Last Meal.

After stealing a glance at his wife and seeing the expression she had on, he couldn't help himself as he turned the other way and used his hand to cover his mouth. Because the laughter that was coming on had no bounds.

After some time, the Queen frowned.

"Are you done?" she grunted impatiently.

Coming back to his senses, the King cleared his throat and turned to look at his wife a bit before looking down at Andrew.

"Yes Darling, Mmmmm hmmm...!" He cleared his throat loudly to show something was choking him.

"I was...uh, I was trying to...!" He cleared his throat again.

The Queen looked away.

"When you're done, you cam send him away!" The Queen said straight-forwardly.

"Come on Darling, something was in my throat so I had to cough or out..." But he was cut short.

"By coughing pretty loudly to have everyone know you're choked?!" His wife snapped.

The King laughed.

"Oh Dear...!" He said as he raised his hand to caress his wife's face but was ignored so he just put his hand back and then cleared his throat again.

"Mmmmm hmmm...!" Before turning to face Andrew below him.

Seeing Andrew again sparked some kind of anger that had him go nuts when he remembered the news he had heard from his spies concerning this Son of his.

His already wrinkled face furrowed further.

"Andrew!" The King roared his name.

"Father!" Andrew responded as he easiest his head to looks t his father, The King.

The King gave him a stern look, but he looked back at his Father back in the eye.

Everywhere was quiet.

Everyone could sense the anger the King had right now and also the fear that Andrew had, while everyone could also sense the hostility between them.

After some time of silent hostility, The King said;

"Andrew!" The King called his name again.

Looking straight at him, Andrew answered;

"Yes Father?"

The King hesitated one more time before calling for the last time;

"Andrew...!" This time the softness in his tone could be sensed. Not only by the Councilmen, the servants and everyone else in the Castle, including the Queen. But also Andrew felt it.

It took him five (5) seconds for him to reply.

"Father...!"

The softness that the King used to call him had him sigh with his head bowed.

"Andrew, Andrew, Andrew...!" The King called him again three times.

Raising his head to look at him, the King asked;

"Why are you like this...?"

Andrew was silent.

"You let your mother and I argue about you everyday, day in day out...just you Andrew, just you!" The King said.

"You've never thought of being peace to this castle, never!"

"And your target is the throne...?" The King asked in frustration.

"If not for the fact that after you, your mother and I have two (2) more sons, I for one, would have preferred to live on my own, with your mother, hsu my wife and I, I think that would have been better...!"

Andrew just kept saying at his Father.

"My King...!" Councilman Philip stepped forward as he wanted to say something but was cut off.

"No Philip...!" The King stopped him

"It the truth, let's be honest here, I'm being honest...!" He said as he turned to look at his wife who was gaping at him.

"No Darling, it's the truth...I'm being honest here right now...if it hadn't been for your mother who wanted children, I am fine living alone...with her...just the two of us!" He said sincerely.

Having said that, he let his words sink everyone there while slowly placing his chin on his palm, to watch Andrew's reaction.

Andrew only looked down and then up to find his father watching him. He looked back.

After about ten (10) seconds, the King sighed.

"When Andrew..?" The King suddenly asked.

"When?" He asked again.

"When are you going to change...?" He finally asked.

"When are you going to stop acting all childish and, grow up?"

"Grow up, grow up Andrew, mature up, become a Prince of dignity, royalty someone your mother and I can be proud of...when are you gonna do that Andrew, when?"

The King asked in a caring tone that contained something that was deep but hidden.

Taking his time, the King sighed one more time before calling;

"Samuel!"

A guy, tall, dark, slender with dark brown hair, stepped forward and bowed slightly.

"Yes Sire!" The guy named Samuel said.

"You're going to be accompanying this guy here..!" He said as he pointed towards Andrew.

"My Son!" He said this with a little air of pride and he stood up from his throne and stepped down the stairs.

"To the nearby village of Atmaska!" The King said.

Hearing the name of the village that Andrew was going to be groomed, he sighed in relief.

The village of Atmaska was an hour's journey from the Castle so it would make it easy for him to run to the castle in case if any danger.

Sensing the relief in the boy's body, the King smirked and whispered something to the servant named Samuel.

After getting the orders from the King, Samuel nodded, took a step backwards bowed again before approaching Andrew who was still on his knees and was extremely happy.

Samuel bowed a little.

"My prince!" Samuel called.

Andrew that had been engrossed in his thoughts of being relieved and was thanking God in his heart, didn't notice the black man-servant that had come to stand beside him.

Noticing the Prince's mind wasn't in the room anymore, he smiled and called one more time;

"My Prince!" This time, he made sure his voice was a bit higher.

This time, the call caught Andrew's attention.

Raising his head up to look at his side, he noticed the back man-servant standing beside him.

"Hmmm?" Andrew replied non-chalantly.

Smiling innocently, Samuel said;

"Can my Prince come to the dinning area, his majesty's dinner has been prepared!" Samuel said with a smile on his face.

Looking at the man-servant up and down, Andrew eyed him, taking five (5) seconds to think before standing up to follow Samuel.

When he walked passed his Father, Andrew stopped for a moment and bowed slightly.

"Thank you Father...!" Andrew said sincerely with the deepest gratitude from his heart.

Without waiting for his reply, Andrew scurried off into the dinning area with Samuel.

Once they were in the dinning area, Andrew took him and pinned him to a corner.

"What were you ordered to do?" Andrew asked with his arm on the throat of Samuel.

"Nothing My Prince, I swear!" Samuel swore.
