Esther checked the box in her hand and stared at the gold plated invite MRS Felicia Ken that was the only word that caught her eyes. 

"My daughter's name should be the one printed there not that bitch" Esther lamented but she was jolted back to reality when her phone beeped.

She checked her phone and saw a message from the person she normally hide to talk with, asking if Felicia was already dead but Esther gulped in fear as she checked the date and the deadline he gave her because it was approaching closer. 

"Why isn't that bitch dead yet? she has to die or my poor daughter will suffer in the hands of that psycho. Why did I ever fall in love with him in the first place?" Esther lamented bitterly.

"That drug should be working by now" Esther said as she picked up the bottle of poison that she put in the snack Mrs Kate gave to Felicia the day they came visiting.

Esther read the information again and gasped when she saw what was written on the bottle then she yelled.

"Oh my God, I didn't give her the poison I think I grabbed the wrong bottle that day. No wonder I haven't heard any sad news" Esther exclaimed angrily then she looked around and checked until she saw a similar bottle with Poison boldly written on it and it was blue then she checked the bottle she was holding before and it was white. 

"The poison is blue that means whatever I put in Felicia's snack that day was white and It wasn't poison but I can't find the label of the bottle so what the heck did I give her that day?" Esther asked herself angrily because she was already confused.

Some days later when the day for the birthday approached, they decided to celebrate Fyneface's birthday at his place and not that of Newstyle because it was located at the school area so they moved back to Fyneface's mansion for the birthday party.

The whole house looked colourful with all sort of decorations and everywhere was glittering due to the touch of gold and diamonds as the decorations screamed wealth.

Even the waiters and waitresses walking around preparing for the great party were all well-dressed.

Fiona went to the kitchen tasting the foods that is meant to be served meanwhile Newstyle as usual was doing nothing except flirting with some of the hot waitresses and currently he was flirting with a blonde.

Don't let cousin in-law catch you” Fiona said and walked away angrily then he gulped, Fiona sometimes behaves crazily and he doesn't want to be her next victim so he turned to look at the nude waitress already cowering in fear then he rolled his eyes at her. 

"Such a fool, she's already acting like a scared cat but she looks so sexy to resist" Newstyle said then he brought out his phone and collected her phone number but as she walked away, he licked his lips staring at her big booty not until he heard his name.

As he moved closer to her, she quickly covered her mouth too then he laughed.

It was almost late in the evening when the party finally started and guests came trooping in as the hall began to slowly fill up with people. Fiona and Newstyle walked around welcoming them and ensuring that things were in order as the couple were yet to come down.

“Fiona why don't we split up in order to make this faster? You go that way and I'll go this way” Newstyle suggested because he's been itchy to flirt with all the sexy ladies at the party but Fiona looked at him suspiciously.

“If I catch you flirting, I promise I'll inform cousin in-law” Fiona said and Newstyle immediately shook his head indicating that he won't flirt but it was quite opposite from what he was thinking then Fiona made the I'm watching you sign and left.

Few minutes later as Fiona was walking around still busy with the preparation, she bumped into a wall hitting her head pretty hard then she winced in pain and looked up then she noticed on that she didn't bump into any wall rather it was just a guy who was hot and a handsome demi-god.

Fiona looked at the Greek god in front of her gawking. 

"He's so handsome that I can't help drooling and he appears to be like cousin's age just that he has a great body building stature than cousin and I can even see the outline of his six-packs through his chest" Fiona happily muttered inwardly untill the guy spoke on to her.

"He even speaks so gently and his voice sounds husky to her ear. I only shook myself out of the reverie when I heard him say,

“Miss, excuse me Miss are you okay? You didn't hurt your head, did you?” The guy asked but Fiona blushed in embarrassment and answered,

“No, I'm fine and my name is Fiona.

"It feels odd to hear you calling me miss” She said but he laughed. 

