Chapter 54 Arrival of the Triplets.
(Six Months Later)
It's been six months since Prince Xavier and Princess Annabelle's Pre-wedding party and their wedding party came and go.
Kara's stomach has started showing the big bump.
Joffrey was still sweet, doting, and caring towards Kara, but his work and responsibilities as a C.E.O could not be neglected.
He had to leave Kara sometimes, so he could show up at the office, and carry out his responsibilities as a C.E.O.
Joffrey being the overprotective husband, instructed Susan, Kara's personal maid to always assist Kara in anything she needs to do while Sebastin and Tyler were instructed to always keep an eye on Kara.
Things were going well for Kara, though she still suffers from her mood swing problem, but nevertheless, Joffrey, Emperor Jethro, Empress Margareth, Mrs.Katherine, and Rebecca still flowed along with her, cheering her up whenever she needs cheering.
Kara's stomach was showing the bump and her due date was finally around the corner.
(IN THE PALACE LIVING ROOM)
Kara, Emperor Jethro, Empress Margareth, Mrs.Katherine, and Rebecca were in the Palace living room, chattering and laughing happily while teasing themselves.
"Mom! Stop! You are gonna make Becca cry with your teasing," Kara said to her mom while giggling.
"Hahaha!!! Ain't no way I'm gonna let her go on this one, Kara can you imagine Rebecca was restless the whole two months we were on Xena's tour??? And that's just because there was no Sebastin around," Mrs.Katherine asked Kara while laughing at Rebecca.
"Mom! You can't actually blame her, she's addicted to Sebastin just like I'm addicted to Joffrey," Kara said to her mom, trying to defend Rebecca.
"Hmmm!! Are You trying to say I'm now up to Joffrey when it comes to romance??? Sebastin asked Kara as soon as he entered the living room while looking at her inquisitively.
"You are not even close! No offense but you still have a long way to go," Kara replied Sebastin while smirking at him.
"Awww!!! That's not fair," Sebastin pouted cutely while sitting down on one of the couches.
"I thought you were with Prince Joffrey??? Rebecca asked Sebastin in a surprised manner.
"I've done My part as his chief of staff, there are things he ought to do by himself," Sebastin said to Rebecca while sipping a vodka.
Sebastin and Rebecca started exchanging glances.
"Oh, C'mon!! For the love of God! Can the both of you just stop showing off your love skills??? This is the Palace of Echancia Empire, not some pleasure house that you two can freely flirt with each other," Kara said to Sebastin and Rebecca angrily.
"Hmmm!!! I guess her mood swings have changed from cheerful to anger again," Sebastin and Rebecca silently whispered to themselves.
"We are sorry if that made you uncomfortable," Rebecca said to Kara apologetically while tapping Sebastin's shoulder, trying to signal him to do the same thing.
"What??? Sebastin asked Rebecca feeling confused with the way Rebecca was tapping his shoulder.
"Apologize to Kara! Rebecca whispered to Sebastin's ear.
"But I didn't do anything wrong," Sebastin protested in a whispering tone.
"I know but don't let His Royal Highness come in and see her angry!! Trust me you don't want to know the end result of that," Rebecca explained to Sebastin.
"(Sighs)Okay! Sebastin replied Rebecca softly while sighing in defeat.
"Kara, I'm sorry if we offended You," Sebastin reluctantly apologized to Kara.
"It's okay! So what was my husband doing when you left him at the office??? Kara said to Sebastin while looking at him inquisitively.
"I left him in a crucial meeting, he told me to come and keep an eye on you," Sebastin replied Kara warmly.
"Oh! I see," Kara replied softly.
"Is someone missing her husband already??? Mrs.Katherine asked Kara while teasing her.
"Can You blame me??? Kara asked her mom while hugging the cushion she was holding.
"Ahem! Ahem! You all should stop teasing my daughter-in-law, any woman who misses her husband's touch is well taken care of by her husband," Emperor Jethro said out, making Empress Margareth, Mrs.Katherine, and Rebecca to laugh heartily.
"Greetings! Your Imperial Royal Majesties! The Lion and Lioness of Enchancia Empire," Susan greeted Emperor Jethro and Empress Margareth while curtsying respectfully as soon as she entered the Palace living room.
