Chapter 19: Ragnarok Part 2

Everyone looked up in terror at Scarlet after she had sung what she had let out. Ruby was the more terrified one while Yang and Blake were still inside the Schnee manor. But they had both heard the song, Negative Weiss was speechless as she kept her gaze on the Grimm girl.

Scarlet smirked as she glanced down, and within a blink of an eye. She was gone, she wasn't standing on top of Big Nicholas anymore. When Weiss glanced around she noticed Ruby wasn't too far from where she was at, she scoffed and then noticed Jaune and the sillies. Her eyes widened when she saw Scarlet kneeling down in front of Jaune and the group of silies, before she could even more to reach the area. Scarlet swung her guitar around hitting Pyrrha and the loli versions of herself, Jaune was lucky as he was able to block the attack with his massive sword.

Pyrrha was sent flying to the side as she hit the train, the loli versions of Weiss all stumbled backwards and rolled over onto their sides. Jaune gritted his teeth as he glared at Scarlet with anger and annoyance, Scarlet snickered as she grinned widely and then kicked Jaune in the gut knocking him back before she grabbed him by the head and kneed him in the face several times.

Ruby was frozen as she could only watch as her friends were getting beat up, she glanced over and saw Weiss. But she couldn't move, nor could she. A door behind Ruby opened as Blake stumbled out and collapsed, Yang hadn't noticed Blake had gone out to where Ruby was. She was searching for her but the Klein bots stopped her before she could get any closer.

"Tch, cocky bots." Yang growled as she charged at them head on. "Get out of my way!!"

Scarlet cackled as she slammed her foot on Jaune's stomach. "I know you're watching this Ruby, why don't you come on down and play with your dear sister? Or Jaune here dies, the same goes for everyone else you care about." She rubbed and twisted her heel into Jaune's stomach as the blond knight gasped for air and yelled in pain. "I just have one question for you..." She glanced around as she watched Pyrrha getting up as well as the lolis. "Do you believe in destiny?"

Jaune tried to push Scarlet's foot off of him but it didn't do any good. "W-What's that supposed to mean?"

Scarlet grinned as her crimson red eyes glowed. "Funny you should ask that Jaune." She spun her guitar around as the tip of it was facing down at Jaune's chest. "Let's see if you can wake up from this dream shall we?"

Ruby's eyes widened as she finally snapped out of her frozen state of fear, she glanced down next to her as she saw a bloody and beaten Blake. She then turned her attention to the street below and saw what was about to happen. "NO!!!!" Her silver eyes glowed and shined brightly as the silver light engulfed the whole area.

"Ruby...??" Blake asked weakly as she had no idea what was happening to her team leader.

Outside of the dream world. Ozpin noticed a small glow from Ruby's yarn covered eyes, he knew what this was. But didn't seem to question it as he knew that the team and Jaune were still inside the dream, He did notice that Blake was struggling and Jaune was as well. He glanced over to Shion for a moment after noticing this.

"Can you get them both out? Something seems to be wrong." Ozpin said making the obvious situation known, Shion had already known the same could be said for NPR.

"I tried getting Blake back, but all of her coins seemed to have been used up. But I can try bringing Jaune back." Shion said as they turned to their computer and started typing.

Jaune seemingly vanished from under Scarlet's foot as the silver light was bright enough for this not to be seen. Jaune gasped as he woke up, she sat up on the yarn and panted like he had ran a marathon, he took some gulps of air and glanced around.

"Jaune!" Pyrrha said and hugged him. "What happened in there?"

Ozpin stood by as he held his cane in both hands, he looked over and waited to hear what Jaune had to say.

"I-I don't know... last thing I remembered was... the mirror version of you and kid versions of Weiss were being attacked by some girl.." Jaune said putting his hands over his forehead. "I don't know what else happened after."

"You must've encountered Weiss' childhood memories of herself as a little girl. If you've freed those memories she had locked up, then it's a chance that they might be able to help free her from the Nightmares clutches." Shion said as they glanced over. "I'm going to send you back in after you take a moment to recover from what happened."

Jaune sat there as he stayed silent, Pyrrha had let go of him as she glanced over to Shion. "Then is it possible to send me or the other two into Weiss' dream then?"

Shion didn't answer as they leaned back and closed their eyes for a moment to think it over. "Does Weiss really consider you all as friends is the big question. The only reason why Jaune was able to get into the dream is because he was the first one to come into contact with the Nightmare. You have to consider that you all were able to help Jaune because he considers you as friends."

"But why would mirror versions of us be in Weiss' dream if she didn't consider us as friends?" Nora asked puzzled.

Shion kept their eyes closed and sighed. "If she does, then your mirror versions wouldn't be locked behind bars for entertainment."

"That is true, but regarding what Ruby told us. A mirror version of Jaune was with them and when he went in his mirror self vanished." Ren said looking at Shion. "We may not be able to stand much of a chance against whatever is going on inside Weiss, but we can still help out."

Shion sighed as they opened their eyes. "Fine, but be on guard. We don't know what would happen if the Nightmare notices a new host or hostess, so try not to get trapped."

Jaune looked at Pyrrha and then at Nora and Ren. "Pyrrha should go, her mirror version is already out on the streets with the kid versions of Weiss. I'm not too sure where the mirror versions of Nora and Ren are in there."

