This story sets in the time 10 years after all the events in the game Atelier Iris 2: Azoth of Destiny.

    Where Alchemist of Noir founded a school where young alchemists with specified proficiency throughout the world could study and be guaranteed to get a job.

And Eden opened the continent to the world as a place where Alchemists belong, they have ties with the new Slaith Dynasty and the Queen, Audrey Zecksen Slaith, and provide help to the people in the world and people in the kingdom with Alchemy.

     The story also sets on the time before the timeline of the game Atelier Iris 3: Grand Phantasm.

Also, a new town has been established on South Lake Midgard, as the gate to the continent, not all people can come to Eden, since they want to avoid people using Alchemy for their Greed.