"I'm sorry, Your Royal Highness! Please forgive me for interrupting your conversation, but it's time for your afternoon siesta," Susan apologetically said to Kara.
"Oh, okay, I'm coming! I'll be in my chamber in five minutes," Kara replied Susan warmly.
"Okay, Your Royal Highness! If you will excuse me, I'll love to go and do some other chores," Susan said to Kara, begging for permission to leave Kara's presence.
"You may leave," Kara said to Susan, granting her permission to leave.
Kara, Emperor Jethro, Empress Margareth, Mrs.Katherine, Rebecca, and Sebastin continued their chattering while laughing happily.
After one hour of chattering, Kara excused herself and left the Palace living room, ascending the stairs, heading towards her chamber to get her afternoon siesta.
Just as Kara was about to climb the last step of the staircase connecting to her chamber, she felt the muscles of her uterus tighten up like a fist.
"Ahhhhhhhhhhh!!!! Susan!!!! Kara screamed while trying to call for help.
"Your Royal Highness! You sent for me...Oh My God! The baby is about to come out," Susan said to Kara panickly as soon as she arrived at the spot where Kara was weakly standing at.
"Thud!!! Kara's body dropped down on the floor making Susan to freak out.
"Your Royal Highness!!! Susan screamed, totally terrified.
Emperor Jethro, Empress Margareth, Mrs.Katherine, Rebecca, and Sebastin were still in the Palace living room, chattering and laughing happily when they heard Kara's scream.
Emperor Jethro, Empress Margareth, Mrs.Katherine, Rebecca, and Sebastin hurriedly ran towards where Kara's voice was coming from.
"Oh My God!! What happened here??? Empress Margareth and Mrs.Katherine chorously asked Susan anxiously.
"I think Kara is in labor," Sebastin said out from his intuition.
"She's in Labor??? Now??? Emperor Jethro asked Sebastin feeling shocked.
"Rhamsis!!! Emperor Jethro yelled, calling the Captain of his Royal Guards.
"Your Imperial Royal Majesty! You called?? Captain Rhamsis asked Emperor Jethro as soon as he arrived at the scene.
"Yes, I called! Princess Kara is in labor and I want you to join Sebastin in lifting her up, so we can take her to the hospital," Emperor Jethro ordered Captain Rhamsis sternly but panickly.
"Oh My God!! What happened to Her Royal Highness?? Tyler panickly asked out as soon as he arrived at the scene.
"Oh! Tyler, You are here! Please assist Rhamsis in lifting Princess Kara up! We need to take her to the hospital ASAP!!! Emperor Jethro ordered Tyler sternly while moving aside, so Tyler, Sebastin, and Rhamsis can be able to easily lift Kara up.
"Ahhhhhhhhhhh!!! It hurts! It hurts! (Sob Sob Sob Sob) Kara screamed while sobbing feeling intense pain as the muscles of her uterus tighten up like a fist the more.
"It's okay! It's okay! Breathe! Breathe! Empress Margareth and Mrs.Katherine chorously said to Kara while trying to calm her down.
"Can someone please put Joffrey on-call??? Emperor Jethro panickly asked in an ordering manner.
"Right away!! Susan replied hurriedly while picking up her Samsung mobile phone to dial Joffrey's number.
"Hello??? Who's this??? Joffrey asked through the phone conversation as soon as the call got connected.
"Your Royal Highness! It's Susan," Susan panickly replied Joffrey.
"Oh! Susan! (Hahaha) I'm sorry I didn't recognize your voice," Joffrey apologetically said to Susan through the phone conversation.

"I'm sorry, Susan, can I call you back??? I'm kinda in a crucial meeting here and that bastard, Sebastin, bailed on me, he couldn't even stay to assist me," Joffrey hurriedly said to Susan while preparing to disconnect the call.
"No! No! No! No! No! Your Royal Highness!! Please don't hang up yet!! Her Royal Highness.......
"Her Royal Highness is what???...Did anything happen to My wife??? Joffrey panickly asked Susan while interrupting her from what she was going to say.
