Tsunami.

The sunset on this land was beyond beautiful in comparison to his homeland, at least that is what Varross think while he looked over the coast of Ionia.

His homeland, Khworez didn't have the same magical feeling that this land gave him since the first time he lay his eyes here.

It was in Fae'Lor, just a day ago that he looked with awe and genuine curiosity the wonders of this land. The First Land's, that's how the inhabitants called it.

Many were the stories he heard when he was a child, from wandering bards to merchants and scholars. Everyone praised this piece of land in the east, enough to make him wish to visit once he was adult.

And here was, yet not in the circumstances he would like. It was more than sure that the famous Ionian generosity and amiability wouldn't be there for him nor his fellow brothers.

Still, he knew that once Noxus conquered this land the people in the future would be the same as him, and he would be able to explore the wonders that Ionia offers.

"Stop looking at the scenery Varross! We have to continue preparing for disembarking!" The voice of his companion sounded behind him suddenly.

Turning back, Varross reply shortly "Aye, I'm comin in."

Turning around he head back towards the interior of the transport ship, looking briefly at the surrounding soldiers around the deck he saw the heavy looks in many of them.

At this point everyone has already heard the news from those soldiers that survived the battle of the Placidium. The units under Commander Encurion didn't shy on telling everyone they could what they saw over there.

At first Varross didn't believe those stories nor the rumours going around the ship. After all, even if Noxus was defeat it wasn't that badly.

However as more and more information was beginning to spread, and the orders that different squadrons received were told, he alongside many others were starting to figure out that those soldiers were not lying.

Looking over the flag of Noxus waving on the deck under the rays of sun, he let out useless thoughts while thinking to himself 'It doesn't matter if they true or not, Noxus will prevail.'

That firm thought was imprinted on every soldier.

It was a belief carved in blood and sweat, countless battles and bodies have already stablish that belief. He was attracted by that same ideal, Noxus was made of it's people, and the power of Noxus was from every soldier that carved it way.

The same would be with Ionia.

Just as a smile started to spread through his face while he started reaching the stairs, he heard a loud shout "UNKNOWN INDIVIDUAL ON SIGHT IN THE AIR! TAKE YOUR POSITIONS!"

After that shout the bells started ringing around the ship, and the soldiers started going towards the various defensive weapons around the deck to defend the ship.

As he looked over the direction were everyone was pointing out their ballistas and other ranged weapons, he saw the figure of a man seemingly jumping in the sky.

"What the hell?" he couldn't help but ask himself in bewilderment at the sight.

"Just what are these Ionians thinking off?" Asked his companion on his side while looking at the same figure.

"FIRE AT WILL!"

The sudden scream ordering the start of the attack caught them by surprise as they saw the various weapons being shot towards that figure.

'He's dead, what was he thinking?' Varross thought to myself while already predicting the outcome.

"These idiots, they surely don't know how to appreciate their lives." scoffed his companion and Varross have to agree with him.

*BRRRRNNN*

Suddenly a zooming sound reached their ears as they saw with disbelief all attacks stopping mid air before reaching that man.

"...what th-!?!??" He couldn't complete his words as he saw strange blue lights forming above the figure, while a bad feeling started to encroach his whole body.

'Something is wrong, something is incredibly wrong!' His mind and instincts were telling him that he should run, that an impeding doom was about to be release.

'But where!?' As he started to feel a primal fear, Varross saw this figure slowly moving his hand on the sides while standing mid air.

The figure putt his left foot in front of him as he crouched slightly, his body bending a little bit forward, seemingly preparing for something, an attack.

The blue lights and flashes in the sky started to appear more frequently while the buzzing sound was deafening the whole place.

"ATTACK! ATTACK HIM WITH WHATEVER YOU HAVE!"

The shouts from the officers didn't worked for making the soldiers in the deck move, Varross was unable to move his feet, eyes wide open looking at the figure and sweat filling on his forehead, palms and back.

