In the southeast region near the Eastern desert.

A civil war started between the Amestris people and the Isbhalan people. In the war, many people get wounded so to treat them doctors were dispatched to the region, all the doctors were transferred in the military trucks in one of the military trucks where most of the people were middle-aged there sat a single youth who appears to be just entered his adulthood, a boy who just in started his adulthood was going with others to treat the wounded soldiers he was none another than Ekansh who has been transferred to the world of Full Metal Alchemist with the help of the system.

In this world, Ekansh has the appearance of an 18-year-old boy with blond hair, Blue Eyes, and a handsome face with a height of 5'10 feet a regular appearance that most of the Amestris have.

In the Army base of Amestris, tents were placed where the sick and wounded can be treated. A group of 3 doctors was made for the management of each tent, Ekansh moves toward the tent assigned to him there he meets the other 2 doctors, to his shock there stood a couple who both were doctors and characters from the anime, they both were Rockbell couple, parents of Winry Rockbell and the first victims of Scar.

They both were nice people who treated all the patients who came to them whether they be amestris or Isbhalan people. The way they died in anime was miserable, dying in the hands of their own patient. I will not let that happen to them as they are good and humanitarian people who will be able to help me with my plans.

I introduced myself to them " Hi I am Ekansh, nice to meet you. I didn't think there were other young people than me, it's nice to see that you both are present otherwise I'd be the odd one out of these middle-aged doctors."

" Haha, we are not that young like you say we even have got a nice little angle of our own her name is Winry." Said Yuiry Rockbell.

" Mou anata you are not starting this again, first introduce yourself then you can brag about our daughter. Well sorry Ekansh I am Sarah Rockbell and this is my husband Yuriy Rockbell when he starts talking about our daughter he never stops," said Sarah Rockbell.

" Haha it's not like that Ekansh it's just sometimes I forgot about the time," said Yuriy.

" It's ok Yuriy-san I know a similar man like you who likes to introduce his beautiful wife and daughter," said Ekansh. Yuriy-san resembles a lot like Maes Hughes, even though at this time he is not married yet.

" Well, I'd like you to introduce him to me I wanna meet him," said Yuriy.

" Will both of you stop talking and enter the tent we need to save patients and not waste our time here talking" said Sarah.

" Ah, sorry this is our first meeting so thought it would be good to know each other," said Yuriy.

" I am sorry," said Ekansh. Calling both of them Ekansh requests from them " As a junior, I inquire both of you to guide me in saving as many as lives possible."

All the 3 of us enter inside the tent.

Inside the tent, 30 soldiers were either sick or wounded and 3 of us decided that each one of us will treat 10 patients each.

The condition of some patients was severe like they had lost their limbs, eyes or other body parts were missing, some of them have lost their hearing due to the continued bombing, and some had their chest torn open due to the shrapnel from the bomb and some of them have been treated but now they are suffering from the infection all throughout their wounds due to lack of sanitation in the camp.

Some soldiers are just sick with fever because they are not able to adapt to the desert/rocky area, some have dehydration problems, and others are critically sick with harmful diseases.

With the help of a system, I have the medical knowledge of this world but knowing it and practicing it is different, even when having 100% theory right and applying it to practical use there are bound to be some mistakes, so whenever a mistake arises I cover it up with iryo ninjutsu by doing this both efficiencies of iryo ninjutsu and medicine of this world is increasing rapidly because in my world I have practiced iryo ninjutsu but there no wounded people to practice on so I know both medical way in just theory which I am practicing now practically on the wounded peoples.

The whole day went on just treating the emergency cases.

I call both the Rockbell couples " Let's go and have dinner and rest well so we can treat the patient tomorrow as well".

Both Rockbell couple says that " they will come later after treating the remaining patients ".

"Rockbell sensei's the remaining patients are not in the critical condition they can be treated later first you have to eat and get some rest otherwise you both may fall due to overwork," said Ekansh.

" What are you saying Ekansh even if the patient is not in the critical condition you should treat patients right away so that you relieve patients from their pain and suffering, " both Rockbell couples says in unison.

Seeing them like this I go to the cafeteria to bring a tray of sandwiches so all the 3 of us can eat them and treat the patients.

Seeing Ekansh go both the Rockbell couple thought that Ekansh is just another doctor who just does this job as work and is not passionate about it. They were just about to reprimand him when they see him coming again with a tray of sandwiches.

" Didn't you go out to have dinner and rest now?" asked Yuriy.

" How can I go leaving my seniors working hard here and I enjoy rest, let's quickly finish working here but before that eat the sandwiches I brought especially for both of you, how can you work without energy eat some and you will have the energy to treat the patients," said Ekansh.