"Her Royal Highness is in labor, Tyler, her Head of Security have arrived to assist us in taking her to the hospital, I was instructed by His Imperial Royal Majesty to put you on call," Susan panickly said to Joffrey through the phone conversation.
"What??? She's in labor now??? Please hold on, I'll be there in ten minutes," Joffrey hurriedly said to Susan while disconnecting the call.
"His Royal Highness said he will be here in ten minutes," Susan said to Emperor Jethro panickly.
"He better show up here on time! Hmph!! Emperor Jethro replied Susan while gritting his teeth feeling annoyed at Joffrey who was absent at the moment he is being needed urgently.
"Tyler!! Sebastin!! Please hurry up in carrying her up," Rebecca panickly said to Tyler and Sebastin while trying to hurry them up.
"Right away!! Sebastin and Tyler chorously replied while lifting Kara up and carrying her straight to the driveway where the limousines were parked.

Joffrey was in a crucial board meeting with his business clients when his phone rang out.
He picked up his expensive Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra Gold Ox and answered the call.
"Hello??? Who's this??? Joffrey asked through the phone conversation as soon as the call got connected.
"Your Royal Highness! It's Susan," Susan panickly replied Joffrey through the phone conversation.
"Oh! Susan! (Hahaha) I'm sorry I didn't recognize your voice," Joffrey apologetically said to Susan through the phone conversation.

"I'm sorry, Susan, can I call you back??? I'm kinda in a crucial meeting here and that bastard, Sebastin, bailed on me, he couldn't even stay to assist me," Joffrey said to Susan while preparing to disconnect the call because he was in a hurry to get back to the meeting.
"No! No! No! No! No! Your Royal Highness!! Please don't hang up yet!! Her Royal Highness.......
"Her Royal Highness is what???...Did anything happen to My wife??? Joffrey panickly asked Susan while interrupting her from what she was going to say.
"Her Royal Highness is in labor, Tyler, her Head of Security have arrived to assist us in taking her to the hospital, I was instructed by His Imperial Royal Majesty to put you on call," Susan panickly said to Joffrey through the phone conversation.
"What?? She's in labor now??? Please hold on, I'll be there in ten minutes," Joffrey hurriedly said to Susan while disconnecting the call.
"Gentlemen!! This meeting is adjourned!!! Joffrey said to his business clients while hurriedly taking his briefcase and walking towards the exit door.
"But C.E.O Joffrey!!! You can't just adjourn the meeting like that, we are talking about three hundred and sixty trillion dollars here," The business clients reasoned with the exiting Joffrey.
Turning his back, Joffrey said:-
"For My wife, I can do anything!
"Is it Your money that is at stake in this project that you all are worried about??? Joffrey asked the business clients with a pause.
"Here! That's Seven hundred Trillion dollars!! Share it among yourselves and get the hell out of My Company," Joffrey said further to the business clients coldly while tossing the briefcase towards them and walking out of the conference room hastily.
"Make sure they leave this building as soon as possible," Joffrey said to one of his bodyguards guarding the door of the conference room in an ordering manner.
"Yes, Your Royal Highness!! The bodyguard solemnly replied Joffrey.
"Good!! Joffrey replied the bodyguard while running towards the door connecting to the lobby of the Company as if the devil was chasing after him.
A few minutes later, he arrived at the parking lot where his Bugatti La Voiture Noire was parked neatly, he got into the car, turned on the ignition, and sped off towards the Palace.
"Good thing I brought the headquarters to Chadcia! What was I supposed to do if our headquarters was still in Europe??? Joffrey asked himself while switching jars.
Joffrey was driving his Bugatti La Voiture Noire was on top speed, the kind of speed that could be described as risky.
Exactly ten minutes, Joffrey's screeching tires could be heard as he sped into the Palace.
Meanwhile, Tyler, Sebastin, and Rhamsis were coming out of the Palace with Kara in their arms, heading towards the limousines when they heard the sound of Joffrey's Bugatti La Voiture Noire's screeching tires.
Joffrey hastily came out of his Bugatti La Voiture Noire as soon as he drove in and parked at the driveway of the Palace.
