Chapter 5- Rescuing A girl

For now I removed all the thoughts in my mind that I should not rely too much on the crystals gathered by the Military and to obtain the edge, I should go out myself and gather material to develop fast and obtain new skills.

At the very least, I can easily kill F- Rank monsters with this D- Rank supernatural dagger. With the remaining time I got I made one more D- Rank Dagger. With these two daggers in both of my hands, I was looking a typical assassin class in those games. In my mind I have already planned how to solve the situation of gathering crystal and fighting of initial monsters.  My idea was related to the summoning beasts to do my bidding while I would be siting back and reaping the benefits of their efforts. 

But this was plan of future, for now I have depend on my own. 

Going out I started looking out for any signs of weak monsters which i can kill and plunder their loot. Then remembering those apocalypse novels, I thought may be monsters would go to the public places where there are more humans to kill.

And my intuition was perfectly correct because when I reached market place of city there were many mangled and crushed bodies with blood staining the ground around.

But monsters are not there to be seen but only chaos left by them. 

When I was walking down the dark street I heard a buzzing sound which was unusually high. In the voices of buzzing there was a weak voice of someone crying out for help.

I moved in that direction and with my strong attributes I reached  there in few minutes. Scene was very horrifying because there was many body of bees looking monsters laying on the ground but no blood was leaking out of it. These bee monsters were of the normal wolf on the earth.

On the other hand, a girl bleeding from many body part was limping and while fighting against three flying bees and one of these bees was very huge like lion looking different from others. But I could not understand how did girl killed bee monsters. Remaining alive bees were also receiving many small and sallow wounds on their body out of nowhere.

It took me a moment to realize that this girl have awakened her talent and from what I analyze this girl's ability was to attack with long range and invisible attack. This power is perfect to kill anyone without leaving any clue after it is developed to a high enough level.

So, I made my mind to save this girl to later on use a tool. 

Using my dagger as a throwable weapon I shot down the one small in one shot. This me aggression from those two other bees. They were now after me like crazy.

Woman finally seeing hope relaxed and slumped on the ground while seeing me fight the opponent bees when she lay on the floor. 

I attacked other small bee while activating the hidden effect so I can complete this whole things quickly and make a good impression on the girl. 

making my grip on the dagger stronger I attacked but bees have learned from before that this dagger can completely kill them if they got hit by it. So, bee grabbed me from hand while stop my attack. I didn't predicted that this bee can react in this way so I was caught off guard. Using this moment bee grabbing me attacked me with his sting, I kew that this bee is low ranked than that wolf and its poison would not work on me but I don't want to experience any pain so using my previous motion movement of attack I slid to other side dodging attack. I moved my wrist and stabbed the dagger on the arm of bee that was holding me. 

Pain was hard for bee to bear so it dropped me. Taking benefit of this time I stabbed it on the lower stomach of flying bee with jumping all my strength. 

This was the last nail on the coffin of the other small bee which left me and big bee in the fight. we tried fighting each other but I could not gain any upper hand in this fight because flying speed of this bees was high, so, when I tried attacking it, it always flew to sky leaving my body useless.

  I was now regretting going over board in showing off. Because more longer this fight take the longer pressure my body would have bear due to the hidden effect of dagger I was using. 

This was similar for the big bee even though I wasn't able to land a decisive hit on it, I was successful in leaving small wounds and passive effect of dagger was continuously draining the energy of bee. 

Bee monster was also desperate for taking me down so It can focus on recovering. This bees started shinning in weird light while things around it started to distort. 

I knew this shinning light was the sign of some kind of skill which is a bad news for me if it got completed. So, before it got completed, I devised a plan and picking some rock stones, I threw them toward the bees and threw dagger after the stones as to distract. 

And when bee didn't felt any danger from those stones she still in the sky to perform her skill but last dagger made a hit. This hit was not on the head where I intended it to be because at last moment so trying moving to dodge the dagger. Which shifted attack from chest. Which still meant my victory.

I quickly deactivated the hidden effect and started panting heavily to catch my breath. 

Bee couldn't fly anymore and fall to the ground dying in few moments.

What got me thinking was that as big bee died all the bodies of small bees vanished. It wasn't what was weird, weird thing was that no small bee left any crystal behind. 

But loot left by the big was enormous. 

There was 2 crystals and One skill book. I picked them and system notifications appeared.
