1 01》The Introduction

Today was the day June 3rd, 2039, the day the beta for the brand-new game "Rise Of Dragons" would be released to 100,000 people across the world. "Rise of Dragons" was a Fantasy VRMMO set in a post-apocalypse version of earth. On this day millions of people spent the whole day refreshing their emails to see if they were accepted into the beta. At exactly 3:00 Pm the "Silver Dragon Corporation" sent out 100,000 emails to 100,000 different people.

In a large bedroom 3 teenagers sat refreshing and waiting to see if they had gotten into the beta. Of these 3 teenagers the first was a average height boy with dirty blond hair that had a silver streak dyed into it at the front named Tony Oliver and this bedroom was his. In Tony's room there was also his 2 closest friends, Jack Grimm, and Ella Kane. Jack was the same height as Tony and looked very similar to him they were very often confused for each other even with the silver streak in Tony's hair. Ella was a very petit girl with long black hair and dark green eyes. At 3:00 PM these teens had almost given up, Ella was the first one that saw it, an email from "Silver Dragon Corp" in that moment the two boys also refreshed to find a copy of the email in their inboxes. The email they all received read, "Congratulations, you have been accepted to the beta of Rise of Dragons. As you know to stop alt accounts, we will be linking your mind and body directly to your account with a small nerve implant into your spine, to get the implant please report to your nearest Silver Dragon Corporation shop." The teens immediately started to celebrate they could not wait to play the new game. Based on what the Email said the three teens rushed and biked down the road to the only "Silver Dragon Corp" shop in the area rushing into the shop as fast as they could, upon entering they confirmed their identity for the person at the counter along with showing the email that they had received. In the store the teens were taken to a back room where they signed multiple agreements to get the implant and were given an anesthetic to help with the pain as a device was attached to their nervous system at the base of their necks, after 2 hours of recovery in the back area of the shop they were allowed to return home. Upon returning to Tony's house the trio could now wait to test out their brand new game so they plugged in the power and activated their new implants.