"Oh My God!! Kara!! I'm so sorry! I'm so sorry I wasn't here on time," Joffrey said to Kara while taking Kara's body from Tyler, Sebastin, and Rhamsis's hands, and walking towards his Bugatti La Voiture Noire.
Without further delay, Joffrey immediately took Kara into his Bugatti La Voiture Noire and placed her in the back passenger seat.
In no time, he got into his Bugatti La Voiture Noire, turned on the ignition, and sped off into the streets of Chadcia, heading for Amager Hospital.
Meanwhile, Emperor Jethro, Empress Margareth, Mrs.Katherine, Rebecca, Sebastin, Tyler, Susan, and Captain Rhamsis got into their own limousines and zoomed off away from the Palace into the streets of Chadcia, heading towards Amager Hospital with six other limousines containing the other Royal Guards, accompanying them as convoys.
After one hour thirty minutes of driving, Joffrey arrived at the lobby of the Amager Hospital.
Joffrey hurriedly came down from his Bugatti La Voiture Noire and brought Kara's body out of the back passenger seat of the Bugatti La Voiture Noire.
"Emergency!!! Emergency!!! Emergency!!! Joffrey yelled, calling out to the nurses who were standing, discussing among themselves.
"Oh My God!! It's the Crown Prince!!! The nurses whispered among themselves.
"Hey, You!! Bring a stretcher!! Hurry!!! One of the nurses ordered a passing junior nurse while running towards Joffrey to assist him in carrying Kara.
"She's...She's....She's not breathing!!! Joffrey hysterically said to the nurse who came to assist him in carrying Kara.
"It's okay, Your Royal Highness!! We will attend to Her Royal Highness ASAP!!! The nurse assured Joffrey while placing Kara on the stretcher as soon as the stretcher was brought to the scene.
Without wasting more time, the nurses immediately rolled Kara's body in a hurry towards the VIP Emergency labor ward.
"Stay with me, honey! Please don't leave me," Joffrey chanted while running after the nurses who were rolling Kara's body on a stretcher towards the VIP Emergency labor ward.
After about five minutes, the nurses alongside Joffrey arrived at the VIP section of the Emergency labor ward.
Kara was immediately attended to by the Doctors on-call as soon as she was brought by the nurses to the VIP section of the Emergency labor ward.
She was immediately placed on Oxygen while they started running a C.P.R section on her to manually preserve her brain and restore her blood circulation and breathing.
While the C.P.R section was being performed by the Doctors, the nurses walked up to the hysterical Joffrey and said:-
"Your Royal Highness! We are sorry but you are not supposed to be here!!
"Meaning what?? Joffrey asked the nurses coldly.
"Meaning You have to leave, Your Royal Highness!! So we can attend to Her Royal Highness," One of the nurses replied Joffrey sternly but respectfully.
"There's a special waiting room at your left, please wait there," Another nurse added.
"My wife is lying down there and she's not breathing, I have to be here for her! Please!! Joffrey politely said to the nurses in an explaining manner while begging them to allow him to stay.
"We are sorry, but that's the hospital policy," The nurses explained to Joffrey politely.
"Then I guess I'll just have to buy this hospital! After all, it's for sale," Joffrey replied the nurses sternly while dialing Sebastin's mobile number.
"Hello, Your Royal Highness....
"Sebastin!!! Where the hell are you??? I want you to buy me the Amager Hospital now!! And I mean ASAP!!!! Joffrey sternly ordered Sebastin as soon as the call got connected, interrupting what he was going to say while disconnecting the call.
A few minutes later, Sebastin called Joffrey back.
"Your Royal Highness!! It's done! I've bought the hospital using the credit card you left me with," Sebastin said to Joffrey through the phone conversation.
"Good! Where the hell are You guys??? Joffrey asked Sebastin coldly.
"We are almost there, Your Royal Highness!! How is Princess Kara doing??? Sebastin asked Joffrey anxiously.
"(Sighs) She's in C.P.R section! That's all I know for now," Joffrey said to Sebastin while sighing deeply.
"We will be there soon, okay?? Sebastin said to Joffrey warmly.
"Okay! But please hurry up! I really need you guys here," Joffrey said to Sebastin while disconnecting the call.
