Emperor Carl did say that

"What is the matter? What did you talk about with the Honoured King?" Sarah looked at her mother, and she replied. "He asked me what I like to do and what I do not like to do. I replied to do nothing, be mean, and order people about, especially Cinderella. I don't want to get my hands dirty and not do the housework. We only talked for an hour and a half."

"He did not like my reply as he was furious in the face and got bored immediately. He did not want me to be in the same room as him, but can we not talk about it now? The Honoured King said before you three left the dining room that you two want to talk to us about something, and I want to know what that is."

Luke stood up, and he was not pleased as he made known. "The Honoured King is telling the truth because we had food with the Honoured King and the six people who were allowed to join us for dinner. Your mother and I were embarrassed by you two. You two were misbehaving at the table, and Ella had to apologize to the man sitting between her and you, Anne."

"The man told her it was not her fault, and she behaved beautifully. Sarah, you were sitting next to the Honoured King and should have behaved properly. But you two have let us down, and Anne. Do not make the same mistake twice; you are sitting next to the Honoured King tomorrow night's meal. I watched Ella and you, Anne. I was proud to watch Ella while she ate, but you, Anne, let me down."

Paige waited for Luke to finish, and she added. "I was hoping that you two would behave perfectly at the table and Cinderella would misbehave." Luke interrupted her by raising his right hand, and Paige went quiet as a mouse as Luke spoke up. 

"Stop right there! Did not the honored King tell you and your daughters not to call Ella 'Cinderella' anymore as the name does not suit her?" Paige realizes Emperor Carl did say that, and Luke allows her to continue. "However, Ella did not misbehave, and I could not believe my eyes when I watched you two." 

"I felt sorry for the two men sitting between you two and Ella. Ella did the right thing to apologize to the man who sat between her and you, Anne. However, I hope you two will stop misbehaving during meals tomorrow and the day after." 

Anne and Sarah knew they had let their parents down during dinner as their mother, Paige, spoke. "It is time to go to bed, and you two must go to the bedchambers you have been given. We will see you two in the morning and were told that we will have breakfast in our bedchambers." Anne and Sarah stood up.

The door opened, and Anne and Sarah walked out of the bedchamber. Anne went right, Sarah left, and Fred and Lucy entered the bedchamber. Ellie and Gemma led Sarah and Anne to their bedchambers. Ellie, Gemma, Fred, and Lucy helped Luke, Paige, Sarah, and Anne prepare for bed.

While that was happening to Luke, Paige, Sarah, and Anne. Ella (Rosabella) sat on a sofa and placed her head in her hands as she stated. "What were my stepsisters thinking of? Misbehaving at the table and in front of the Honoured King. My stepmother 100% desired me to misbehave and her daughters to behave perfectly."

"Unfortunately, she got that one wrong, and I just hope Anne would not mess up tomorrow night's meal." Angela knocked on the door, and Ella (Rosabella) said. "Come in." Angela opened the door, and she strolled into the bedchamber. Angela did a short curtsy towards Ella (Rosabella) as Ella (Rosabella)stood up and strode over to the bed.

Angela trotted over to the bed and helped Ella (Rosabella) prepare. Ella (Rosabella) got into bed and lay down as she acknowledged Angela. "Thank you for helping me get ready for bed and dinner." Angela nodded and curtsied towards Ella (Rosabella) as she replied. 

"You are most welcome, Rosabella, and goodnight. I will see you in the morning and bring you your breakfast. Sleep well and have sweet dreams." Ella (Rosabella) fell asleep as Angela returned the dress, shoes, and jewelry. Angela walked towards the door and looked back at Ella (Rosabella). 

Angela went out of the bedchamber and closed the door behind her. Emperor Carl spoke to the six people who joined him: Luke, Paige, Sarah, Anne, and Ella (Rosabella). One of the men reports what they think to them during dinner.

"The girls I had to sit between were misbehaving, cold-hearted, pitless, unsympathetic, inhuman, sickening, vile, upsetting, uncharitable, inconsiderate, and did not apologize at all to us. Sitting between them at the table was unpleasant, and I had to take my eyes off them as I had nothing to say to them."

The man who sat between Anne and Ella (Rosabella). He waited for his turn to speak, and Emperor Carl looked at him as the man slowly added. 

"One of the girls sat on my left, and she was misbehaving. She was rude and did not apologize to me and the girl who sat on my right as I felt sorry for her. She had to apologize on her sister's behalf, and she was behaving perfectly. I chatted with her, and she allowed me to eat before I could answer her question."

The two women who sat opposite Sarah and Anne. They did not enjoy the meal and had to talk to the men sitting on either side of them, apart from Emperor Carl. They knew that Ella (Rosabella) behaved wonderfully out of the three girls, and they saw that Luke's face was let down and disappointed in two of his daughters. Emperor Carl looked at one of them, and the woman sitting opposite Anne revealed. 

"The girl I had to sit opposite did not apologize, and I was uncomfortable during the meal."
