Chapter 5: Protective Prince

We ended up in Williams room in the palace and he laid me down and tucked me into his bed, William refused to let me out of his sight which ment we were suddenly sharing a room and a bed but I loved the idea of being next to him all night. We were supposed to be fully mated but due to what happened to me during the hunt I had to rest and get back to full health before I even decide to mate with William. I wanted more than anything to be fully his so that no one would even dare to try to take him away from him or me away from him but now wasn't the time.

Prince William

I kept her in bed whilst I ran around getting her anything she may need or anything she wanted before sitting at her side, after getting a glimpse of what happened to her during the hunt I was afraid that one wrong move would hurt her. I didn't want to hurt her on make her afraid if me so I did want I thought was best for her health and kept my distance, it hurt to keep my distance when I wanted nothing more than to hold her in my arms and make sure she was ok. I stayed where I was until she asked me to hold her in my arms and as soon as I touched her skin I relaxed and fell asleep with her safely trapped in my grasp.

William had instantly listened to what I said and held me tightly in his arms and we fell asleep together, I was shocked awake by the sound of banging and it seemed that William had heard it too. He walked to the door and unlocked it before looking back at me to make sure I was ok and after he was happy to see me unharmed on the bed he opened the door to reveal his family, I instantly froze and became afraid of what they would think of me but then relaxed once I realised that they already accepted me as their daughter.