"Your Royal Highness! You can come inside now, it appears you are now our boss," The nurses politely said to Joffrey while bowing their heads.
"It's okay! I'm not going to fire You! Just in case you thought so," Joffrey said to the nurses while entering inside the VIP section of the Emergency labor ward.
Joffrey got inside the VIP Emergency labor ward and saw the Doctors and nurses painstakingly trying to resuscitate Kara.
"On My count, You go again," The senior Doctor said to one of the Junior Doctors.
"Yes, Sir," The Junior Doctor replied sternly.
"1, 2, 3 go!! The Senior Doctor yelled.
The junior Doctor immediately did another C.P.R section again while Joffrey was getting more hysterical, seeing Kara in that state.
A few minutes later, Kara started breathing again after so many C.P.R sections, making the Doctors and nurses alongside Joffrey to sigh in relief.
"Doctor!! Doctor!! Is she...Is she okay??? Joffrey fearfully asked the Doctors as soon as Kara woke up.
"She's okay for now, Your Royal Highness!! Actually, she's suffering from cardiac arrest and that's the reason her breathing stopped," The Doctors replied Joffrey warmly.
"Have You guys fixed her?? Is she still suffering from the cardiac arrest??? Joffrey fearfully asked the Doctors.
"Your Royal Highness! You have to give us time to treat her, her cardiac arrest is not too critical, but first, we have to make sure she delivers safely before any treatment can commence," The Doctors said to Joffrey warmly.
"Honey! Kara called out to Joffrey weakly.
"My love! I'm here! I'm here! Please don't leave me," Joffrey emotionally replied Kara.
"I'm not going anywhere silly! I'm still here," Kara said to Joffrey while giggling weakly.
"Your Royal Highness! We are going to start now! Are you ready?? The Doctors asked Kara calmly.
"I'm ready," Kara replied the Doctors weakly.
"Your Royal Highness! I advise you leave now, I'm not sure you are ready to see the pain she will be going through! Trust Me, Your Royal Highness!! It's not something you would want to see her go through with your eyes," One of the Doctors politely said to Joffrey in a suggesting and reasoning manner.
"I'm sorry, Doctor! I'm not going anywhere," Joffrey replied the Doctor sternly.
"Okay! If You say so, Your Royal Highness! Then I'm afraid you have to brace yourself," The Doctor said to Joffrey while joining the rest of the Doctors.
"Your Royal Highness! Here's what you are going to do for us! You have to breathe in and then breath out," The Doctors said to Kara calmly.
Kara then inhaled and exhaled as she was asked by the Doctors.
"Your Royal Highness!! On our count, you push as hard as you can," The Doctors calmly said to Kara.
"Okay," Kara replied softly.
"Are you ready???" The Doctors asked Kara calmly.
"Yeah! Kara replied firmly but softly.
"Okay! 1, 2, 3 push!!!! The Doctors said to Kara, urging her to start pushing.
"Ahhhhhhhhhhh!!!!! Kara screamed in pain.
Joffrey on the other hand was sobbing softly, seeing Kara in her current state was killing him.
"Ahhhhhhhhhhh!!!! Ahhhhhhhhhhh!!! It hurts!! Kara screamed loudly while pushing hard as she was instructed by the Doctors.
"Keep going, Your Royal Highness! Keep pushing, you can do it," The Doctors said to Kara while trying to encourage her.
"Ahhhhhhhhhhh!!! Joooofffrrreeeyyy!!! It hurts!!! Kara screamed loudly in pain, almost screaming out her lungs.
"Honey I'm here!! You can do it!! I know you can," Joffrey said to Kara while holding her hands, trying to give her all the courage she need.
"Ahhhhhhhhhhh!!!! It hurts!! It hurts!! Joffrey it hurts!!! Kara screamed loudly, tears falling down her eyes.
"(Sob! Sob! Sob!) I know my love! I wish I could take the pain from you," Joffrey said to Kara in a hoarse voice while shedding tears profusely.
"You have to believe You can do it because I believe in You," Joffrey said to Kara, encouraging her.
Kara was already sweating profusely and water was no longer coming out of her, just blood, and this scared the Doctors like hell.
