After finishing up another set of Daily Quest I began to actively train my body in my spare time in the night nearing morning.

Entering inside my Dorm room as I finished my run and then to the bathroom, I began to take a shower as I began to get the sweat off me for the last few minutes increasing my stamina throughout the morning.

Have to admit that the grind is real though as the progress is starting to come much slower as time passes by.

Status.

Still looking as good as I can tell from my levels is concerned, I still need to work myself to get close to everyone else level soon enough.

And as for the Skill Book: Sword Mastery…

Taking out from my <Deep Pockets> I began to view it this time as I see the window pop up telling me that I can learn a new skill from it.

Better to have another fighting style added to my arsenal than my gauntlets.

[You obtained the skill book 'Sword Mastery Arts.' Would you like to learn this skill?]

Clicking yes, the book vanished in a bright form of light as it enters inside my head as I already knew how to fight bare-handed thanks to the martial arts of the reward I got. At least I won't be left unguarded though.

And when I trained under the night not wanting to interrupt my new allies' sleep, I also use my skill of <Sneak> to further increase its level.

[You have unlocked the skill <Sword Mastery>]

Hmm…

This will provide to be useful once I grind it and the knowledge seems to stem from the fact it was more the ways of the blade it seems.

Once I enter the dorm room bathroom, I see the rest of them waking up as the sun is already out.

Smiling at them as well as greeting them with an open smile I talked to the members, "Oh? I apologize if I woke any of you up from the shower."

They didn't care as it was no problem they say as they began to get their clothes getting changed into our Beacon Academy uniform. Something I really wish they have a different taste though.

The dress code for this seems a bit bland for my taste.

For boys, the Beacon Academy uniform consisted of black suits lined with gold, accompanied by a blue vest and a white shirt with a red tie. Girls wore a red plaid skirt, stockings of various lengths, a brown jacket with a tan vest, and a white shirt with a red ribbon tied at the collar.

Students were given the freedom to customize their attire, as Ruby also wore her hood with her uniform.

The dress code did not seem to be upheld very strictly, as students were often seen in casual attire during classes, assemblies, and field trips. Students tended to avoid wearing their uniforms during combat practice.

Beacon Academy is a residential or boarding-type school, with its students residing in dormitories on the campus. The school seemed to provide all living facilities, including hygiene, food, and laundry.

However, students were not restricted to the campus outside of lessons and frequently spent their weekends in Vale.

In order to be accepted into Beacon, students typically went to combat schools, such as Signal Academy, in order to prepare for the Academy's rigorous entrance exam. Some candidates, like Ruby Rose, may be invited to the school after showing exceptional skills.

However, attending previous combat schools does not seem to be a prerequisite, as some entrants were talented enough to pass the exam without transcripts, such as the case with Blake Belladonna if recalling from the show is right and with the current data.

Students were generally admitted at around age 17, although Ruby was one exception, being admitted at age 15.

In the lead-up to the Vytal Festival, Beacon also participated in an exchange program with the academies of the other three kingdoms of Atlas (Atlas Academy), Vacuo (Shade Academy), and Mistral (Haven Academy).

Exchange students participated in some activities, such as sparring matches, and attended events such as the Beacon Dance from what I recall from the show.

Next is the curriculum something I hope my INT and WIS stats is enough for me to help me through with my studies.

Ozpin stated that his new students will be in their selected teams for four years. This strongly suggests that this was the length of the education at the academy. After being accepted into Beacon, new students had to go through an initiation, after which they were placed into teams.

Students attended lectures, given by staff members, on various topics intended to prepare them for their work, such as the different kinds of monsters they may encounter.

Practical exercises appeared to be a significant part of the courses. In addition, the curriculum included sparring matches that pit students' skills against each other in a controlled environment.

Students were also sent on missions as part of their time at the academy. First-year students were generally limited to lower-risk missions, such as accompanying detectives into the city, and had to be accompanied by a professional Huntsman or Huntress on their first mission.

Upperclassmen were known to go on higher-risk missions. Additionally, Beacon provided more one-on-one time with veteran Huntsmen than other Academies something I wish to abuse to increase my stats.

They are professionals in their fields and that's something I wish to learn generally about them.

Next are the classes that seem to be quite… unique in this line of profession it seems.

Classes at Beacon operated at a 7:30 am to 6 pm schedule. The standard schedule for every first-year team at Beacon was as follows:

7:30 am - Breakfast

8 am – Grimm Studies Class w/Prof. Peter Port

9:45 am – Legends of Remnant Class w/ Prof. Bartholomew Oobleck

11:15 am – Plant Sciences Class w/ Prof. Thumbelina Peach

12:30 pm - Lunch

1:30 pm – Stealth and Security Class w/ Prof. Ann Greene

2:15 pm – History Class w/ Prof. Bartholomew Oobleck

4 pm – Military Strategies Class w/ Prof. Peter Port

5 pm - Self-Directed Sparring w/ Combat Instructor Glynda Goodwitch

6 pm – Dinner

All in that order.

Although for our upperclassmen though the schedules differ on who gets who first with the other staff members.

Another one of the staff that is directly only available if you need a fixing of the weapon is Mr. Harold Mulberry as his job here is Weapon Crafting and Upkeep for the students in the event that their weapons fail or break during sparring class or a mission goes wrong.

Glancing at my scroll to see the time as I already changed into my new clothes uniform, I saw that the time was 7:15 am at the moment as I asked my team for their time, "Ok then everyone we have about 45 mins left before we have a class with Prof. Peter Port today. How about we introduce ourselves while getting some breakfast."

Opening the door using my scroll as it has an electronic lock on it.

The doors to the dorm rooms were secured using an electronic lock, which could be disengaged using a student's Scroll. It was possible to get locked out if the door closes and a student does not have their Scroll with them so it's usual advice to not lose it.

Once we left, we began with brief introductions to each other as Pyrrha Nikos was the first to start us off, "Ok then. Well as far as I know you guys must have heard of me, right? Here's my introduction I'm Pyrrha Nikos 4-year champion of the Mistral Tournament and your partner of Team JNPR."

Nodding at this next was Nora Valkyrie with her explosive personality as she freely expressed herself in the process, "Hello fellow team members of JNPR I'm Nora Valkyrie and my greatest bestie Lie Ren has been the thick and thin together! We have done things to get by and have been together since kids!"

Understanding her back story, I nodded as Ren began to talk to his new team with a deadpan tone to us, "I'm Lie Ren and like Nora said childhood friends for a long time now. Partners in arms."

Smirking a bit of this we all nodded next, I began to introduce myself to them as politely, "In that case, I'll go then. I'm Jack Nights and recently I have been how you put it through the trials by the fire with no particular knowledge whatsoever thanks to my semblance. My semblance forced me to have amnesia."

They gave me a blank stare as they looked confused at me as Ren began to point out another fact, "Hmm… does you're Semblance happen to allow you to have more than one Semblance, or is it a utilitarian type?"

Raising an eyebrow at that with clear confusion expressed on my face Ren looked surprised as he spoke with actual surprise, "Oh… so you really don't know? You do know Semblances have types, right?"

Shaking my head it looks like the three are expecting more info as Pyrrha began to speak out, "What exactly do you mean though?"

That was when I sigh at this as I gave them a brief explanation of what to expect, "Sigh… how about I explain what I mean when we have time today to explain?"

They looked at each other and nodded in agreement as we all head out to the cafeteria.
