Outing plan

After few months, the HR and Director decided to have a outing trip with all the employees to Hyderabad as there was a event organized for all the employees from various companies.

All the employees were gathered and left to Hyderabad.

On the way in the bus most of the employees started singing and dancing in the bus. They called Laksh but she rejected repeatedly. One of the employee named Bhaw was there she was jealous of Laksh from all the work and praises which she got from time to time. It was a great opportunity for her to put her down, so she planned to embarrasses her in front of everyone.

She started calling her for dance and singing. Then she started commenting on her that she is dumb, she cant sing or dance and is only addicted to computer and cannot do anything in her like. She is waste and is fit for nothing.

All the employees also joined her. AP also started embarrassing her telling she was only good for work and was not good at anything else. She should improve her self in speaking to people and participate in events.

They reached the hotel and took the rooms. Laksh was very sad as people were avoiding her and was not speaking to her. She felt very sad and annoyed by their behavior. On next day the event started and people started to participate, in spite of repeated efforts AP and team was losing and was in last in the line.

Bhaw started to provoke her, she said " Laksh participate in any of the event atleast. We know you will not win and only give us negative impact. But still its ok, go and participate, by this atleast the money spent of your travelling, food and hotel will be of atleast little pay back. This time AP s joined her and spoke rubbish above her. Laksh felt very angry and she left from there.