"Your Royal Highness!! We don't think she can continue like this, we have to perform a C-SECTION on her," The Doctors said to Joffrey firmly but calmly.
"My wife will not be cut open," Joffrey said to the Doctors coldly.
"I'm sorry, Your Royal Highness! But if we continue like this, we might lose the babies or the mother or even lose both the mother and the babies," The Doctors explained to Joffrey calmly.
"It's okay, honey! Let them do it! Everything will be okay," Kara said to Joffrey, urging him to let the Doctors proceed with the C-SECTION.
"So, Your Royal Highness! Should we proceed??? The Doctors asked Joffrey while looking at him inquisitively.
..........Joffrey kept silent while thinking deeply.
"You may proceed!! Joffrey replied the Doctors with a hoarse voice after minutes of silence.
"You've made a decision that could save your babies and Her Royal Highness," The Doctors replied Joffrey warmly with a bright smile.
"Prepare the theatre!!! We are going for C-SECTION on Her Royal Highness," One of the Doctors ordered the nurses.
"Hurry up!!! Another Doctor yelled at the nurses, urging them to hurry up.
"Muah! Muah! Be safe, Kara," Joffrey emotionally said to Kara while kissing her.
"I'll be safe My love! Everything will be fine, I promise," Kara smiled brightly at Joffrey while assuring him not to worry, that everything will be fine.
Without delay, the nurses rolled Kara's body away from the VIP Emergency labor ward towards the theatre.
Joffrey immediately followed Kara's body that was placed on a stretcher, and being rolled by the nurses towards the theatre but was stopped by the Doctors.
"We are sorry, Your Royal Highness! But you can't follow us inside the theatre," The Doctors politely said to Joffrey.
"Excuse me!! This is My hospital! Are you restraining me from entering my hospital??? Joffrey asked the Doctors angrily while glaring at them coldly.
"No, Your Royal Highness! Please don't get us wrong," The Doctors said to Joffrey politely.
"You can't follow us inside the theatre because you might be an obstruction to our work and by the looks of Her Royal Highness!! We can't afford to let you inside that theatre, so you don't obstruct our work," The Doctors explained to Joffrey calmly.
"Your Royal Highness! You have to know that even though you are the owner of this hospital which you are! we still wouldn't allow you inside that theatre,' One of the Doctors added.
"(Sighs) So what now?? Joffrey asked the Doctors coldly while sighing deeply in defeat.
"You wait at that special VIP room over there, and when we are done, we will let you know as soon as possible," The Doctors said to Joffrey while pointing towards a special VIP waiting room for Joffrey to wait at.
"Doctor...take care of her! Please," Joffrey said to the exiting Doctors.
"We will! Don't You worry Yourself, Your Royal Highness," The Doctors replied Joffrey while entering the theatre room.
Joffrey then walked towards the special VIP waiting room.
Getting inside the special VIP waiting room, Joffrey saw Emperor Jethro, Empress Margareth, Mrs.Katherine, Rebecca, Sebastin, Tyler, Susan, and Captain Rhamsis sitting down, worry and anxiety etching all over their faces.
"Mom! Dad! Joffrey called out to his parents.
"Oh My God!! Son!! What's going on??? Is she okay?? Is she breathing now?? Emperor Jethro and Empress Margareth alongside Mrs.Katherine anxiously bombarded Joffrey with questions as soon as they heard his voice.
.........Joffrey felt speechless, unable to say a word.
"The Doctors said she's suffering from cardiac arrest, is that true?? Tell us it isn't true," Emperor Jethro and Empress Margareth alongside Mrs.Katherine, Susan, and Rebecca said to Joffrey hysterically while looking at him inquisitively.
............... Jeffrey remained silent, not able to say a single word, but tears were flowing down from his eyes profusely.
"Joffrey!!! Please tell us what's going on with Kara!!! No Doctors or nurses are acknowledging our questions," Rebecca, Susan, and Mrs.Katherine said to Joffrey hysterically.
"She's out of C.P.R section, she's now in the theatre.....the Doctors are performing a C-SECTION on her," Joffrey replied Rebecca, Susan, and Mrs.Katherine in a hoarse voice.
