a bit of suffering

A day had gone by since the meeting, they discussed many things and agreed on a few.

Right now it was about three pm in the afternoon; Shu was holding his hand out, trying to make it so that energy would come out of him, but he couldn't.

" I cant feel my energy at all "

He said to himself as he looked down at his hands; he began to become irritated, he thought that he would be able to wait and be patient, but this lack of sanctuary energy was starting to annoy him.

His heart started to pound loudly become nervous; it wasn't like his mind was in a good place, so that made it worse.

He was blaming himself for many things at the moment, and him being weak was helping it

" I've lost all my strength "

He said, shaking as he slowly brought his hands to his head, looking up at the sky as his eyes became shaky with the rest of his body.

' Tell him he will suffer '

A voice echoed in his head as he closed his eyes; he tried to look deep into his mind, trying to find something but there was nothing.

Unlike before he can't just look into himself for answers; the demon who seemed so oddly knowledgeable wasn't inside anymore.

It was all empty, and lonely; he didn't think that he would miss Sparrow, but his lack of power and now his feeling of loneliness is starting to poison his mind with lies of needing the demon.

Shu would continue to search in his mind, he continued to search and his body fell onto the ground.

Eventually he stoped searching; his mind was black, empty; every time he needed power, he came here, even if unconsciously.

The moment he was about to give up, to open his eyes and wake himself; a blue energy started to built in front of him.

The blue energy eventually took the shape of a human male. It had no features, it was just shaped as such.

Shu's eyes widened; he became confused, he's never seen this being before.

Was he going insane? Did his mind start to make a sparrow for him? He wasn't sure, but in need of power and because the figure felt like the concept of it, Shu took a step forward, attempting to grab the man just to frown a little.

His hand had phased through the being's body, making Shu's bit of hope slip out of his hands as he started to reach for the being, but for no reason, because the outcome was the same.

The figure stared at Shu, just to slowly turn his back to the man, starting to walk away whilst Shu continued to try and grab him, but again it was for no apparent reason.

The being left, and Shu was now empty.

He woke up and sat up, just to cover his eyes, taking in a deep breath as his mind began to open up, he had no sanctuary energy and his desperate need for it began to accelerate everything in his body, most specifically his mind, and suddenly his brain bursted, whilst he lost it all.

" Mmmm… "

Shu's eyes were no longer blue, nor black; not any color, it had lost it all now that they were gray, the expression of his face disappearing completely.

His expression resembled the one he wore back when he first met his children; his eyes were now cold, and there was no sign of anything in them, just like the sad color that was gray, he looked as if he was stale.

Just like his father, Dio was struggling, he was in a deep afternoon sleep, maybe resting from all the fighting he had done with his older brother; either he was sleeping at the moment.

In his dreams he saw his sister die, many times over again, her death was brought to his face many many times and every time, he couldn't do anything to help or save her.

He was hopeless, and weak, he wasn't sure what was killing her but he knew it was a being capable of reasoning.

Still, this being was strong, far too strong for the boy to do anything about his disaster short coming.

The dream itself was blurry, unclear and all over the place, the only thing that was clear and obvies was the death of his beloved sister.

He couldn't scream or even move to help her, he was truly hopeless in that situation, and he didn't like that not one bit.

He woke up, sweating and panting, holding his own hair tightly whilst trying to keep himself calm.

His mother entered the room holding some clothes on her hand

" Oh hey Dio, you woke up, well here are your clothes, we just washed them up.. "

She paused and looked at her son carefully, slowly approaching him to then sit beside him on the bed and caress his head gently

" Was it the dream again? "

She questioned as the boy just lowered his face, placing his face on his mother's thighs whilst he caressed him.

He didn't need to say anything, she knew what it was already; the boy had started to get the same dream, over and over again, every night, well, more like every time he slept.

He couldn't escape them, but at least his mother was there for him.

Ayami petted the boys head, smiling to herself, trying her best to comfort the boy, it wasn't like he was crying but, it did scare him, it scared him a lot.

Anyone would be scared if the image of their dead sister kept appearing on their dreams; he got used to seeing her die, but he couldn't accept it either way.

As that happened, Shu started to walk into the house; his mind staying empty, one could say he was broken, but he himself didn't think so.

As he walked into the house, he was met with Lenmio and Netty

" Hmm. I haven't seen you two in a minute "

He said, as they just smiled at him, noticing that there was something different about him.

" Oh uh—how have you been Shu? "

They both said nervously

" Follow me to the kitchen "

The albino ordered as he walked passed them, expecting them to follow him.
