During the way back, Carolina was recovering and by the time we got to her room she had already regained her composure. Before she entered her room with a serious expression I told her, "Carolina, this will not be the last time a situation like this happens, I know it is a horrible situation, but you must keep in mind, danger is part of this business, you have to think carefully if you really want to be here".

Carolina is a beautiful woman and an extremely capable manager, it would be a shame if she left, but I couldn't force her to stay here without the necessary determination.