Dropping down on his knees, Joffrey started sobbing profusely.
"I can't.....I can't.....I can't lose her....I can't," Joffrey said out in a stuttering manner in between his sobbing.
"You won't lose her, Joffrey....we won't lose her," Emperor Jethro, Empress Margareth, Mrs.Katherine, Rebecca, Sebastin, Tyler, Susan, and Captain Rhamsis said to Joffrey while trying to console and calm him.
After three long hours of waiting in the special VIP waiting room, the Doctors finally came out of the theatre room with a bright smile on their faces.
Getting inside the special VIP room, they greeted the Royal Family.
"Doctor how's she??? Joffrey asked the Doctors anxiously but fearfully.
"Your Royal Highness, it was successful!! Princess Kara gave birth to three cute babies," The Doctors said to Joffrey and the Royal Family while smiling happily.
"Congratulations, Your Royal Highness!!! The Doctors congratulated Joffrey while shaking his hand.
"Thank You very much, Doctor!! So can we see her now?? Joffrey asked the Doctors anxiously but excitedly.
"Yes! Can we see her now??? Emperor Jethro and Empress Margareth alongside Mrs.Katherine, Sebastin, Susan, Tyler, and Rebecca anxiously asked the Doctors excitedly.
"We are sorry You can't see Her Royal Highness yet, we've treated her cardiac arrest but we are still infusing blood on her because she lost a lot of blood while we were inducing labor on her, and we also need to watch her for 24hours just to make sure she won't collapse again because of the cardiac arrest she suffered from," The Doctors explained to the anxious Joffrey and the Royal Family.
"(Sighs) It's a relief that she has been treated, I can't have her collapsing like that because of the cardiac arrest," Joffrey replied the Doctors while sighing deeply in relief.
"Don't worry, Your Royal Highness!! We are sure Her Royal Highness will be okay after she might have woken up," The Doctors said to Joffrey in an assuring manner.
"So how can we see the babies??? Joffrey, Emperor Jethro, and Empress Margareth alongside Mrs.Katherine, Rebecca, Susan, Tyler, and Sebastin asked the Doctors anxiously.
"Nurse!! Please take the Royal Family to the nursery," The Doctors ordered one of the nurses that were standing with them.
"Okay, Doc! The nurse cheerfully replied the Doctors while leading the Royal Family towards the nursery room.
"Here are our little prince and princesses." The nurse cheerfully said to the Royal Family while showing them the babies.
Joffrey carried one of the babies and said:-
"He's so cute,"
"Just like You and Kara," Emperor Jethro replied Joffrey emotionally.
"Wow, they are so cute!! Susan squeaked happily while shedding tears of joy.
"I can't believe I have two pretty girls as granddaughters," Empress Margareth and Mrs.Katherine emotionally said out at the same time while shedding tears of joy.
"Aww, I can't believe I have two cute nieces and a handsome niece!!! Rebecca squeaked happily while looking at the babies with love-filled eyes.
"I think the two girls are identical and they look exactly like Kara," Emperor Jethro emotionally said out while carrying the girls in his arms and looking at them with eyes filled with love and admiration.
A few minutes later, Joffrey, Emperor Jethro, and Empress Margareth alongside Mrs.Katherine, Rebecca, Tyler, Susan, and Sebastin came out of the nursery room with the newborn babies.
Joffrey was carrying the baby boy while Emperor Jethro and Empress Margareth were carrying the baby girls each.
They brought the three newborn babies to the I.C.U ward where Kara was peacefully sleeping.
They started deciding names for the newborn triplets happily.
The next day, Kara woke up feeling energetic, she opened her eyes slowly, only to see the people she loved dearly around her.
"Hi, Guys!! Kara called out cheerfully.
"Oh My God!!! Kara, You are awake!!! Joffrey, Emperor Jethro, and Empress Margareth alongside Mrs.Katherine, Rebecca, Susan, Tyler, and Sebastin said happily while rushing towards her bed.
"How are You feeling now?? Are you feeling any pain?? Joffrey emotionally asked Kara while caressing her face.
"I'm okay! I feel better than how I felt five months ago," Kara replied Joffrey warmly while caressing his face.
