Preparing sensei’s gift

'Understood, Lord Hokage,' Kakashi acknowledged with a nod. 'I am fine with the restrictions and rules placed upon me during the duration of the next 4 weeks. I accept the constant observation from the ANBU and will not leave the room unless I hand over the scroll.'

'Regarding the timeline for Minato-sensei's appointment as the Fourth Hokage,' Kakashi spoke cautiously, carefully considering his words. 'Four weeks until the official inauguration,' he repeated, reflecting on the given timeframe.

After a moment of contemplation, he replied with determination, 'Yes, Lord Hokage, I believe I can handle it. I will give my utmost best to support Minato-sensei with my jutsu creation during this time.'

"Very well," the Third Hokage responded, granting his full blessing. "You may commence using my training room starting today. I will assign a few ANBU to oversee the room, ensuring that their presence remains discreet and does not disrupt your process in any way."

"Thank you, Lord Third," Kakashi expresses his gratitude. With the ANBU accompanying him, he swiftly retrieved the Scroll of Sealing. Wasting no time, Kakashi heads straight to the training room, eager to begin. He wastes no time and immediately immerses himself in studying the section detailing the Flying Thunder God jutsu.

A look of surprise and awe spread across Kakashi's face as he delved into the content of the Flying Thunder God section within the Scroll of Sealing. Holding the scroll with utmost care, he read each word attentively, ensuring not to miss a single letter.

'It's far more extensive and intricate than I initially anticipated,' Kakashi acknowledged, his admiration for the Second Hokage and his sensei, Minato, growing. 'However, with my existing knowledge and the information contained in this scroll, I believe I can successfully create this new jutsu.'

'Besides, its purpose is not for me to wield it in battle; that will be left to sensei. My role is to prepare this small gift for him," Kakashi smiled, embracing the joy of the task at hand.

'The jutsu I am preparing can be compared to a cloak-like barrier, like the third raikage and Jiraiya's detection barrier at the same time, mix in the FTG and you can teleport anything that enters the cloak-like barrier away to a place marked with a technique formula placed beforehand by the user.'

'This new jutsu is a mix of Barrier jutsu, Sealing jutsu and the Flying Thunder God: Guiding Thunder. The advantage is that you don't need to be stationary to teleport the incoming attack away and the disadvantage is that it's incredibly hard to utilize in actual combat', mumbled Kakashi.

Kakashi's smile widened as he considered the intricacies of the new jutsu. He thought, 'the fusion of a barrier jutsu and a sealing jutsu will undoubtedly require a significant amount of chakra to sustain.'

Being well aware that this combination will place greater demands on the chakra reserves. However, remaining undeterred, confident that he'll adapt and manage the increased chakra consumption for the sake of this unique jutsu.'
