Chapter 10

I caught up with Alex and started to walk with her and when we got into the large cafeteria there were two other kids that were yelling at each other and Angelica grabbed her food and walked out and Alex followed her and I just followed her and then she walked In the room she sat down and started to eat and Alex sat next to her and she said so what happened and Angelica said so this morning I found a lady that wants a girl my age and they want to send me to her and see how it works out and then I said so when are you leaving and Angelica said tomorrow and then Alex said that great

Angelica looked at both of us and said so you guys are going to do fine without me and I said yes we would do fine then she looked at both of us and said yay I thought you will be mad that I left then she got up and hugged both of us and then Anglica said so when is the bus going to pick us up then Alex said at 8:45 and I looked at my phone and it was only 8:30 so we all got ready and when it was around that time Anglica me and Alex and a couple of other kids we all walked to the back and there was a bus not a big one but a short bus and we all got on it was a 10-minute drive to the school

when we got there it was a big school when we got in the rest of the kids scattered and Anglica already left she was saying on the bus that she had a little group she goes to before classes start so I walked to the front desk and asked to where to go and they asked me for my name and gave me a paper and pointed where to go I started to walk then

A nudged at my leg then I looked down and a little puppy was there she or he sat down and looked at me I looked around no one was looking for him or her then I picked it up and it didn't even try to run I laughed a little and then I started to walk to the front office and when I was almost there someone ran pass me and was looking for something then they looked back and started to run towards me when he got closed to me he said oh you found Abby then I said oh her and then I looked at the dog and he said yeah she runs off sometimes then he said where you going to turn her in then I said yeah sorry was I not supposed to then he said yeah she is mine then I said oh sorry then I gave her to him and then he walked away

Then he turned around and said so do you want to skip classes with me and some of my friends and I said no thanks then I walked off