He suddenly saw two figures rushing towards that man position, but it was then that the figure finally moved.

The hands that were on his sides suddenly punched forward and with them the air itself obeyed his might.

*PEUWGH*

A loud sound followed by the air cracking and the two figures falling bathed in blood was the opening of what he could only describe as destruction.

The water in front of the ship started to raise on a wall swirls forming inside while it started to towering the ship.

A wall nearing forty meters covered Varross vision as he fell into the ground.

"Ugh" Coughing blood he felt as if a warhammer hit him hard on his chest, a ring was resounding on his eardrums as he wasn't able to hear anything nor balance himself.

He suddenly saw the ship bending backwards, unable to hold himself the last thing he saw was the water crashing hardly into the ships, as pain assaulted his back before dark engulfed his vision.

----

Five ships from Noxus where line up in front of me, colossus from metal with three chimneys each one raising black smoke.

They were advanced ships compared to the backwards one I saw around the villages the previous days.

Still, even as advanced as they were in front of the tremors and the tsunami I created they would suffer the same fate.

"Huff... huff.... huff hehe..." I laughed a little bit while regaining air on my lungs, the attack just now was incredibly tiring.

As the water keep rising in front of me, I saw the column of water completely engulfing the ship while it as the wave turned it around and several figures fell in front of the summoned titan.

The ships behind it also started rising while the wave reached over them quickly, all of the people in those decks, all of those weapons and armor was for nothing in front of the wall of water.

Just now my attack engulfed around 300 meters in front of my with my quake. Lifting tons of water in a powerful wall, creating a vacuum behind it while it advanced forward relentlessly.

*Swoosh* *swoosh*

Suddenly two iron bolts hit on my shoulder and tight, as I lost myself while watching over the tsunami the enemy took advantage of it and a meter length iron bolt inserted on both places.

"Fuck!" Cursing under my breath for my carelessness, I tried to take them off. However, just as I was about to take the one in my shoulder, I feel a cold breath behind my back and I quickly bend over the front while kicking in the back.

Sweat started dripping from my forehead as I hear the air swooshing in a cut where my position was before.

Channelling vibrations with my foot, I kicked the person behind me while feeling it being thrown away.

Not deciding to risk myself over I scram in my head 'BEGONE' Shockwaves fire away from every part of my body as I tried to take quickly the bolt from my shoulder.

I couldn't contemplate the result of my previous attack, as I looked over the iron bolt in my tight.

'This don't look good, although it's not that deep luckily.' I thought to myself while I continue releasing shockwaves from each part of my body.

Trying to not tense the muscles on my injured leg to release quakes and shockwaves, I breathed deeply as with a quick motion I took the bolt with trembling hands.

"Shit!" I grunted under my breath as I quickly tensed again the muscles to prevent more blood from spilling over, sadly for me I didn't have anything that could serve as clot or tourniquet. As my muscles could literally torn them apart.

Seeing the blood spilling over my leg, I furrowed my brows while I looked over in front of me, deciding to retreat for the time being I stopped jumping with my healthy foot and shoot towards the beach, not minding the figures that attacked me previously.

As I prepared to turn around and leave, I saw the wave moving away quickly while leaving behind a mess floating that was being slowly carried away by the receding waves.

'God damn it! I just shoot my at my foot, hope the tsunami wouldn't be that bad.' I thought to myself while glancing over the Korale village.

I was slightly over one to two kilometers within the ocean, and the epicenter was facing outwards, so I was hoping that whatever came back after that attack, wasn't that badly.

'But judging that forty meter wall I don't think so.' I gulped down while spotting Karya and Sett looking over the retreating wall.

As their figures expanded in my sight, I decided to land besides Karya while I roared at her "KAR, PREPARE SOME HERBS FOR ME!" Hoping that the herbs we always carry while training could serve.

I saw her figure retreating towards the rest of the team position as I landed over the beach.

