"Are you Miss Watson?" he asked.
Things changed so fast that my mind went blank for a moment. I could only respond subconsciously, "Yes."
He walked forward, took me by the arm, and led me out of the bedroom.
I couldn't help but look back, only to find that Aaron was struggling on the floor, gritting his teeth, and trying to get up.
"Don't go with him..."
Aaron's voice was weak but firm.
"Sophia... You can't go with him..."
I ignored him and followed the officer down the stairs.
"He's one of Emy's men... They can do anything cruel!"
I remained silent and followed the officer out.
At that moment, I vaguely saw an expensive watch under the police officer's sleeves.
I suddenly recalled something.
"Sir," I stopped in my tracks. "What time is it now?"
The policeman was confused. Then, he raised his hand and looked at his watch.
At the same time, I saw a tattoo on his wrist.
The tattoo of a flame.
