Chapter 102: RWBY/Justice League (3)

~Blake POV~

Ok so there was an island full of Faunus women nearby Menagerie and the rest of my people never noticed this?

I can't help but feel ashamed of not noticing them before.

They even took me for a small tour of their island while I look confused about everything here along with some kind of scriptures following the zodiac.

Looking around I began to ask Hera and Diana about this place filled with curiosity, "Sorry what exactly do you fellow sisters of The Bird of Paradise Islands."

They smiled as one of the mothers of The Bird of Paradise Island began to explain to Blake while taking a stroll away surprising me a bit, "Here, we study Dust, the sea, the stars, and the old legends from even before The Great War. We have seen the stars of many colors in the heavens above – those that have fallen, and those that have yet to fly."

Leaving at that Hera began to continue where that Faunus left off with a sense of pride in her voice, "We sought to bring our Princess into the world to aid, guide, protect, and defend Remnant in the crisis to come. It has been foretold after all."

Did she mention what I think she did?

A prophecy?

Looking confused Diana was the first to talk to explaining more of the stories about their prophecies, "Right. We actually had one a few years ago with a colored comet. The many-colored comet was the first sign among my mothers. It led them to the prophecy of the 'The Black, The White, and The Gray' – The trinity that would bring order to chaos and avoid a terrible war. At least that's what the prophecy foretold."

Raising my eyebrow at that I highly doubt that one.

I mean Remnant has been in a state of peace for a long time now I doubt some shadowy evil exists other than criminals and Grimm.

However, that was when I heard from Hero another one of their prophecies with the great importance of her voice, "Of course my Diana. But you must not forget the other one along with 'The Black, The White, and The Gray'… you must not forget 'Gaia Champion the… Destroyer, Guardian, or Servant of Remnant.'"

Raising my eyebrow at this getting somewhat interested in this tale I questioned Hera about this for curiosity's sake, "Really? What exactly does this prophecy of 'Gaia Champion to Destroyer, Guardian, or Servant of Remnant.'"

Smiling at this Hera was the first to begin telling the tale of this prophecy of 'Gaia Champion to Destroyer, Guardian, or Servant of Remnant' in more detail or cryptic, "Very well then Blake I can explain to you the tale. But to begin with, you must know who Gaia is. Gaia could be said that we very much live on. The very planet is Gaia or Remnant as you call her in the modern world. Gaia was a powerful entity that represents the mother of all life, similar to the creator Light Brother and Destroyer Darkness Brother."

Nodding my head in understanding Hera began to tell me the tale of this prophecy regarding Gaia to me listening intently to every word, "Gaia will one day send an apostle to our dear lands of Remnant to be the judge of us. This Apostle of Gaia will gain strength like none other and ideas so far beyond our scope that we will be children to him. The Apostle of Gaia will gain the strength of limitless potential unlike the children of Remnant this Apostle will be sent to our world from another world. He then Apostle of Gaia will be given a purpose of his own to follow after seeing the actions of man and Faunus gaining his own means of power like The Infinite Man…."

Every time I listen to Hera's words she suddenly stopped being nice as I felt the seriousness of her next choice of words making me sweat a bit, "Apostle of Gaia will judge us after finding his purpose… one is the servant where he allies with The Infinite Man help against the monsters of Grimm and bringing the Brothers to us one day… one is the Destroyer where the Apostle where he allies our mutual destruction with an ancient Evil… and the last one the Guardian where he dares opposes all that harm Remnant including the Brothers uniting all against them…"

*Gulp*

What?

Not noticing till now I had swallowed some saliva as Hera calms down breathing in a wave of fresh air and continuing to talk to me lighting up the mood, "From the four broken continents of Remnant we took Gaia. From the sacred seas, we took water to turn that Gaia into Clay. In the Heat of the yellow sun, in the fires deep, we forged that clay into pottery into ceramics, into nacre…"

Moving my eyes towards where Hera is touching Diana's face as she smiles lightly finishing up her words, "Others are born… our princess to help Remnant was built. You would call her an automaton – a warrior made from Clay out of Gaia's fertile lands. But to us, she is always our wonderful Diana. Diana from the name of a lost Goddess with the Moon associated with the moon."

I look at Diana with a new look on my face as her smile shines brightly Hera began to continue to talk more while I was surprised more.

With that Diana took me by the hand asking me more of the topic of Gaia dragging me, "Come here, new friend! If you are interested in Gaia, I shall lead you to one of her shrines. I promise you won't miss it!"

Hearing a lot about this Gaia that Hera and Diana seem, to speak fondly of I couldn't help but be curious as well so I replied with a smile, "Sure Diana. It would be a pleasure to look around to see this Gaia shrine."

