Chapter 8 - Tom &Jerry!!

I blackmailed him, and his face frowned with anger as if he wanted to kill me there and there. He so badly wants to fire me but now to save his reputation from that party incident he had no choice but to let me stay with him. "I will kill you!" Saying that he stood up from the floor beside the bed and started walking towards me with slow footsteps, I was confused at first but then he gave me an evil smirk and that's when I knew it I have to run for life!!!

Like before we were running in the whole house, he was tom and I was the sweet Jerry. From the stairs to corridors, kitchen, and rooms we ran through every corner of the house till we both lost our breath in one of the room's bathrooms. He was breathless so was I, looking at each other we both sat together under the shower losing our mind that it was the bathroom, not the living room!

"You're lucky I am tired!" He said giving me hint that he will again try killing me. This wasn't the type of romance I dreamt of. He must have hated our kiss from the bottom of his heart.

Suddenly his cellphone rang, he picked up the call and talked to the person with respect as if he was talking to someone superior to him!

After he ended the call, his face turned towards me, and spoke with an ordering tone "hey! Crazy mask maid, my very important guest is coming more like he is my guardian and everything, prepare the best for him.

"This important guest is good, right?" Hearing my question he coughed then suddenly stopped saying "he is kind of my master, so please respect him!" He stood up so did I, leaving our cat and dog fight that moment we agreed to serve his guest the best.

As I was about to leave the bathroom my leg slipped and unfortunately, I turned on the shower while trying to hold the knob for support and Kevin was standing exactly under the shower, he was all wet from the shower rain and smiling like crazy toward me, I could feel his blood boiling but again I had the upper hand that time all because of that bad guest, Thank god!

Leaving him there to enjoy the shower I ran to my room. Upon reaching there I changed into a perfect dress that I bought with Kevin's money in the shopping mall. I was feeling so good wearing that dress, brands make me feel the best.

At noon, I was preparing for lunch while watching the cooking show, suddenly I felt a presence behind me as I turned around it was Kevin, his face had a questionable look but he was looking amazingly handsome wearing a white shirt. "You sure have taste for the brand!" He said while looking at me, so to avoid the question I again brought up our kiss "stop it or I'll kiss you again!" He was shocked, he didn't expect me to take that kiss so casually and I was shocked at my words too, what in the world I was doing, I didn't run away from home for this!!!!

"Why are you watching a cooking show?" His another question to avoid my question, he was suspicious of my behavior and I can't admit to him that I know nothing about 'kitchen'

So I started to push my brain to make a perfect excuse and that's when I said "I am a maid who loves to learn new things!" He chuckled sarcastically and said, "I'm sure you will get promoted by learning new things, crazy mask maid!" He made fun of me and left the kitchen. How dare he left like that making fun of me, now I will make you pay!

To take revenge, I mixed chili in the food, a lot of chili powder!!!!

Once his guest has a taste he will appreciate your hospitality, Mr. Grumpy!

As the guest arrived, I could only see his suit in brown, it was hard to see his face from the kitchen. Kevin was sitting with him in the living room and they were talking about finding someone!

Suddenly, Kevin called to me to bring some water for his guest, and just when I walked into the living room with water in my hands, I was shocked!!!

IT WAS MY DAD!

My Dad was sitting with Kevin all cozy as if they knew each other for so long and there I was standing in the corner of the living room with trembling feet.

"Come, serve him some water!" Kevin said with a polite fake tone, my Dad was looking in my direction waiting for me to serve him the water, I was lucky that I had that handkerchief covering my face.

It was hard for me to move my feet towards Dad thinking what if he catches me from closer, Kevin called me again with a polite tone but his eyes were throwing blades, and to make the situation worse I drank the water myself and ran towards the kitchen!!!!!
