In the evening at Rey's house, Rey could be seen sleeping peacefully, yet his body was undergoing significant changes, evidenced by the increased presence of a dark, waste-like substance—a result of two recent bonding processes. 

Moments later, Rey's complexion turned red, and sweat began to form on his forehead. 

"Father..." he exclaimed, waking up with a start as if from a nightmare.

"What happened, Rey? Did you have a dream or something?" inquired Aiden, approaching him alongside Zero and Victor.

"Nothing, just... ewww, what is that odor?" Rey began to question but was immediately overwhelmed by a foul smell, prompting him to cover his nose. Unfortunately, his hands were also contaminated with the waste, intensifying the stench.

"Pftt, just close your mouth and clean yourself first; even I feel nauseous," Aiden managed to say, barely containing his laughter at Rey's predicament.

Acknowledging the advice, Rey made a beeline for the bathroom. After cleaning himself and returning, he was confronted with the sight of his bed soiled with the same substance. With considerable effort, he disposed of the contaminated bedding for cleaning.

He then hurriedly opened the window of his room to dispel the foul smell and, after a few minutes, was able to breathe in some fresh air.

Seeking answers, Rey turned to Aiden, eager to understand the changes his body was experiencing and the origin of the waste.

"Well, firstly, you've been asleep for about 3-4 hours, and secondly, regarding the substance, it was accumulated bodily waste that your system expelled due to our bond. The expulsion was less severe than when you bonded with Victor, as his bond was with your entire body, whereas ours was only partial. Haven't you come across such concepts in novels and manga?" explained Aiden.

"Okay, I understand that it is beneficial, but I am concerned about how this will assist me in the future. I fear my body may continue to accumulate more of this," Rey said, seeking an explanation from Aiden.

"Listen carefully, boy. Since you have a bit of knowledge from your manga or whatever it is, it should be easier for you to grasp.

From birth, our bodies accumulate waste daily, which typically doesn't affect ordinary people. However, for us Awakened ones, it has a significant impact, and with each rank advancement, this waste is released from an Awakened's body, which greatly enhances your potential. This release can usually be achieved through treasures or high-grade pills, and bonding with us is one method.

You should be thankful for your bond with us, and I hope it lasts a long time. Judging by your current state, it might last a few centuries, or at the very least, decades... Ahhhhhh!" Victor was in the midst of explaining, interrupting Aiden, when suddenly a hand struck his head, causing immense pain and silencing him.

"It seems I told someone not to disclose certain things, haaa," Aiden remarked angrily while rubbing his hand as if preparing to strike someone.

Victor, slightly frightened, backed away only to find Zero blocking his path. With no other escape, he retreated into Rey's body to hide within his true form.

"My apologies, Rey. Victor sometimes speaks out of turn, and his words can slip," Aiden said, attempting to assuage Rey's feelings regarding Victor's remarks.

"Oh, no, it's quite alright. Perhaps he is correct; I may not possess much potential, and a few centuries or even decades are significant spans of time during which many things can change," Rey interjected, preventing Aiden from continuing.

"Very well, since you are now aware of everything, it is time for you to open your status window, which has been unlocked after the permanent bond.

Just as he spoke, a system interface materialized before him, causing a slight startle.
