What is happening?

Chaos spread across the Heaven Court; the South Heaven Gate's Heavenly Kings' divisions, the Heavenly River's source's navy camps, the North, South, East and West navy camps, the Imperial Royal Guards and the many other divisions were all like headless insects. Their leaders were clueless about what to do and all they could do was just look at the dangerous monarch weapons empty minds!

This time, the many gods in Heaven Court had already made full preparations for the upcoming Heavenly Monarch's birthday celebration; if anyone dared to actually try to stir up trouble, they would act with lightning speed to make sure that the celebration proceeded as planned without any hindrances.
