"Ohhh! We can paint our nails! And-And, we can speak about boys!" An energetically high-pitched voice said as I resisted an urge to smile.
Watching Weiss being completely floored and unable even to comprehend the quickly speaking Penny, who shot one question after another, was a joy to witness.
And before I saw Weiss throw at me a look that just begged for help, I saw Penny drag Weiss to the...
How did Penny know the layout of my house?
Whatever, with Penny now being successfully yoinked, I mean, delivered to my house where she can get introduced to the Schnee family, I went back to the Bullhead, destination Atlas.
I hope that Pietro finds the note I left for him before he panics.

"Sienna Khan." I nodded in greetings. There wasn't any need to be more arrogant or unpolite than I needed to be, even if we sided on different sides, Sienna was a leader, and that earned her respect from me.
"General Ironwood." Sienna briskly said, and I could see her more animal ear twitch, a puma? Or leopard? Something feline.
The reason for my contacting a practical enemy/terrorist was because of the White Fang's recent activities or lack thereof.
After Ghire Belladonna finally got into talks with the Council, which were just me, Steele, and Camilla for now, Robyn, even if winning to voting by a mile, thanks to my public support that made Robyn Hill most voted Councilwoman candidate in the Atlas military sector, the voting still didn't close, and thus, even if she is sure to win, she still wasn't an official member of the Atlas Council.
But back to the topic, once the public learned that Atlas Council was in official talks with Menagerie, the atmosphere in the Atlas somehow changed.
It helped that at my helpful advice, which was more of an order, to those who knew me, the Police chief in the Atlas started to investigate the shops and other places that had 'No Faunus Allowed' signs on the fronts.
Now, people were free to choose who to serve or who to sell their things to. The problem was that their blatant racism was on the fence of the law-breaking, and I may have given the Police chief a helpful piece of advice to do something with this.
And he listened. After all, in the Atlas, a Police did belong to the Military, or more precisely, it was a branch where the military veterans retired to as the crime in Atlas was primarily handled by the Military or Specialists, so the Police in Atlas was mostly more cushy and administrator work.
The amount of power I held was ridiculous, but still, it served me well, all I needed to do, was to make sure to change it once my term came to an end and I retired.
Still, with the knowledge of Atlas Council deepening its ties to a Faunus kingdom, the more bright people, those who just used racism for the sake of lien's quickly changed sides, making more than thirty percent of the 'Non-Faunus' serving establishments drop.
"Im surprised you even called me. After all, it was you who ended the call on my side the last time." Sienna pointed out with an...
Some kind of undertone. I didn't show any emotion on my face as I nodded. She was right. It was petty for me, but at that time, it sounded like a good idea, and it was.
But, no need to aggravate her more than needed.
"Apologies, but with the recent changes, I feel the need to know how the second most uniformed fighting organization on Remnant fares is and what your plans are." I didn't count Hunstment. They were all but uniform, with their individuality.
Individuality wasn't bad, but the way they lived was too far. Humans are creatures of society and order. It is in our nature to live together. Something is hard with Huntsman's individuality that sometimes takes it too far.
No matter how much it pains me to admit it, the White Fang is the second most militaristic organization on Remnant, just after Atlas Military.
"Hmm... What do you want." Sienna arrived straight to the point, making me nod.
"I want to know what your opinion on the current Atlas changes is." I watched how Sienna's golden eyes narrowed at me as her feline ears flickered.
"It is too soon to arrive at any conclusion." She finally said, which made me blink and her scoff.
"What, you think I'm all muscle and no brains?" She bit out, and I looked at her. Sienna was a very muscled woman, but just enough to see them even when she was relaxed, but not enough to make her undesirable.
"No, I was just surprised by your insight." I truthfully said no matter her mistakes. Sienna is a capable woman. After all, no one gets so high in the chain of being stupid.
"Yes, right." Sienna rolled her eyes.
"So, what, you called just to know my thoughts?" Sienna finally asked, making me pause in thought.
"No, I called you to ask you what are your future plans."
"And why, by the brothers, should I tell you anything about my plans?" Sienna asked with a raised eyebrow.
"Because, no matter what, White Fang already committed too many crimes for Atlas to ignore it, and thus, I call you to allow you to change." I didn't say all, but the way Sienna's face contorted into a snarl spoke about her ability to fill the holes in my words.
"You. Want. Me to hand you, my people?!" Sienna almost screamed in anger.
"No, I want them behind jails, especially the ones with more brutal crimes, but I didn't say it was needed to be a jail in Atlas. As long as they are in jail, I do not care where even if it was in the Menagerie." I finished out, making Sienna's eyes widen.
She knew what I meant. All I said was for the more infamous members of White Fang to be transported to Menagerie and to never ever show their face in any of the four kingdom's cities or villages.
In short, a Home Prison.
It was too lenient from my side when I wanted nothing more than having them under my hand, in my jails.
But I knew I couldn't push Sienna more, as it risked making her completely ignore me.
