Orientation Part 2

The Orientation kicked off when a person that the new students knew already took the stage, Lith. He was dressed in a black robe with golden embroidery, probably a robe for teachers.

He took center stage, and then a formation appeared in front of his mouth, and he spoke into the formation which amplified his voice.

"Welcome young students of the White Dragon Academy, it is really a great thing that you have made it this far. Over ten thousand of you applied for this academy, but only a thousand and five hundred made it into the academy.

For that alone you can see the difficulty of the thing that you have completed, you proved that you are not weak, but that is simply where it stops.

You are not weak, but you aren't strong. Most of you skimmed through by just a little; some of you could even be said to be flukes. Still, you are here now, you are all mages that have begun your journey, there is nothing else that matters.
