Orc Slaughter

"WINNER BY DEATH, AKHITO KISARAGI!!!!" The announcement went out that I won, but there was still total silence.

"Hahahahahahah" Then there was a little chuckle. It it was soft and quiet. Looking up into the stands I saw Mia standing up.

"ME AND MY PARTNER, AKIHITO KISARAGI WILL CONQUER THE REALM OF GIDS AND REACH THE VERY TOP OF THE HIERARCHY. THAT INCLUDES TAKING THE SEAT OF THE ONE TRUE GOD!!" She declared with a calm voice.

Although her voice was calm it boomed around the arena and it sounded like she was yelling it. She was calm but what really riled everyone up was the aura coming off of her.

It was violently flowing around her body while she looked completely calm.

"Are you crazy!?!"

"You think you can actually take the seat of God??"

"Don't get so happy because you beat a damn demigod. Any of us could!!"

People were talking and yelling about us being dumb, incompetent, and arrogant. I expected Mia to get mad, be she was really taking this with an "I don't give a fuck" attitude.

{I SEE NOW. LUSTITA AND AKIHITO, I HEREBY ACCEPT YOU CHALLENGE TO MY THRONE. ALTHOUGH CURRENTLY…}

After hearing a loud voice that stopped talking for a moment, everyone in the arena felt a huge pressure collapse on them. My heart started beating faster, my hands were shaking a bit, and I was sweating.

I didn't know if this was dead or excitement. Either way I gotta stop shaking. Steeling my nerves my body was completely calm as I looked up into the sky.

'Damn. I've never wanted to do something so badly in my life till now.' I thought as I took a deep breath.

"All of you can talk whatever shit you want, but at the end of the day that's all you gonna do. Talk and run your fucking mouths." I said in a plain tone looking at the crowd.

Mia had appeared by me out of a portal so we were both looking at the crowd. They had another outrage.

"I WOULD COME DOWN THERE AND-"

I shut a loud guy up by making some of my aura erupt from my body.

"And do what? You gonna come down here and damn near shit yourself right? So be quiet."

The guy didn't say anything along with the rest of arena. Most were looking at me in shock, some passed out, and others had an interesting look in their eyes.

"Can you handle everything else?" I asked Mia. She nodded and I disappeared in a black mist.

<Back Home>

(Third POV)

The fight didn't last anything over ten minutes, so it was still nighttime. He was already wide awake though, so he wasn't going to just there and wait it out.

Akihito left from his house in normal pants and a shirt. While he could make himself go to sleep or just speed up the time in this world, he didn't want to do either.

'So after Rimuru becomes the chancellor or whatever he'll have ownership over 30% of this forest, but is that dungeon a part of that 30% is my question.' He thought.

Honestly it didn't matter right now since he hasn't even become the chancellor yet. It was just a random thought that crossed his head at the moment.

"Couldn't sleep?" He heard a high pitched voice come from behind him. Turning around and looking at the ground he saw Rimuru in his slime form. Crouching down he poked him before picking him up.

"Yeah, I was just going on a walk. Do you know what you'll do about the Orc lord yet?" He asked.

"Actually I do have something in mind, but it's a secret." He said.

Akihito nodded and they continued to walk in silence for a while until he spoke again.

"Can I ask you a question?"

"Yeah."

"Are you a reincarnated person?" He asked. His voice had a nervousness in it and he sounded skeptical of his answer.

"Yeah, but I'm not here to do any type of harm. I just thought this was an interesting place." He answered. Reincarnated people are normal in this world so there's honestly no point in hiding it.

"Well that's good. I have another question, will you be staying in the forest or will you leave soon?" He asked.

After thinking about it for a while Akihito nodded and answered him.

"I'll be leaving to new places a bit in the future, but how about this. Let's become allies. Like I'll help when you need my help and I can call if I need yours." I stated.

That would be great!" He said as his jello like body jiggled in his arms. He jumped out and transformed into his human form and his hand out.

Reaching out and shaking his hand my face had a little smile on it.

