Romance Among Humans

Note: this book was originally - Navigating Romance as a werewolf among humans. This is an untraditional werewolf story. Cover art is not my own. Please let me know if I need to take it down. "In order to survive the changing world, we must learn to live among humans or risk starving." it wasn't the ideal situation, but the only option to stop the pack and most importantly, their pups from suffering due to a lack of food. "Humans are weird though. How can you get used to being around them and their confusing nature?" Apryl asked, looking out across the campus. "You get used to it after some time, plus it's not like we're the only ones who live among the humans." Keith replied, shrugging as he looked over the campus as well. This story follows Apryl Dark, eldest daughter of the Dark Mountain wolf pack as she and her family adjust to living among humans and the trials that face them. The book may start out slow, but there will be a mix of both romance and action as the story progresses. Bowling wasn't one of Keith's favorite things to do, but it was better than trying to deal with an overly emotional female human.

The food was at least somewhat decent and he didn't eat it often enough to be getting sick of it nor did it burn a huge whole in his pocket when he was trying to save money up.

There werewolf just didn't quite understand what was fun about throwing heavy balls down a determined path towards a bunch of pins that weren't even moving or trying to make it harder for humans to hit them.

It wasn't that hard for Keith to figure out the right way to flick his wrist and position himself to get bowling ball to go down the path that it needed to in order to take out all the pins.

Half the time though, he had to fake losing otherwise he'd risk no one inviting him out because he was too good at the time game. This didn't hurt his ego too much since he wasn't all that competitive in the first place.
