.

This insomnia is getting in the way of my time to write and post chapters.

Do you know any method that helps with my insomnia?

Hope you enjoyed the chapter!)
