/"Oh thank god you came back I thought you were tired and left for the night/" Isla breathed out a sigh of relief as she saw Alexander swinging a leg inside her room from the window.

She felt too jittery to fall asleep and there was no way sleep would come easy to her without him especially not this Nigel and especially not when she had gotten so used to sleeping on top of him, all warm and snuggly.

/"You really think I would leave you all alone, tonight of all nights? I would die worrying about your baby. You've already given me several heart attacks today to at least last a lifetime I am not letting you out of my sight if I can help it/" Alexander said talking a seat beside her on the bed.

She blushed at his comment as he lovingly and really stroked her cheek with the pad of his thumb, still flushed from the crying.
