What do I do now?

I still don't know if this is the right choice. I didn't think this through at all. What is up with me lately? I keep making terrible mistakes. I even got myself killed. Maybe I'm cursed? How could I have possibly thought going against a pro-MMA fighter and winning would be a good idea in this situation? I wasn't planning on winning. I just wanted to show that I could keep up. It's pride. That's what it is! It's my damn pride's fault! When Parker knocked me down, I couldn't hold myself back. FUCK! Now I went and told them the truth about what happened to me. Well, not the whole truth yet. They are still trying to wrap their heads around what I just told them, so they haven't asked about my past life yet. Jay still hasn't really said anything about it yet, either. He just hired a seemingly mentally ill person to be his bodyguard. I'm sure he is dumbfounded.

"So, who are you then? What do you mean by a different world? How exactly did you die? Why were you shot? What is your world like? Were you a man before? Are you a pro MMA fighter, too?" Jay rambles on and on. 

"Whoa, man! One question at a time! Geez!" Ok, so he was only quiet because he didn't know what to ask first. 

Cute. 

"Sorry, who are you?" Jay asks, taking a seat next to Anon.

I am still surprised Anon actually believes me. He was the last person I would've thought would believe a story like this. 

"My name is Misha Minari. Surprisingly enough, almost all my other information is similar to Rin's. Height, weight, age -mumbles- sexual orientation, and eye color." Hopefully, no one caught that. 

I didn't want to lie. I like being out. It wasn't something I experienced in my previous life. I am still scared. Trauma is hard to let go of. When my dad found out I was gay, it was terrifying. I was constantly called all kinds of slurs, and he would even set me up with jobs that would entail sex with men to get close to targets. I was beaten anytime I refused, and he would threaten me with my mother's lifetime and time again. He was an assassin, so I knew he could actually kill her. It wasn't till years after he passed away that I learned she died before Dad knew I was gay.

"You are gay too?" Parker asks without any hesitation. 

"Uh, Yeah. I was surprised when Josie came up to me yesterday claiming to be Rin's ex. Only because the amount of things we have in common keeps piling up. I am without any family as well. Rin is lucky he has you, Parker." I say. 

I look over to Jay, who is clearly anxious to learn more about me. Anon keeps glancing at his watch. Oh, right! We still have to go to the prison to question Greg Lowe. 

"Anon, how much longer do we have till we have to go? I know everyone wants answers, but I do, too. I want to know everything about Rin, so I can try to figure out why I am stuck in his body. I want to see if there is a way to get Rin back." I stand up in declaration. 

I don't want to take Rin's life away from him. I most certainly don't deserve it. 

"We should get going. We don't have much time left." Anon says,

"Hey! Wait! I want to know more!" Parker pouts. 

"We can hang out another time. I want to explain everything to you, too. I am sure it will help figure everything out if everyone knows everything." I smile at Parker as we get ready to leave. 

"Alright. I understand. TEXT ME!" Parker shouts after us as we exit the building.