*BOOM*

Landing heavily on the sand, I grimaced at the pain in my leg. However, something quickly took my attention as I saw the water retreating, 'Oh crap!' I closed my eyes knowing that I fucked up.

"Renzo are you okay?" Sett voice reached my ears as he approached me while looking over the wounds in my shoulder and leg.

I chuckled at his question and said with bitterness in my voice "Not really."

Glancing over the four figures in the ground I gritted my teeth while I said to Karya "ASK SETT TO MOVE EVERYONE FROM THE BEACH AND MOVE THEM TOWARDS THE HILLS IN THE PATH TOWARDS THE MOUNTAIN."

As I shout over Karya, the latter conveyed my words at Sett with a clear hysterical tone on her voice.

Sett looked over me strangely but nodded his head and went to carry Hyuna and Irelia on his shoulder while running towards the campment.

'Fuck, well at least it's a little bit far away.' I thought to myself while looking at the campment near a hundred meters away.

'Should I negate the tsunami with another shockwave or something?' I asked to myself while thinking over the possibility of such thing.

Karya then came to my position while starting mixing some herbs and making a paste with a mortar and pestle.

Looking over her worried expression while glaring at my wounds I told her "That's the least you should be worried about, I just fucked up badly." I didn't held back and told her the truth.

Hearing the bitterness and worry in my voice she asked "What do you mean? It's that why you asked Sett to move them out from here?"

I nodded my head while replying her "Yes, I think I made a tsunami, how bad that's it I don't have any idea, but at least those Noxians are under the sea now." The last part I said almost laughing from nervousness.

'I never been in a tsunami before, damn.' I cursed under my breath.

Certainly my life back then was pretty calm and tame compared to other regions in the world, there wasn't volcanos, nor tsunamis, nor tornadoes and certainly not hurricanes.

And now I just made a tsunami just at my house doorsteps.

Karya stopped mixing the herbs as I saw blood draining from her face while going pale. She didn't voiced out, but her eyes were asking me "Are you serious?"

Laughing nervously I told her "Please continue mixing that thing or else I don't know if can do something about those waves before they crash the campment and village."

As she heard my words she closed her mouth and mixed frantically the herbs.

I move my gaze towards the position where those ships were before, sighing deeply and barely seeing the wall of water moving further away.

Nonetheless, when I looked over the receding waves I knew it was a matter of time.

'Think, think, think, how can you actually resolve this matter!?' My brain was non-stop thinking of ways to prevent the inevitable to happen.

I couldn't even rejoice over the fact that I just sunk five ships from Noxus with who knows how many soldiers in them.

'Where's an Aokiji when you need him the most!?' I couldn't help but ponder to myself while thinking over the devil fruits in my bag.

'Certainly there's the chance of such fruit being among them, however, I DON'T KNOW HOW THAT FRUIT LOOKS LIKE!' As I lamented over the fact that my memory wasn't able to retain much information regarding one piece, another thought was looming over my head.

"Karya, tell me, there's a chance that Ionia itself could help us to prevent this?" I suddenly asked her with hopes in my eyes.

She raised her head and looked strangely at me while she pondered for a moment, she then answered "I think there's the chance, but how can we do that?"

I sighed in relief while I replied her "I don't know, but we're going to try everything or else the people here would die, and we're going to lose all of our advances!"

She nodded her head as she didn't minded the slight hysterical tone in my voice.

"After treating me, let's go back and ask Tahru, Indah or whoever might be able to tell us something, I'm going to ask Janna herself if she can lend us a hand herself."

I told her our course of actions while thinking the viability of literally breaking down pieces of earth and putting them on the ocean in front of the village, to act as barrier.

'My strength is actually enough to carry boulders weighing I think two to three hundred kilos.' I started calculating while seeing if the time would be on my side.

I wasn't sure about the weight, since you know, there wasn't any method for me to confirm it, however I didn't have any trouble lifting boulders of the size from a house.