Diana smiled happily as she dragged me around and maybe I can show her how the world of Humans and Faunus works…

~Third POV~

With that Diana took Blake to a site where Gaia's shrine is located one of the mothers got close to Hera asking her in a curious tone, "Tell me Hera is it wise to let Diana go with that Huntress?"

Hera merely smiles at this nodding talking to her fellow mothers speaking about Diana like she is of great importance, "We knew a Great War was coming and now a Great Warrior has come to usher our Diana forth into the world of Humans and Faunus."

Taking a moment the both of them look at the fragmented moon of Remnant as Hera continues to speak to her mothers, "With the help of you the Huntsman, together they shall discover the source of the dread and terrible power that is corrupting our planet… Before it is all too late…"

One of them nodded but then another asked Hera in a hesitant voice with her head aching talking to Hera in a worried tone, "Hera… do you think Diana has a chance to one day stop the Apostle of Gaia? If the Apostle of Gaia to were one day go the Destroyers path… Will the Trinity be enough to stop the Apostle of Gaia's rage?"

Silence…

Silence filled the area listening to one of the mothers of The Bird of Paradise Islands listening to that question…

Hera merely looks on above the night sky once more weeping a single tear and wiping it away replying to the one who spoke question, "Perhaps… but we would lose our dear princess if that were the case… we merely have to have faith that doesn't happen but if it were to one day occur…"

Showing a smile on Hera's face with her fist clenched she began to reply with the exact response if the Apostle of Gaia were to follow the Destroyer's path, "We will fight and live to the tooth and bone. We won't be easily destroyed. After all…"

Looking at the vast ocean distance away from The Bird of Paradise Island smiling at the distance, "Our Princess Diana won't be alone. She will be with the Trinity as they have been told to face and avoid chaos. Perhaps again they would do so against the Apostle of Gaia should he or she ever go against Remnant…."

*Clank*

"You think this looks good enough?"

Inside his own forge on Jack's Island, he began to talk to his other clones of himself seeing the work of the weapon, "Hmm… maybe we should work on it more? Still see some dents on the battle axe."

Jack originally began to forge the weapon seeing some dents made on it with a frown examining it carefully, "Hmm… yeah, I can see it. Maybe rushing it with the fire wasn't a smart move thought it was done though?"

The clones shake their heads while some sigh at this they viewed the works and return to the forge while the original began to go to the lavatory room where 2B is working on the Arc Reactor situation.

Entering through the door Jack meets up with 2B working on the new formula needed to create the Arc Reactor with some mild success Jack speaks to her, "Yo! 2B did you have any luck on recreating the same formula on the Arc Reactor? Or do you need some help with the experiment?"

2B's eyes turned towards Jack while examining over the reports of the experiment on the large screen with a chipper smile on her face, "About the Arc Reactor I think I'm having a lead about unlocking it. Although I would need some time to recreate the right metal, but I think I'm on the right track."

Smiling at this Jack nods while the process of another project appears next to the screen while talking to 2B of other robots, "Ok. So, how are the nanomachines working so far with the other robots? Is the Project: Iron Legion, Kiryu, or YoRHa units still in progress?"

2B flips over some notes while shaking her head explaining the process, "No sir. But when the Arc Reactor is operational, we can add more to the Iron Legion. The same with the YoRHa project as well. But I must ask… why is project Kiryu dubbed 'Mecha Godzilla' necessary?"

Jack only smiles at this being a bit playful as he spoke to 2B about the idea, "Well… there are kaiju-sized Grimm in the area and I do want to be sure in case of a monster attack. Hence Kiryu came to mind."

2B just gazes at Jack before finally making her own question to him confused innocently, "Yes… but why exactly do we need one? The giant – Mechas Godzilla Kiryu? We aren't exactly facing giant Grimm anytime soon?"

Jack smiles innocently at 2B with a rhetorical response with some smugness in his tone, "The better question is why not have a Mecha Godzilla? You could never know when we could fight a monster-size enemy considering we're literally living in a monster-filled world."

2B could only sigh looking at the logistic blueprints of it while nodding that it would be in the works along with other projects his clones and herself would be doing.

Nodding at this agreement Jack returns to work on creating his soul weapon Zanpakuto.

When Jack original touched the Soul Ore with his aura active –

"BOOOOOM!"

Suddenly a pillar of uncontrolled spiritual energy erupted from that point causing those with less powerful souls to flee immediately awakening Jack's own spiritual energy by force by accident…

*Thud*

Falling down on the ground Jack began to breathe in and out exhausted letting the Soul Ore down with him sweating as he began to talk to himself, "Huff… huff… what the hell… how the heck I'm going to build this!"

That was when Jack began to see pop-up screens showing what happened from merely touching the Soul Ore as a medium to unlock his inner spiritual energy.
