13 Earlier than expected

All three of them enter the head's office. With a girl waiting inside the room already.

"Welcome back, I guess the situation went well?"

"I guess you can say that. You can have a seat over here." Amelia pointed at the lounge area at the corner of the office. She then proceeds to walk over to her desk. She opens the drawer and pulls out a blood bag. She then walks over to Yui and hands it to her.

"Thank you." Amelia walks over to the chair across from the couch and sits down. Yui then begins to drink out of the blood bag recovering from her fatigue. Everyone was sitting quietly while Yui was drinking. She didn't care though.

"Mmm" Yui looked satisfied. Putting the bag on the table in front of her when she was finished.

"You feel better now." Amelia says.

"Yea I am starting to feel better, thank you!

"So if you don't mind me asking… Why are you here?"

"Um." Yui looks around trying to decide how to reply. Thinking, she can't explain the real story since what Ahmya did. "I guess I got tired of being in the castle, and wanted somewhere to go. So I took my mother's necklace so I could disguise myself in human cities."

"Really, you need to be more careful. For the princess to be this far out is dangerous. Anyone would try to attack you because of who you are. There aren't very many humans that like other races, especially vampires."

"Tsk." Amelia looks at her confused from that noise.

"Yes I know. That's why I brought the necklace with me so my identity wouldn't get exposed."

"Well you really are not good at hiding even with that necklace. In the end we found out." Levi says with a smirk.

"Well if you didn't attack me randomly, I wouldn't have had to reveal myself."

"But you see that's the point. Anyone could have attacked you and exposed you just like I did." Levi says.

"I could handle myself."

"Maybe, but not everyone. You might be strong, but in this big world there are bound to be stronger enemies. So always work on becoming stronger."

"I was just going easy on you."

"Yeah, but that was a real fight. Are you going to go easy on everyone, because if that's the case you might as well die now."

Yui looks like she has no way to respond. Realizing how right he may be even if she doesn't like her current situation. Lilith pat her shoulder comforting her.

"Um, may I speak now… I wanted to say this earlier but didn't want to interrupt everyone." Milena quietly says, with everyone pulling their attention to her. "I wanted to say this when you got back, but didn't find the chance… So it seems the Black Council is going to attack sometime tomorrow."

"Tomorrow!" Everyone yells.

"Yes, so i'm not sure how you would like to proceed, but I advise us to take action as soon as possible."

"Damn so soon. Are we going to be ready in time," Amelia says looking over at Levi. "Do you think the special division can be ready on command?"

"I can get everyone up and ready quickly, we just need to know exactly when they are going to attack… Milena do you know how long they might take." Levi says.

"Probably in the next couple of hours I would say, if I had to give an exact estimate."

"Shit, you meant later tonight. We should get ready as soon as possible then… I will go round everyone up. Yui and Lilith, you can wait outside for us."

"Wait, now that you know my true identity, why should I have to help." Yui says.

"Well I assume you would want this back right?" Levi pulls out a black necklace. It looked like the one Yui had. She searched around all over for it and couldn't find her necklace.

"How did you get that!"

"You dropped it when you took it off. When you left I went over and picked it up."

Yui gets up in a hurry and tries to take the necklace from Levi. Levi keeps the necklace away from her."No, no. I won't give you this necklace unless you agree to help us." Levi says with a smirk.

"Levi please stop and give her necklace back." Amelia says.

"But why, she is better as our ally then our enemy."

"None of my peers would become my enemy unless they attacked me, and I have to follow the princess orders. So please give her necklace back or I will take it back by force."

Levi looking annoyed ends up complying. He hands the necklace back over to Yui. Yui then stuffs it away and walks back over to Lilith. Levi then gets up walking towards the exit.

"I am going to get everyone. I hope you can join us at the front." He says looking at Yui with an annoyed look, but hopeful she does join. She then proceeds to turn his head and leave the room.

"Sorry about him again, he really is a loose cannon. I have a hard time controlling him, but you have seen for yourself how strong he is. He is a much needed ally in this time of crisis, just like you would be of great assistance." Amelia says with an apologetic look.

"I don't know yet, can you explain more about why you need me so desperately. Why would you force me to appear? How strong are our enemies?"

"I never planned on exposing you, that was all Levi who got too locked up in his own emotions... I am not sure how strong our enemies are. Two of our enemies possess demon swords, and we are not entirely sure on how powerful those swords are. We don't even know our enemies powers, so we need to play this as safe as possible."

"So is the special division really enough to take out the main base?" Lilith says.

"I sure hope so, or we lose. The greater plan is to get to the higher ups. Once they find out that Ilagend has been liberated the real battle will start. This is all part of a greater plan, but first we need to put protecting the people first before dealing with the Black Council."