Or a four meter tall boulder in other words.

I haven't tried bigger since they were uncomfortable to carry or move, however in this situation I was willing to try my limits if that could prevent stoping the incoming tsunami.

Was I regreting my rash actions? Not in the slightest, but I was regreting not attacking those ships much later on after trailing behind them and moving away from this coast.

I let the impulse of the moment took my rationality and didn't think further like now. Still, I wasn't willing to waste time thinking about that, now what was important was resolving the current matter at hand.

"Hissss" Letting out breath from the my mouth, I felt a slight pang of pain spreading over the wound in my leg. Karya just started treating the wound while I was lost in my thoughts.

"How many ships were there? What did you see?" Seeing me actually feeling pain, Karya tried to divert my attention as I reply her.

"Five shipssss.... damn, and I wasn't able to see too much, the moment I was inspecting the first ship they started opening fire, so I have to defend myself and then just launched the attack." As I answered her she continue putting the herbs in my leg while a green-yellow liquid spread over the wound from the herbs.

She then moved from my leg and did the same with my shoulder.

"How did they did this to you? You weren't this injured in previous battles... if we don't take the one in the city into account." As she said the latter a gloom spread over her face at the memory of that battle.

My face also contorted in a wry smile while remembering that time, certainly it wasn't a good memory, more so when I remember seeing Kindred.

"I got careless and this happened." I answered her honestly and she nodded her head.

Finishing parching me up she offered her hand to help me stand over and while I gladly take it.

"Let's go, we need to hurry up." I told her while we walked the fastest we can while I continue ransacking my brain thinking on how to solve the matter at hand.

It was at this moment that I was regretting not being a genius of mathematics or something among those lines.

'Theorically if I'm not wrong, I could create another tremor underwater liberating energy in a critical point, the question is, where and how would I know?.' I thought to myself while approaching the village.

'And that's not all, since I would only be saving this place, however the energy in other places would be doubled, and if those waves reach out other coastal villages, I would only be trading other people's lives for ours.' That was another point which was troubling me right now.

'Best case scenario, the waves didn't hit any other coastal village, which I highly doubt, but move deep in the ocean, what about the other side? What is telling me that in the other side of the ocean there isn't any city, town or port village that would be affected.' As I keep considering the trouble that I just made I started feeling a migraine.

As we walked inside I hear Hyuna and Irelia questioning "What happened? Did something happen while you fought back those ships?" Asked Irelia.

"What did you do now?" Asked Hyuna knowing me better than Irelia.

I just smiled wryly while Karya answered for me "While attacking those ships he created a tsunami." As her words reached everyone's ears in the surrounding I saw the various workers, apprentices and Tomura looking over us with concerned expression, while stopping on their spot.

Noticing this I said to Karya "Quickly tell everyone to tell us a way to contact with the Spirit of Ionia for help."

Karya didn't wait any second and asked loudly.

At first the people looked around each other until a man raised his hand and said "I know my family once asked for the help of Luonn- Kon and they answered back while helping us to move the stream from flood our fields."

As the man said this, my eyes rose up with bright hope as I said to Karya "Ask that man to pray like he never did before in his life right now, also make everyone do the same while I'll be doing my part."

Katya looked over me with concern but nodded her head nonetheless.

While she went to organize the people to actually look around for those stone golems, I did my part and put my hands together, it was time to pray my dear and lovely goddess.

"Lady Janna, please tell me you are hearing my pray, I ask for your help once again." As I mumbled under my breath I closed my eyes while trying to stir any kind of help from this deity.

Silence was the only thing that welcomed me, but I keep waiting nonetheless.

Suddenly I feel my mind being shutdown and taken to another place, it was a weird feeling but instead of feeling fear, I feel my body relaxing as a cool breeze caressed my whole body, easing me from pain and the tense muscles around my neck.

"Why is that until now, I've been only helping you while receiving so little in exchange?" The melodious voice of a female reached my ears while I smiled involuntarily.

