The incompetent elite

" This feeling... "

Ean whispered as he stared at Arthur and Shu. Both of them were standing up, Arthur looking down at Shu and Shu looking up at Arthur, the more they stared at each other the more the intensity between their glares would evolve.

It was like standing in front of death, jumping between the two would-be suicide, or at least, that was what Ean was thinking

" G-guys? "

Ean whispered, sweat falling from his forehead down to the bottom of his chin, as the immense feeling of fear, made him lower his head

" That's enough "

Asai said as he looked up at both Arthur and Shu from the ground, he seemed to be meditating and their presence was annoying him, but as soon as he said that both Shu and Arthur turned to look at him, both of their eyes glowing a bright blue, in an attempt to intimidate the boy, but in return, all they received was a similar look, Asai's eyes glowing a dark red

" This matter doesn't concern you "

Arthur said, with a low and intimidating tone, making Shu smirk, Ean gulp, and Asai sigh

" Considering that I can't even close my eyes because of you two, I think it does concern me "

Asai replied as a blue aura surrounded both Shu and Arthur, resembling that of flame and ice

" You aren't our level, this is between me and Shu, trash like you shouldn't intervene "

Arthur said, making Asai click his tongue as red electricity began to sip from his body, burning the surroundings that it touched

" I guess I don't have choice but to join in "

Ean whispered as sweat continued to fall from his forehead, but without any other solution in mind, all he could do was draw his sword, causing a bright blue energy to flow from his sheath as well as his blade.

The room began to break apart as the energy the four were releasing was slowly growing more powerful and destructive.

Charging, his right hand with a fiery blue aura, Shu smirked, whilst Ean's sword began to spread similar energy from itself, they were all planning to attack.

Before anything could happen though a girl appeared in between the four of them, she was small, even smaller than Shu who was 160.02 centimeters tall

" Move "

Shu said, moving the girl to a side as he looked up at Arthur, while Arthur looked back at him

" I'm sorry I can not do that "

The girl replied before lowering her index finger, causing everyone in the room besides Arthur to bow down, below her knees

" What are you doing Lizbeth? "

Arthur questioned, as the girl looked up at him, her eyes were a bright purple and her hair was long and dark, whilst her dress was a bright white covered with golden designs, which of course did not match at all with her hair

" I apologize Prince Arthur, but as you already know, fighting here is prohibited, you should feel lucky for even setting foot in this sanctuary, no one besides the elites and the king can do that, but you winners have been given that privilege "

The girl now known as Lizbeth said, her voice sounding southing and kind

" I'm royalty, so shut your mouth and.."

" Don't push it "

The girl said as her expression turned serious whilst her eyes began to glow a dark and an intimidating purple, the feeling of fear crawled upon Arthur's spine as she looked up at him

" How dare you look at me like that... "

" Prince Arthur, elites like me are given the authority to act if any noble or royal dares to ignore the orders of your father, King Romulus "

Lizbeth said, interrupting the boy, who was now a bit irritated at the girl's attitude

" I don't care. If father has something to say then he should come over and tell me himself, he's weak a coward who does nothing but order other peop... "

Arthur exclaimed, insulting his own father but before he could finish his sentence he found his face on the ground, pressured against it just like everyone else's was

" Prince Arthur, I understand that you are royalty, and you have the authority to insult anyone and everyone who annoys you, but! I won't allow you to curse out your father in that disgusting way "

Lizbeth whispered, as he held Arthur against the ground with immense force, his face almost sinking inside of the floor as the veins in Lizbeth's arm became noticeable, while her expression turned into one of anger.

While that happened, Shu was trying to force himself up, using all the strength in his arms to try and bring himself to stand, a smirk of excitement was forming on his face as the veins on his arms popped out like wires

" Huh? "

Lizbeth exclaimed as she turned her attention to Shu, whose hands were sinking onto the floor from all the strength he was using

" Hey, lady, you're pretty strong, how about you forget about Arthur and fight me instead "

Shu suggested, as he slowly stood up, his body shaking as he tried to keep himself up

" How are you standing? "

Lizbeth questioned, as she applied even more strength to her hand, holding Arthur down with the intent to harm him

" I've had my fair share of energy pressuring, so I kind of got used to it, besides, I've felt worse "

Shu replied as he cracked his neck almost as if adjusting to her level of pressure, before taking in a deep breath, all the veins on his body popping out like the roots of a tree

" What? "

Lizbeth questioned, as one of the veins in her forehead became visible, she felt insulted at Shu's statement, the fact that he has felt stronger pressure made her feel weak, and she did not like that, not one bit.

With a speed none visible to the normal eye, she would appear in front of Shu, pulling her arm back, preparing a punch, which she launched a few seconds later, but to her surprise, he blocked it, as a loud shockwave broke the paintings in the room

" You "

She whispered, pulling her hand away from his grip

" Who are you? "

She questioned as Shu looked down at her with a gigantic grin of excitement, the eyes of a predator and his bulky right arm and hand which he used to rub his veiny neck

" This feeling... "

Lizbeth whispered as she began to sweat, her eyes widened as Shu got closer to her

" Fear? Am I feeling fear from a kid? No! That simply can not be, I'm an elite, I'm stronger than everyone in this room "

She thought to herself as she charged her hands with purple sanctuary energy, preparing to bash him with punches, but, they were interrupted, by Reimen who had appeared in front of the two of them, with a kind smile on his face

" Lizbeth. what do you think you're doing? "

Reimen questioned as he looked down at her with a serious look, no longer smiling

" I-uh, well I'm.."

Lizbeth tried to respond, but Reimen's presence intimidated her to the point where she couldn't even utter a word

" I sent you here to prevent them from fighting, yet here you are, starting a fight, what kind of useless Elite are you? "

Reimen whispered, his eyes glowing a bright red as Lizbeth lowered he head in fear

" Hey what's up with you? "

Shu questioned as he laid his hand on Reimen's arm, moving him to a side as he looked down at the scared Lizbeth

"Me and her were about to have a super fun battle "

Shu said as he clashed his right fist with his left palm, making Reimen look down at him with a smile

" Shu, I wouldn't dare call you weak, considering that I myself recommended you, but, as incompetent as she is, Lizbeth is still massively stronger than you are "

Reimen said, receiving nothing but an exciting look from Shu

" Yeah, that's what makes it fun "

Shu said, making Reimen sigh in annoyance

" I see "

Reimen replied, before disappearing in a blur of speed, knocking out everyone in the room except for Lizbeth

" Take them to the resting room, then head to my Sanctuary, me and you will have a long conversation ahead of us "

Reimen ordered, looking down at Lizbeth with disgust before disappearing in a blur of speed, leaving her there alone, with a look of weakness in her eyes