"Congratulations, Kara!!! You are now cardiac arrest free! And according to Your P.C.V level, your blood level has been back to normal," The Doctors said to Kara and the Royal Family excitedly.
"I suffered from cardiac arrest??? Kara asked the Doctors feeling shocked.
"Yes, but that's in the past now! Look at our beautiful future," Joffrey said to Kara while placing the three babies on Kara's hand.
"Oh My God!! They are so cute," Kara emotionally said out while shedding tears of joy.
"I know right??? Joffrey replied Kara warmly.
"Hi, My little angels! I'm Kara, Your mom, that's Joffrey, Your dad, and these are your grandparents and we are so happy to meet you guys," Kara said to the triplets while introducing them to her family.
"So what name do you plan on giving them??? we have to fill out their birth certificates," The Doctors asked Kara and Joffrey excitedly.
"Our son's name is Jeffery Mountbatin Tagaryean!!! Joffrey said to the Doctors warmly.
"What do you think honey??? Joffrey asked Kara while looking at her inquisitively, trying to figure out if they were thinking the same thing.
"Jeffrey! Huh?? Hmmm!! That name meant a lot to me, when you were still disguising yourself as a laundryman," Kara said to Joffrey warmly.
"So, will you like us to give our son the name?? Joffrey asked Kara warmly while looking at her inquisitively.
"Yeah, I think it's perfect! Jeffrey it is! Our son's name is Jeffery Mountbatin Tagaryean!! Kara said to the Doctors, agreeing with Joffrey.
"What about the girls?? The Doctors asked Kara and Joffrey politely while looking at them inquisitively.
"Alita and Jasmine!!! Kara replied the Doctors excitedly.
"Alita and Jasmine??? Joffrey asked Kara while looking at her inquisitively.
"Yeah, Honey! I had those names in mind long before we knew I was pregnant," Kara replied Joffrey while shrugging her shoulders.
"Well, the name actually fits their personalities," Emperor Jethro, Empress Margareth, and Mrs.Katherine said to Kara and Joffrey chorously.
"Alita and Jasmine it is then!! Our daughters' names are and I quote:-
"Alita Mountbatin Tagaryean and Jasmine Mountbatin Tagaryean," Joffrey said to the Doctors, agreeing with Kara.
"Alright! Please fill their birth certificates." The Doctors said to Joffrey and Kara while giving them the birth certificates to fill.
Kara and Joffrey excitedly filled the birth certificates before writing the names of the triplets on the Tagaryean family register.
After Kara and Joffrey filled the birth certificates of the triplets, she got discharged immediately.
Joffrey and Kara came out of the hospital carrying the triplets in their hands with excitement etching all over their faces.
They got into their Bugatti La Voiture Noire and sped off away from the hospital into the streets, heading towards the Royal Palace.
Meanwhile, Emperor Jethro and Empress Margareth alongside Mrs.Katherine, Rebecca, Susan, Tyler, and Sebastin got into their own limousines and zoomed off into the streets, heading towards the Royal Palace with six other limousines containing the other Royal Guards, accompanying them as convoys.
After one hour thirty minutes of driving, Joffrey arrived at the lobby of the Royal Palace.
They got inside the Royal Palace and celebrated the good news of Kara's delivery.
Joffrey and Kara were so excited that they posted the good news on their Instagram accounts.
The news went viral all over the globe in Just 24hours.
The next day, Kara held a press conference and stated in her press conference, that she and Joffrey will be celebrating the christening of the triplets in two weeks.
Three days later, Prince Xavier and Princess Annabelle arrived at the Royal Palace, to felicitate with Joffrey and Kara, surprising Kara and Joffrey.
Kara and Joffrey couldn't be more happier, what more do they need??? They were blessed with three little angels and they were being surrounded by people who love them, and that alone made them one of the happiest couples in the world.
The news of Kara's delivery of the triplets did not only become a thing of Joy for Joffrey, Kara, and the Royal Family, it also became a thing of Joy for the entire Empire.
The entire Empire was now looking forward to the day Joffrey and Kara will be christening the triplets, and they couldn't wait for the day to arrive.
