Chapter 2 : Start of a long journey.

When the interview with the girl called Alicia came to a close, she was unhappy and disturbed by the news.

"So you're saying we've been summoned to this realm to defend this kingdom?" Alicia asked.

"Yes and no, we've summoned you because not only is our kingdom in danger, but this world is in peril as well, and it will trigger from our kingdom if we don't stop it, and you guys are our last chance to save us from that," Beatrice remarked, sipping tea gracefully.

Aiden jumped from the bed, extended his hands as he yawned, and then opened a window near the bed. He observed a large city underneath him, busy with people and Magnificent, beautifully planned buildings.

"Can you tell me where we are right now?" Aiden stated Returning his attention to Beatrice's.

"It's the city of Pactyeneami."

"This city is very stunning." Alicia arrived at the location where I was. She also peered out the windows, exclaiming,

"Well, that's evident; this city is at the borders of Bhryraseia county, and it's one of Metriamia's safest areas," she smirked.

"What brings us here? "Aren't we supposed to be at the capital?" Aiden inquired, detecting something odd.

Beatrice's expression darkened as she listened to Aiden's query.

"So, that..."

"What exactly is that?" "Go ahead, say it."

"We're not in the capital because the summons we did isn't yet legally permitted in court, so we're simply waiting for the appeal to be approved." She claimed that when Aiden began banging his head with his fist

"What are you up to?" Alicia asked, halting his hand.

"So, what should I do? Did you happen to hear what she said? She stated that we were not officially summoned, implying that it was unlawful. We're going to be killed." While listening to Aiden, Alicia became concerned and asked Beatrice to validate her concerns. "Is what he's saying true? "Please don't tell any lies." Beatrice responded with her usual cool demeanor, "Don't be afraid of whatever the man says or of being executed. That is not possible. You are the kingdom's treasures, and no one will jeopardize their own. So keep your cool." While Aiden was still cursing Beatrice, the princess of this land, Beatrice's comments put Alicia's mind at peace.

"Should I execute him, Lady Beatrice?" Beatrice was approached by a maid from the side.

"Leave him alone, please. He's quite valuable." At that point, an old man dressed as a butler entered the room.

"Miss, all of the travel arrangements have been arranged," a guy in front of Beatrice remarked, lowering his head.

"Very good, then we should do it now; any delay will just make things worse."

"Yes, I believe so as well. Then I should direct the employees to carry our bags and prepare the troops."

The Butler then straightened his back and walked away, leaving Alicia and Aiden perplexed.

"Wait a minute, who was that?" Aiden stated

"He's my Butler,"

"Wow, it's my first time seeing a butler in real life," Alicia said, her eyes twinkling.

Then, standing from her seat and turning to face Alicia and Aiden, she said, "We're going in 20 minutes, so please get dressed at that time." I've already allocated 20 maids to each of you to help you with dressing and other details. We'll see each other again in 20 minutes." She exited the room, followed by ten maids, leaving Alicia and Aiden alone.

So, basically, she summoned us here against the will of this so-called Nobleman, not the will of this country.

If I understand properly, we're in big danger.

She's simply a princess, and she's taken a huge stride. Who wouldn't be surprised to hear this from her alone?

But it's not like I have any options. I'm only a summoned guy carrying out commands.

My attention was drawn to Alicia, who was seated on a chair, staring at the ceiling.

I believe she is unaware that she is wearing a nightgown, which exposes her bare breasts to my naked sight.

I made a false cough noise to grab her attention, which she did, and I directed my fingers towards her breast. When she noticed what she was wearing, she became crimson and yelled at me, calling me a pervert.

After some time, the maid arrived and led each of us to our own rooms.

"So, I'm assuming you're all set to go?" We were in the royal yard, in front of five carriages that were about to leave.

Princess Beatrice was standing in front of me in a beautiful sleeveless gown, and Alicia was standing to my right in a white long gown.

"Miss Beatrice, may I ask you a question?" Alicia inquires, a little shyly. One thing you should know about Alicia is that she is quite timid and gets worried when she meets new people.

"May I proceed, and you don't have to say me miss?" With a smile on her face, Beatrice said.

"Do I need to marry this man to live here?" Alicia said, pointing towards me, as I began to bake.

Beatrice pinched her brows and inquired as to who had said this to her, to which Alicia replied, "It was me."

Fuck, I was caught.

"Can you tell me where you're going?" I came to a halt and looked back, scratching my head. "I was going to drink some water."

"Stop talking rubbish to Alicia," Beatrice snarled, frowning at me.

"All right, I won't."

Then we all entered the carriage, which was grandees and sumptuous on the inside. When the carriage guy saw us, on board, he began to move.

Alicia sat next to Beatrice, while I sat across from them, facing them.

"Alicia You know you may sit next to me?" I indicated my left open place.

"No, thank you; she's alright over here,'' Beatrice said, taking Alicia close to her.

At that time, our adventure to Metriamia began.
