Anaia and Tony

February 13th,

Diary, Tony didn't open up to me after asking him over and over again so, I called Anaia and she came today. She had a little chat with her brother and by evening, he was already warming up to the rest of us. I didn't know what happened with Tony or how his sister- Anaia was able to get him to talk; but I'm glad he's doing better now. Turns out he was just feeling depressed about everything that had been happening. Now it was my turn to encourage him.

"I know that it's more than enough to get depressed after everything that happened to you, to us. But remember we have Jesus so we don't have to feel sad. Depression doesn't attract good things to us. Rather, it attracts demons because it's the opposite of what attracts Jesus and that only takes us farther away from God's presence. I'm glad you're feeling better now." I said, smiling at him as he nodded, grinning.

"Thanks for calling Anaia. She's....like the Mother I never had y'know. I'm glad I have you guys. I pray God'll keep using you to encourage me."

"Amen brother!" I said as he let out a hearty laugh.

"Yeah. I want those dimples to show." I said, wiggling my eyebrows at him as he rolled his eyes.

"Wait. What haven't we reported this to the police?" He suddenly asked, leaving me confused.

"Huh? What?" I asked.

"Yo fellas!" Came Carl's voice as he sat on the couch with his popcorn, chewing loudly as I swatted his arm.

"Don't do that! It's disgusting." I said as he nodded.

"I'm sorry mum." He said sarcastically.

"C'mon Tony, let's leave Carl to watch his movie. "I said, standing.

"Yeah. I'll go call Lissa and Ray." He said.

"Yeah! I also wanted to ask that question. Why haven't we led the police to that wierd house? It could really help us." Ray said as I nodded and Lissa nodded her head too.

"I think that should be our next course of action. And what do you think I should do concerning the note I saw in my locker that other day?" I asked as Lissa shrugged.

"Do you think we should report it to a teacher? I'm not in the mood for any more mysteries. I don't even know what we'll do about Dany." Ray said as I nodded.

"I haven't seen her at school since we resumed..."

"Do you think she might've dropped out?" Lissa asked.

"Let's leave Dany aside now, and discuss what we can do something about. I think we should give the police an anonymous tip about Brookville's kidnappings."