"So all of this is just the beginning. What do we plan to do if we do succeed." Yui says.

"I haven't thought that far ahead. I just want to protect this city first, then we can talk about what comes next… So are you going to help us? I want to make sure I can rely on you." Amelia says looking over at Yui.

"Yes, I suppose I will help you.". '

Never thought I would end up siding with other races.' Yui thought.

"Great." Amelia gets up from her chair. "You two should probably go meet with Levi… And Yui, try to be nice to him. I know he did some unforgivable things but he isn't a bad person."

"Yea I will keep the personal stuff to myself for now, I would rather focus on what's going on anyways." Yui and Lilith walk towards the exit. "We will see you later, hopefully everything goes as planned."

"Good luck, and thank you for helping. I know this really isn't what you planned, but we really appreciate it." Amelia bows at Yui, and walks over to her desk where Milena was standing. Yui bows back and Lilith and her head out.

Lilith looks over at Yui looking like she desperately wants to say something. Yui notices and looks over make Lilith look the other way,

"Is there something you want to say?" Yui curiously says.

"Oh, ugh nothing really. I just can't believe you were Shiro this whole time."

'Ugh it's such a pain not being able to tell anyone the truth.'

"Yea sorry about that, I really didn't mean to mislead anyone. I just rather not have had my identity exposed…" Yui sighs. "But as you can see it's too late."

"Hey if it makes you feel any better, I didn't know." Lilith says reassuring her.

"Thanks…I guess"

"Sorry.I didn't mean it like that."

"You are fine. I never saw this coming so there was no real way I could prepare for this. If only I was stronger I would have never needed to fight in this form."

"What's wrong with being in your normal form?" Lilith says confused.

"Nothing… It's just personal stuff I really can't explain right now."

"Well i'll always listen if you are ever wanting to talk."

"Thanks."

'I would talk if I could….'

They both keep on walking to where they are going to meet Levi. The whole time keeping an awkward silence the whole trip there. After a couple minutes of walking they arrive at the front of the campus. They can see Levi and everyone already waiting there. The two of them approach Levi that's standing a little ahead of everyone

"So you are going to help us." Levi says.

"Yup, but I am not doing this for you."

Levi walks back to the group. "Ok everyone that's not part of the human race, please take these hoods to hide yourself.

'Ahhh, I forgot to put the necklace on...' '

Urumi, Kana, and Reisa are seen walking up to grab a hood from Levi. The hood was black matching their uniforms, it also reached the ground covering their entire back. Yui is seen standing there in the distance, no one noticing her quite yet.

"Yui… Come and get one, you will need it."

"Ahh, yes." Yui then walks over to grab a hood, causing all the attention to suddenly be on her.

"Who is she? I haven't seen her before." Kana says.

"She is the princess of Greyreach. The queen of Greyreach's daughter, Yui Bloodwid."

"The princess!? So she really is here!" Reisa says walking over to Yui. She then bows to her, giving Yui her greetings. "My name is Reisa Aradan, part of the Aradan family. It is an honor to meet you! May I ask what brings you all the way out here."

"Ugh, I am out here because I was tired of being at the castle. I guess I just ended up here, and decided I would help."

"That's very nice of you, I am glad to be working with you."

'She seems way more talkative now then before.'

"Same."

In the distance you can see Yusuke looking at Yui. Giving her a glare, Yui sees it but proceeds to ignore him.

"Ok now that we have everyone here we can go." Levi starts to walk towards the portal that's on the tree.

"Wait what about Shiro? Where is he?" Yusuke says, walking to where Yui, Reisa , and Lilith were standing. "We ended up not needing him since we have Yui now. He was only an extra so he had the choice to leave… Now is that all." No one replies. Levi then turns back around walking to the tree. "Now let's go through, this portal should take us into the upper class part of the city, from there we need to make our way to the center of the city where the Black Council is."

Everyone starts to gather around the tree to get ready to go through.

"Just follow my lead when we go through, we don't want to attract too much attention. I have a magic circle hooked up the head so when she gives us the signal we will push in… Now lets go." Everyone proceeds to walk through the portal. Yui being one of the last through, Yusuke stops her on the way through the portal.

"So you were a vampire, and on top of that the queen's daughter. I got to admit I didn't see that coming." Yusuke says quietly to Yui.

"I don't know what you are talking about."

"Act dumb, but just to let you know. You are my enemy so I won't hesitate to kill you."

"Hey Yui, are you coming!" Reisa says stopping the conversation between them.

"Yes." Yui starts to walk away from Yusuke. "Just don't underestimate me or you will regret becoming my enemy. I wouldn't mind sadistically killing you" Yui says with a smile, and her emotionless eyes that she normally has.

"Tsk." Yusuke follows behind them, being the last to pass through the portal.