"Gosh, his laughter is soothing to the ears that I could listen to him laugh all day" Fiona said dreamily but his voice interrupted her thought once more.

“Nice to meet you and You can call me somebody” The guy said as they shook hands but she wondered what type of name that was.

Fyneface smiled as they walked down the stairs with all the guests looking closely at them and Felicia hugged him tightly and he felt so proud showing her off to those men who were already staring at her with hungry eyes.

"They had better back away because she's taken" Fyneface said as he looked around and smirked in satisfaction because there were no paparazzis as Felicia only made limited invitation card. 

When they finally got down, the guests cheered and sang a birthday song. After which they came forward one after the other to present their gifts and they greeted everyone together with Fyneface proudly showing off his wife to his  business partners and friends.

When they advanced to greet her father, her stepmother was also beside him holding a gift with a smile on her face and her smile seems fake. 

"I don't know why I always feel uncomfortable when she's around Felicia" Fyneface complained Inwardly but they still walked to them while he held her hands tightly as they greeted them.

After talking for a while, Mr Badmus suddenly asked them on when they were going to announce the pregnancy but Fyneface smiled.

“I've informed my parents about it and I want them to be here when I tell everyone. But they are being held up in a terrible traffic so we have to wait for a little while” Fyneface said and Mr Badmus nodded satisfied but Felicia suddenly pricked his hand then he looked at her face but he noticed she looked a little bit pale so they hurriedly excused themselves.

“Kitty what's wrong?” Fyneface asked the moment they left her parents

 “I suddenly don't feel too well and my stomach hurts a lot. I don't know what caused the stomach upset because I haven't eaten anything today apart from the snack” Felicia answered panting heavily then she began to walk a little bit slowly.

Fyneface held her now feeling very very worried but they've not gotten anywhere when a lady passed and looked at them but she suddenly gasped then Fyneface looked at the direction she was looking at and noticed that Felicia's bottom part of the light blue gown she wore was completely stained with blood.

Fyneface mind went blank in shock as Felicia held his hands then spoke faintly.

“I don't have the strength to walk again and It hurts a lot” Felicia complained but seeing that Fyneface didn't reply, she looked at him and saw that he was staring at her gown so she

looked down but her face turned completely pale with fear as she stood stiff in his arms struggling to breath.

“My baby...My baby...My baby...” Felicia whispered over and over again until she lost consciousness.

“Newstyle, Fiona get me the car keys” Fyneface shouted running out with her tightly in his arms and no one noticed the happy smile on Esther's face as she had just witnessed all that had happened.

Some minutes later Erica walked into the party wondering why the atmosphere felt odd then she called her spy to ask about his whereabouts.

"I've also just arrived but I haven't seen that bitch anywhere the spy said then Erica ended the call. 

"Where is she hiding? I have to execute my plans today so she  must get out of our lives for good. Maybe I should look for Fyneface first because she must be with him then as soon as I see her, I'll inform my spy" Erica said to herself inwardly happy that her plan was about to be accomplished.

Fyneface paced restlessly in the hospital hallway waiting for anyone just anyone to come out of the operation theatre because he felt like running mad with anxiety of not knowing what's wrong with his wife.

He drove his fingers through his already scattered hair and looked at Newstyle who looked exhausted then he felt so guilty. 

"We've been here for hours now but still no news and the nurses were just going in and out with no one willing to tell them anything but Fiona walked up to him and held his hands.

“I pray cousin in-law and the baby are alright. I'm so sad this had to happen on your birthday” Fiona said but Fyneface moved away from her and tried desperately to hold his tears in.

"I don't care about the fucking birthday, Kitty has to be fine and stay strong for me because I can't bear staying in this world all alone without her. I swear if anything happens to her, I'm going to kill myself and wherever she goes, I'll follow her" Fyneface said moving towards the operating room but just when he was about banging the door, the red light changed to green and they wheeled Felicia out of the room. She looked so exhausted and completely pale and her eyes were still not open.