"From tonight onwards we're officially partners." He said. They then spent that night basically talking and walking. Just about random stuff. Akihito sorta think Rimuru thinks he's depressed.

While Akihito think that Rimuru thinks that I know he thinks I'm depressed, it really didn't change anything. He's a good guy and honestly he was wondering if anything would anger him.

Meh.

He shrugged it off.

<Next Morning>

(First POV)

"Alright everyone lets try to get there in six to seven days. I got a bad premonition about that lizardmen guy." Rimuru said with a small laugh. Everyone and everything was ready and so we set off to the marshlands.

While traveling we just ate food that we caught like monsters and or just fish. I got to know the goblins more especially Gobta. He's a chill do and one of my favorites.

Other than that me and Benimaru have sparred sometimes with nothing but our swords. I didn't use my main sword and instead used one that had in my vault.

Basically just swords from different kingdoms. I always won and I even taught him a few of my skills like [Flash Step] I was wondering why Hakurou didn't teach him something so simple really.

Anyways

We've been gone for a good five days when Rimuru suddenly told us that we need to speed up. Finally we made it to the marshlands two days later.

<Present>

"He's over there." I said pointing to Souei. He was holding the Lizard chieftains daughter. She doesn't have a name right now, but after this that'll change so it didn't matter.

"Rimuru walked over to her and gave her a potion to heal. Souei looked over at me for a moment before going back to Rimuru.

"Please help my father. My brother Gabiru locked him up and went to fight the Orcs." She said on her hands and knees.

'Wait, wasn't she locked up as well? How did she get out?' I didn't really care about it, but it's weird. Rimuru looked like he was having a hard time answering her till Shion jumped in and hugged her.

"Of course we'll help. Lord Rimuru can do anything, so it'll be easy." She said looking at Rimuru. He sighed, but nodded nonetheless.

"I think we should be headed out now. Who knows what he's done. From how both of you described him he seems pretty stupid." I said eating a cookie.

"Right. Let's go. Ranga you can go without me for now. Souei take her back to wherever she got locked up and save her dad. Kill any Orc in the way. Hakurou, Benimaru, and Shion will be going around and attacking the sides. I want a frontal attack from everyone else!!" He ordered.

They didn't say anything but nodded with smiles. He then looked at me.

"What are you going to do?" He asked.

"I think I'll just blitz through em, might go look for the lord and you?"

"I'll be going from the sky to find the Orc lord and whoever is behind this." He said.

"I see. Well good luck." I said and flew off. At that moment everyone broke off into their groups and made their way towards the army.

<Above the battlefield>

Flying above the army I looked at a random area and dropped down on it. My right hand started heating up and soon it was enveloped by a golden flame that had flashes of red and blue in it.

As I came closer to the ground I swung my hand down and released a huge blast of fire down on the army. The fire was keeping me pushed into the air while it completely obliterated a chunk of the army.

They couldn't even scream before being burned to nothingness.

'So that's how that fire looks." I thought. I stopped blasting the fire and let myself fall into the magma hole I've made in the ground. I stood there as tons of Orcs looked at me in fear.

They slowly turned around with their heavy steps making the ground shake slightly. Without warning they charged at me, but they were hella slow.

To make this more enjoyable I lowered my senses and tried to fight with their speed. Just as I finished an axe was coming down on my head. Leaning back so that it barely missed, I grabbed the axe and cut the Orc's head off.

It's body started falling and I ran up it and jumped off into the air. Looking over at another Orc I pushed off the air and shot towards him swinging the axe right at his neck.

Before it could block the axe had already went through his neck with blood shooting up like water from a hose. As I landed on the ground three more Orcs were already swinging their axes at me.

One was coming to my head another, was coming from the top to cut me in half while the last one was aimed at my torso. It looked like they had me in a situation, but I did something unexpected.

I dived into one of their shadows and jumped out from behind them. I had left the axe I was using and and used my heat vision to shoot a hole right through their heads.

"Now that I think about it, I haven't used my Kryptonian powers at all besides when I tested them." Muttering that I went on a rampage across the field, but unlike usual I wasn't making everything so bloody.
