Chapter 1.

"Another day, another stress. You know Sandy I'm tired of doing this over and over again. When are we going to be free from this repetitive process, I only followed to build up my future now I'm stuck here doing absolutely nothing. " 

"I get it, we have to be patient maybe one day it will be our turn. "

"No you don't, I mean look at you , you can leave this place anytime you want and you will have some where to go but me... my whole family hates me now. I was warned not to but I did not listen and caused a big fight. I made a huge scene Sandy.... I..I. " Breaks down in tears.

"I understand how you feel but ...."

"No you don't, you can never and I don't need your pity or sympathy. Leave me alone just let me be." She said walking away in tears and anger.

"Lana, Lana. She just doesn't listen" She sighed inwardly. 

"I know Lana, she is going to do something stupid soon." Sighing again she stood up and started walking out of the court yard.

"Hey!" Someone called out. Turning around, as she found Calvin walking towards her, she turned back instantly. 

"No, please not this being again. I don't want to talk to him. Just smile and talk and he will go away... I guess?" She whispered. Turning back again just to find Calvin few inches in front of her. Groaning inwardly she spoke smiling.

"Hey, so have you ever heard of anything called personal space, no.. yes ? Well I guess I will move backward instead then." Seeing he did not answer her but frowned at her instead she rolled her eyes at him.

"What did you do to Lana?" He asked furiously 

'Obviously, Lana. What did I even expect?. Lana this Lana that. Is he never tired? He is dedicated '

"Nothing.." She answered blankly

"You can't just do nothing. I know you, Sandra! And also nothing can't just make anyone cry"

" No you don't, you never even speak to me in a good way, always trying to pick up a fight, so don't just go around saying you know me when you have any idea of who I am okay.."

"Keep on denying Sandra but I do know that I know you believe it or not. Just get away from Lana, you always hurt her." Moving closer to her to intimidate her surprisingly Sandra moved forward also.

'I'm done running, now'.

"Oh great the all knowing, nice to be in you presence sire, how about you tell me all about myself and how to live my life, I will be glad to make correction and changes, it will be such an honor." She said her tone laced with sarcasm.

"Don't speak to me like that.." He said before being cut off by Sandra.

"Like what, how am I speaking? Is it with sarcasm. I thought you knew me, then you should know I don't allow people to push me down alright and sarcasmas always been my thing for people like you" 

Grabbing her hair tight and pulling her backward.

"I do not like your tone."

"Who are you? The lord himself. For your information I don't like you either. Since you like Lana so much why don't you go hang around her like a pet dog then, I'm sure she would not appreciate that and you leave my hair cause if I were you I wouldn't do such. I'm trying not to beat anyone up trust me I might look weak but I'm strong enough to beat your kind up." She said releasing her hair from his grip.

"Who are you ? You are not the Sandra I know." He backed away.

"So yeah about that let's try.. hmm what should I say... she slept I guess.. I can say she is dead no one is going to take advantage of me again. Trust me you didn't know any Sandra and you can't still know this Sandra and no don't think I'm possessed okay. I'm very much okay. Thanks for caring. So I'm going to leave, bye have a nice day." She said casually dusting her clothes and left a stunned Calvin in the court yard.

"She is crazy." He scoffed.

Getting inside the manor, she walked straight to the kitchen. 

"Lady Diana, I'm sorry for being late. I... I" She said crashing to the ground immediately after seeing her standing facing against the wall.

"Sandra, why are you on the ground get up. I have not to say to you right now so just escort me back to my quarters and we will talk about it." She said turning to face her.

"Yes ma'am. Understood." Standing up abruptly, she maneuvered herself and led the lady back to her room. Getting to the room, she turned around to go out.

"Wait Sandra, I told you we were going to talk about it when we get here so where are you going?"

"I'm sorry my Lady. I didn't realize."

"Where you spying on the knights again?"

"This time my lady I cross my heart I was not. Instead I had an argument with Lana instead not like I caused it."

"Lana? What happened?" Explaining herself to the Lady Diana, she snifled a little bit.

"Has it been settled or not?"

"No my Lady."

"Should I call her to settle this?" 

"No my Lady. I think it would be better if she calms down and we talk it out." 

"No problem... and one more thing, about the dame offer..." 

Falling to the ground instantly, Sandra voiced out

"My lady that I can't do. It has never been my dream to become a dame. I don't care if you punish me but I cannot become a dame. I ran away from home because of that. You know my story, my lady. I just can't, I know a lot of my friends who left me all alone to chase that dream but now I.. I don't know. I'm sorry my Lady. If you will excuse me." Walking out of the room and dashing through the hallway, she went to her quarters and crashed on the bed. Facing upwards with tears streaming down her face. 

'Father, mother. I expected so much more from you.'

"What is wrong with me? I should not have walked out on Lady Diana now I'm going to starve. Well, I guess I should sleep then." After rolling around for some minutes, she fell asleep.

"Lana, it is time .." A voice sounded from the shadows.

"I know.." She said smiling devilishly.
