Asking a favor

After leaving his blade with the bladesmith from the Land of Iron, Kakashi received the news that the repairs would be costly due to the need for precious materials. However, the actual repair process was expected to be straightforward and swift.

The bladesmith suggested that Kakashi return in approximately 4 weeks to collect his fully restored chakra blade. Hearing this, Kakashi quickly thanked the bladesmith and left the shop. He then picked up the pace and returned home quickly eating his lunch from Ichiraku.

'Mmm, this is truly delicious,' Kakashi thought to himself as he savored each bite of the ramen from Ichiraku. He understood why it was so highly regarded by characters in the manga. Its exquisite taste was simply marvelous, tempting him to endure long queues just to have a bowl.

Fortunately, as Ichiraku had been open for a few weeks, the lines had significantly diminished, making it more accessible to enjoy this culinary delight.

'I should make my way back to the Third Hokage promptly,' Kakashi muttered to himself. 'Requesting that favor as soon as possible is essential.'

Kakashi, with a sense of urgency, swiftly arrived in front of the Hokage's office. He knocked on the doors and entered once granted permission. Upon entering, he respectfully knelt before the Third Hokage.

"Kakashi, I must admit, I didn't anticipate your return so soon. Is there something you require?" the Third Hokage inquired, his curiosity evident. "I presumed you would be taking time to mourn the loss of your friends. Your presence in my office for the second time today is quite unexpected."

'My apologies, Lord Hokage,' Kakashi respectfully responded. 'While I am still in mourning, I cannot simply remain idle. I have chosen to channel my grief into training, striving to become strong enough to prevent others from suffering the same fate.'

Kakashi continued, 'There is indeed also something I require from you, Lord Third. I kindly request the scroll containing the knowledge of the Flying Thunder God technique and its associated jutsu.'

'I have a plan to create a new, customized jutsu specifically tailored to suit my sensei's needs. This jutsu will be built upon the foundation of the Flying Thunder God technique, and as such, I require the precise knowledge and intricate details contained within the scroll.'

Kakashi expressed his belief, saying, 'I firmly believe that this jutsu will serve as the perfect gift when Minato-sensei assumes the position of the Fourth Hokage."

"Considering my contributions during the war, I believe it is reasonable to expect some form of recognition or reward, don't you agree, Lord Hokage?'

"Very well, Kakashi," the Third Hokage responded with a serious tone. "However, you must understand that this particular jutsu was created by the Second Hokage and is documented within the Scroll of Sealings."

"You may utilize it, but only within a specialized training room that is typically reserved for the Hokage. You will be under constant observation by the ANBU, and you are not permitted to leave the room unless you hand over the scroll."

The Third Hokage continued, "Furthermore, I want to inform you that we have plans to officially announce Minato's position as the Fourth Hokage in just two days."

"The official inauguration ceremony will take place four weeks from now. Are you confident in your ability to handle this responsibility, Kakashi?"