Pyrrha nods as she helps Jaune to his feet. "Okay... I'm ready." She got onto the yarn like web as she lays down in the spot Jaune was at, she closed her eyes as she felt the yarn wrap around her.

"Godspeed." Ozpin said.

Back inside the dream, the silver light died down as Scarlet cackled and laughed insanely. The power of Ruby's silver eyes had been unlocked differently than it had been in her world, it may have been due to the fact her friends were in danger, or seeing Blake all bloody and beaten. Scarlet knew Cinder had killed Pyrrha to make it happen. But this was different, Scarlet smirked widely as she continued the laugh.

"Yes! Yes! That's what I was looking for!" Scarlet yelled as she jumped up from roof to roof and went to strike down Ruby with her guitar. "Come here!"

Ruby was trying to figure out what happened but didn't see Scarlet coming until a shard of ice hit Scarlet from behind. Ruby glanced over as she saw Weiss, she then looked up and saw Scarlet, Ruby yelled startled as she dashed off with her semblance.

"Don't you dare lay a finger on her!" Weiss barked.

Scarlet turned her head and hissed at Weiss. "Scared that I'll harm what's precious to you, well you're right!" She stopped time with her semblance and then resumed time as she gut punched Weiss. "Stay down like the dog you are." She then glanced around looking for Ruby and noticed Pyrrha was charging at her this time. "Ara Ara, did Jaune tap out? Aw poor boy."

Pyrrha tried to attack Scarlet as she jabbed her spear at her, Scarlet just dodged and moved out of the way. She smirked as she watched Pyrrha's shield come rushing at her, she grabbed the shield and bashed it against Pyrrha.

"Sorry red, but you'll have to be quicker." Scarlet said as she grabbed Pyrrha's spear, first she kicked Pyrrha down and held her spear up. "Lets see what kind of effect this has on Ruby this time." She threw Pyrrha's spear at her and watched. "I hope you'll have a better life in hell!"

Before Scarlet could throw the spear at Pyrrha, the loli versions of Weiss tackled her. There were maybe five or six loli versions of Weiss pinning her down, Scarlet growled as she kicked and pushed each one of them off before standing up. But by the time she did, she noticed Pyrrha was gone. She glanced over and noticed Blake was also gone as well, the Grimm girl snarled as she used the guitar to bash the heads in on the loli Weiss'.

"Where did they go?" Scarlet said with a snarl and growl, she flew into the air and scanned around the area carefully. She could smell Yang from inside the Schnee manor but didn't pay the blonde bimbo any mind.

What Scarlet didn't know was that Pyrrha had gone and helped Ruby with Blake. The three of them were inside the dream version of team RWBY's dorm. Which was also inside the Schnee manor, Pyrrha had used one of her coins to spawn a phone.

"I'll keep a eye out for her." Pyrrha said as she knelt down next to the window and glanced out every now and then.

Ruby nodded as she picked the phone up and called Shion. "Shion, it's me Ruby. We're in some deep trouble right now. Blake's badly injured, I can let her use one of my coins to get her out. But she can't move properly." Ruby reached into her pocket and tossed the coin over to Blake.

Blake was able to catch the coin between her teeth as she spat it out onto her belly, it took a moment but Blake was soon gone from Pyrrha and Ruby's sight.

"Thank goodness she was able to get out." Pyrrha said as she placed a hand over her heart. "We have to deal with the big problem right now.. I'm not sure how long the little Weiss' can hold her off."

Ruby stood there as she looked out the window as she didn't even see Weiss out there. "Pyrrha... this is going to sound risky but..... I need you to stall some time for me and Yang. I think I may know where Weiss has gone." She looked at her redheaded friend as she saw her nod, she used her semblance to dash out of the dorm room and past the sleepy Klein door.

Pyrrha took a deep breath as she jumped through the window and slid down the side of the manor. She didn't have her spear so fighting would be problematic for her. But she still had her shield, but she needed something more to use as a weapon. She glanced around for anything made out of metal as she wasn't too sure how well she'd be able to use her semblance on the train, but it was worth a shot. She ran and dodged and rolled past and under the Klein bots that were outside, they were trying to grab her.

Inside Weiss went into the dining room as she glanced up. "Activate Big Nicholas!"

The holographic heads eyes glowed upon hearing this from Weiss. "Big Nicholas! Activate!"

Scarlet smelt Pyrrha as she glanced over and saw the spartan making a run for the train. "Not on my watch!" She threw Pyrrha's spear in her direction as she flung the loli Weiss' off her. "You're not going to reach that train Nikos!"

The ground suddenly shook, but once Pyrrha's spear came close to hitting her, she grabbed it and hid near the train. She peeked around to see what was going on, Scarlet turned around as she saw the Big Nicholas statue activate ans it was slowly turning on, the gears in its body began to turn and soon the status of Jacques Schnee began to activate as well and came to life.

"Damn you Weiss." Scarlet hissed as she flew towards the manor. "I'll take the Nightmare from you by force Schnee!"

Upon being activated, the loli Weiss' were running around and avoiding not only the Klein bots, but the Jacques statues as well. Pyrrha had to help them and fast, this wasn't part of the plan not one bit. Pyrrha turned her spear into its gun form as she started shooting at the Jacques status and the Klein bots, she was giving the loli Weiss' a chance to run and hide. She noticed that they were coming towards her as they all hid behind the train.
