Rage,it was like a tidal wave consuming,my body.

This fragile female was my mate.I roared.

How could anyone do this to her! I,should have killed that mongrel Kingston

Alex stood from the chair and walked,towards me. I could see the fear in his eyes,and my wolf so close to the surface loved,it.

He stopped a few feet away from me, my wolf growled wanting him closer so he could,attack.

Mt mind was a haze of rage and dominance.,I could feel the shift coming on. "Hunter just stay calm ok, we don't need a raging wolf,when we're trapped in a moving boat,just sit with her a while" he patted me on the shoulder as he walked past to join the others..

Alex was right if I let my wolf loose here I, could kill my entire team and my mate in the, process. It took all my strength to push my,wolf back down, only truly settling when I say in the chair next to my mate.

I ignored the curious questions my team were asking Jake. I ignored his gloating about making a bet.

All I could think about was,her, my mate bella.Carefully I inched my hand into the bed intwining our fingers.

I felt the electricity,arch through my body instantly. Smells seemed sharper, colours brighter, my wolf howled inside me with happiness.

I had endured so long without my mate, why now, why when I thought all hope was lost.,Werewolves are not the creatures from myth,,nor are the like those in romance books.Life,for an unmated male wolf was hell ,I am from a pure bloodline.My great grandfather was one of the Alpha king's which has been passed on to me I am,stronger,faster,bigger then other wolves but it all comes with a price.Each year a male remains unmated his wolf grows stronger eventually the wolf can take over the man,disappears and your stuck as a wolf.

The unfortunate men who this happen to are,called rogues.The loss of their human nature,sends them into a rage.

If I was to last another decade before I had her I would ,end it.So why now? Why had fate chosen,now to give me my mate?

I sighed and looked at the girl next to me,I,had learnt about her family history during,my investigation.She was beautiful.Her face,was so young and innocent looking, her long,blue black hair cascading around her pillow.,I ached to see her eyes, to hear her voice.,What was she like? My heart ached as I watched her,as soon,as we got back home I'd have every medical professional in our pack attend to her.

She had to wake up, I couldn't think any other way.

I brushed her silky hair away from her face and leant against her cheek,l my face tingling at the,contact. "Wake for me my mate and I promise,you the world, anything that is in my power,to give you will be yours, you will never,suffer again,wake for me and I'll show you,how beautiful the world is" I whispered against her ear.

I had no idea if I could keep the promises ,nor know how our life would be together if she wakes up but all I know is that I need her.

Kicking off my shoes I walked,round the other side of the double bed and pulled back the covers. Careful not to hurt,her anymore I managed to find a comfortable position, curling my body protectively around her.

I felt my wolf settle as I waited,for sleep to take me.

Once I ensured Bella and my team were safe in,the pack house I left in search of my father.

I knew my pacm had questions,I would answer them later.,I found my father in his office frowning over the files I had sent him, his head snapped up,as I entered.

"He must die!" I growled at my,father,I knew he understood who I meant.,"I agree son but we will have to wait a few,weeks for the evidence before we make a decision" he motioned me to sit, instead I,began to pace.

"The girl the injured one..""Ah,yes Bella for his crimes against her alone,I assure you son he will die, any involved,will" I frowned."She is an Omega hunter at,least Omega female such as this, death seems fitting, especially when she might not survive". I,roared slamming my fist into the fireplace,cracking the beautiful stone work.

"She must,live! And he must die! She is my mate!" I,couldn't help yelling at him, all I could hear,was the echoing of his words.She had to,survive, she would,

,"Son I'm so happy for you, but your mate is,in a bad way an omega she won't be fit for the position of a luna."Her Omega powers,won't take over until she reaches maturity,,and going off my records of her birth,that's,the next full moon".

"When she wakes,not only will she have to accept she is still,alive,she will also be part of a new pack,,she will have a mate, and be an Omega". I,rubbed my hands over my face in frustration,,what if she couldn't accept it all, would,she leave? "No!"

You stay with her for just some months as, for the mate bond for you to become the king then reject her afterwards and I'll give you the throne full.

I stared at bella wishing she would wake up. I,knew my father was right. I couldn't believe,she is an Omega.
