Savage: The Night Wizard - (A Harry Potter Fanfic)

I was an ordinary boy with a simple life... That is, until the day I died... and now I don't even know what is common in my life anymore! But in reality... I prefer it like this. Who would like to be normal if you could be a wizard? Especially if you're the greatest wizard ever! Well... I don't. ****************************************** Also help me in Patrë-on /Se7enX, there are advanced chapters for you and it motivates me to write even more. Salve krl! (A way to say "Hi guys" in my native language) Here's the new chapter!

After Ravenclaw vs Slytherin match, I ended up being the gossip of the week at school again. But I was already so fed up with the rumors that I decided to ignore it this time, planning to focus on my training.

Of course my spectacular match as Seeker not brought only negative things to me, it also increased the recognition that my colleagues had of me, and this was easy to see in the celebration we had in the common room, since all of my classmates, whether they are from my year or even older students, came to congratulate me on capturing Snitch.

And like in the Hufflepuff match, my teammates from the other houses also congratulated me, more vocally than last time, and I didn't know if it was because I was amazing as a Seeker or because I basically defeated Slytherin.

But I'm not complaining. It's always nice to be recognized and appreciated for something you've done, and I, like any normal person, like to be complimented too.

Although sometimes Sophia or I had to threaten Andrew when he starts to get a little too excited about our victory over Slytherin. But hey, this is still better than having to put up with the smug look on the Slytherins' faces.

-Forbidden Forest-

Today is the day the twins planned to venture into the Forbidden Forest, wanting to search for Aragog's nest.

I thought this idea was stupid, but as the twins said, I shouldn't expect less from two Gryffindors. And I also wasn't supposed to judge them when I planned to do the same thing as soon as I saw the forbidden forest for the first time.

Already in the Forbidden Forest with the twins, I made sure they were in a place with no presence of dangerous animals, which also happened to be the side the thestrals were on.

Knowing they were safe, I made the excuse of wanting to relieve myself in a tree to lose them to look for the unicorns.

It wasn't very difficult to find them, mainly because I always came to see them in this same place once a week.

Using all my Beast Talk mastery I used my feelings and emotions to alert the older unicorns to the danger they were in by standing near the edge of the forest. I also used all my concentration to put the image of the centaurs in these unicorns' minds, while conveying feelings of safety and protection to them, trying to explain that staying close to the centaur tribe was the safest thing.

I don't know if it was because they trusted me, or if I was very convincing, but the unicorns got the message I wanted to get across and from their thoughts I could see that they planned to organize with the whole herd to depart to the frontier where the centaur tribe stood.

I didn't know where the centaur tribe was, and I didn't even have time to look for them now, so I let the unicorns go to them on their own, planning to look for them some other day, but in the meantime I'd keep an eye on Quirrellmort, as I didn't want him looking for another 'source' to stay alive.

After warning the unicorns I went back to where the twins were, and so we continued with our exploration, where I obviously kept them away from the acromantula nest, as I had no guarantees that even me with my spells could kill all the acromantulas that live there.

Maybe some fire, earth, or explosive spells would solve the problem, but that would also attract the attention of the teachers and Headmaster, something I don't want.

Well...I really don't want the reason their attention on me is because I've annihilated a nest of XXXXX class creatures.

-March - Gryffindor vs. Hufflepuff-

The fourth game of this year's Inter-House Cup started, and I wasn't excited for this match, but I came to watch it to give my support to the twins and the Hufflepuffs who were my friends, as they did the same at Ravenclaw match against Slytherin.

The match happened just like the canon, with Potter catching the Snitch in five minutes. The only difference was that whenever Professor Snape, who was the referee, passed in front of the Gryffindor crowd, he looked at Granger frowning and watchful. And she, whenever she saw him staring at her, looked away in embarrassment.

With Gryffindor's victory over the Hufflepuff, it became obvious who the main leaders were to win the Inter-House Cup, and that would be resolved in the last game of the year, which would be Gryffindor vs. Ravenclaw.

The Slytherin match against Hufflepuff was still important, as depending on how many points the winner had, the cup could go to one of these two houses.

But that wouldn't be easy, in fact, it would be very difficult to happen, almost impossible, and that's why people weren't that worried. But even so the Gryffindor and Ravenclaw students still encouraged the Puffs, as everyone, including me, wanted to see Slytherin have their third loss this year.

____________________________________________________________________________________________________________

As time went by, my training schedule began to get smaller as teachers passed on more lessons than before, to the point where students who couldn't get their lessons and tasks done on time couldn't even enjoy Easter.

I had to take turns doing Quidditch practices, which at least helped me maintain the athletic body I had, and studies, which luckily weren't too difficult for me, but there were still many lessons that were sometimes tedious and time-consuming, and yes Binns, I'm looking for you.

Well, the remaining time of the day I spent in the Room of Requirement training myself with the training room, where I trained my martial arts, my spells, and how to fight using knives and daggers, as I now have my own dagger, which was Theo's Christmas present.

I also started thinking about what I would do in the final showdown between Potter and Quirrellmort. I could leave it to fate or I could follow them like I did with Troll.

But my answer came when I found Quirrell was paler and more scared than usual, and the stench of rot and decay was even stronger in him, so I figured this must be happening because he couldn't find any unicorns to feed on, leaving him weak.

It also meant that Quirrell was a walking corpse, as he was going to die one way or another, as Voldemort was draining his entire life, and as a normal human, he wouldn't hold out for long.

With all this stuff going on, I figured I'd better not take any chances, so I decided to leave the outcome of the confrontation to fate, and also to the much talked about power of love Potter's mother left for him. But I was obviously going to keep an eye on the entire confrontation using the Atlas, and maybe, just maybe, I'd give Potter a little anonymous help.

But that wasn't the only thing that worried me either. I was also having an internal debate about what to do with the Philosopher's Stone, as I didn't see the point in keeping it if it only did what was said in the books, which is the Elixir of Life and the transmutation of metal into gold.

I don't need gold, and the Elixir of Life doesn't appeal to me, but I could raise it to give to my parents. But the thing that's really weighing on my mind is the Flamels' death.

I know the Headmaster said in the canon that they agreed to destroy the stone and that they had no worries about dying, but I would like to hear it from their own mouths, not from the mouth of a man who wants it or not is a little manipulative.

And with that in mind, I started to make up my mind. I would send a letter to the Flamels talking about my having the stone, and while the answer to the letter doesn't arrive I will study the stone a bit.

End.

(End AN: I'm sleepy and lazy, but still, hello my favorite readers.

After a long time of procrastinating about it, I decided that I will finally read Demon Slayer (Kimetsu no Yaiba) manga, and the reason is not because the story seems to be good or something, but because I liked the upper moons, which like it or not, looks cool.

But coming to think of it, that's why I also started reading Shuumatsu no Valkyrie (Record of Ragnarok) manga.

Really a cool character makes all the difference...

Well, I hope you enjoyed this chapter!)