I opened my eyes and saw the ethereal figure of Janna, clad in her white dress, wielding her wand while carrying a blue crown on her head, she towered over me while smiling me.

"It would take time to actually do something about it, you know I'm fully intending to held my part of the deal Lady Janna." I said to her while she just smiled at my words.

"I'm going to take your word for now, regarding your request, although I've been receiving more prayings from the new believers, I can only do so much, my winds are already helping you over while we speaking right now, although I can only reduce the tides a few meters at best."

As she said that her eyes glowed in blue light and I was suddenly seeing a landmass and the ocean beside it.

I saw a ripple moving in a semicircle from a point.

What was worse, a part of those ripples would hit another island on its path.

"That island is called Bahrl and sadly it's going to take the full brunt of that ripple." She said while I gulped down and looked gloomily over.

"You may saved the lives of thousands, but in the process you may have taken thousands more." Her words struck heavily on my mind while I simple look over and nodded weakly.

Near the point where the ripples started expanded, I saw a line forming and receding back to the mainland, it was much more smaller and noticeable than the semi circular one, but it was visible nonetheless.

The image stopped showing and I saw Janna giant face smiling over me while saying "You have work to do Renzo, go back and do what you need to do."

As I heard her words, my vision stared darkening and I was suddenly back again in the village.

Opening my eyes in confusion I looked around me I just saw people moving away in some direction while the team seemed to be praying aside from Sett who was sitting besides his mother further right.

Noticing that nobody was paying me attention, I got up in my feet and started walking towards the beach once again while ignoring the pain on my leg.

I hear someone calling for me but I just signaled with my hand to not pay me attention.

'I'm not going to use the tremors unless it's necessary.' I thought to myself while remembering the view of the island that Janna called Bahrl.

After walking towards the beach, I moved further towards where the ocean was supposed to be.

Sighing deeply I thought briefly "Still, it's hard to understand how the hell that attack create such tsunami, it isn't like I moved crazy amount of terrain or something.'

Since I just literally created a wall of water, I haven't thought of the possibility. Nonetheless, the reality was here.

Looking at the ground, I continue walking forward until I was at least one hundred meters away from my the beach. Channelling tremors in my fist I started digging into the ground.

I was planning creating a large trench around the coast, with a deepness of at least five to six meters.

As I removed large amount of sand and sediment, I worked as fast as I could while continuing widening the trench I just created while moving the sand and sediment to create a wall at the same time.

It was a simple idea that I didn't know if it would work, but I was trying nonetheless.

As the minutes passed by, I continue widening and lengthening the trench for dozens of meters.

I didn't know if my steps could cover each one meter, but the trench was 40 long steps wide, and at least more than a hundred meters in length.

As I was continuing my endeavor while looking for the wall on my right side that I just created, I heard some voices and the ground slightly shaking.

Curious about the reason behind it, I jumped from the trench and I saw various figures a couple hundred meters away moving deep in the ocean while tall figures of Luonn-Kon carried large boulders.

"Hahaha! They actually did it!" I laughed loudly while I saw at least twenty golems from different heights moving the boulders.

Each one being as big as them, with more than five meters and two of them passing surely the ten meter marks.

They started lefting the boulders while returning back to inland to carry more of them. Although the terrain around the coast was mostly a sandy beach, further inland various boulders could be seen near the woods besides the village.

Thus, the golems started moving the boulders while creating a line that could hopefully diminish the energy behind the tsunami.

I jumped back in the trench while I continue digging and moving the terrain to create the large wall of sand. It was a tiring work since I needed to actually thrown the sand dozens of meters while widening the trench.

As time continue passing, and the knot in my stomach continue worsen, I heard someone shouting my name while I was digging "RENZO GET BACK! T-THE WAVES ARE COMING BACK!"

*Thud* *Thud* *Thud*

I hear my heart beating after those words, feeling my heart on my throat I sighed deeply and jumped from the trench.

