Negan furrowed his brows as I got up, brushing my hands through my hair.

Negan got up as well just then, sounding worried. "What's wrong?"
I turned my gaze to him. "We have to warn Kaene about the Delta's plot against him. He's vulnerable right now, at least emotionally. Anyone can take advantage of that and take him off guard."
I believed Kaene could protect himself in a direct attack and was very cautious, but right now he doesn't seem to be in the best state of mind.
