One of the oldest and most powerful house among the 40 dragonlord families of old Valyria. Was founded by Baelon Vaelyreos after being one of the first to hatch and tame dragons and became the second most powerful family in Valyria after house Maltheon in terms of wealth, lands, number of dragons, military might,slaves and other resources. Their seat of power, the Dragons Keep, is located in the heart of the Valyrian peninsula close to 2 volcanoes of the 14 flames with Fertile farm lands, access to ports close to the gulf of grief and mines rich in gold, silver, other metals and minerals.