As I looked behind me, I saw the trench extending hundreds of meters at least, hoping that this was enough I head towards three figures near the campment while looking over the ocean.

'There it is.' A wave was coming towards us in the distance.

Rushing towards the position, I saw Karya, Sett and Tomura looking worryingly towards me.

Nodding my head at them I glanced over the golems retreating from the beach and heading in direction of the woods "They helped at lot while you were at it, although I don't know how much those rocks would stop those waves."

Karya said while pointing towards the horizon.

Looking over it, I could understand her worry.

A line of dozens of meters could be seen further in the sea floor made of rocks. There has to be at least hundreds of them being packed tighly.

"all of you should head back, I'll remain here in case those things failed." I said to Karya who looked at me as if I was crazy.

Before she could said anything I reminded her "I can jump in the air if need, so don't worry." looking at my smile she sighed deeply and retreated with Sett and Tomura, the later with clear worry on his face.

After all, our whole endeavor was put in danger due to my little trick.

'Who would have tell that such action would lead into this mess? For Christ sake, why my life isn't going like in those novels!?' I cursed under my breath while preparing myself.

The wave was clearly approaching at a noticeable speed, while I was starting to see that the waves were towering the rocks.

'It has to be at least a wave of ten meters.' I noted briefly as I compared the wave to the light posts back on earth and saw them being a couple meters taller, then I started gathering tremors around my body for the worst case scenario.

'I haven't tried my powers on the ground since that time while attacking those battalions, I wonder how I'll fare now?' I asked to myself while reminding my actions on creating a small canyon.

Sighing deeply I looked seriously at the horizon, the waves was at least a couple hundred of meters away from the wall of boulders.

Gulping down I saw the waves fastly approaching, it didn't take more than ten or twenty seconds to reach the boulders.

*CRASH*

Water crashed briefly but the rocks were crushed like nothing and devoured within the wave.

'Damn!' I cursed under my breath while tensing my arms muscles.

I was about to create the biggest quake I could produce with my strength if the trench didn't work.

As the waves continue relentlessly, it finally reached the first meters of the trench.

The water lowered and crashed with the floor while continue, however it was clear that it lost some strength as it continue and crossed the dozens of meters in a mater of couple seconds.

When the waves reached the end of the trench and hit the wall of sand, the latter was utterly passed through as the waves continue it's path.

The wave however, lost half of it's height, as it was around four to five meters tall now.

Smaller, but still deadly.

'Shit not good!' I said to myself and prepared my attack, if let this seemingly small wave continue, it would destroy the camp and village while reaching hundreds if not a couple kilometers inside before losing its energy.

Visualizing a wall in front of me while extending it around all mi vision range, I let go the tremors

*BRRRRNNN*

I stopped briefly after launching it for a second, wanting to see the result.

When the four meters tall wave crashed with the quakes that was spreading outward, it stopped suddenly as if an actual wall was there.

Then, the energy behind it crashed violently and raised large volumes of water while stopping on its own.

Nonetheless, the water continue it's way, although less deadlier than before.

Feeling the one meter tall wave crashing against me, I was thrown out of balance and carried inside.

The water continue and actually reached the camp, luckily the majority went inside the village or near the path towards the mountain, thus the waves only hit the tents and destroyed everything that wasn't fixed on the land.

Luckily for us, I saw the ovens and kitchens being saved as the wall built with rocks and wooden were enough to barely withstand the strength.

The storage room was the same, since we put the effort on building them first, they were able to stand on their feet.

As I let out a sigh of relief I actually cried a little bit, I don't know if it was for relief or just the amount of anxiety and stress this thing put me in so suddenly.

'Thank god it ended.' I said to myself while smiling at the sky.

Yeah, I sunk the noxians ships, but today I also learned something important.

Next time I would sunk those ships deep in the ocean, or outside of the reach of any village in the nearby.

Tremors aren't funny in the ocean.
