It’s the beginning
Classes started. The double troubles and hellions rigged up the house to keep unwanted guests away. Thank god because if one more girl showed up, I was going to lose my mind.
After my first class, I saw Emma in the hall, reading something, and made my way over to her. /"Hey, how was your first class?/"
/"It was good; I have a lot of material to read through. Who knew an English Lit major could be so daunting?/" Emma asked me.
/"Tell me about it,/" I said.
/"Are you an English lit major, too?/" Emma asked.
/"Yeah, thanks to my mom, she got us all into the classics. My brother Matt likes them since his room has books and a bed. That changed when he married Scarlett,/" I said.
/"Why?/" Emma questioned.
/"Bigger bed,/" I grinned, and she let out a soft giggle.
