Hello Old Friend!

Well guys unfortunately we won't have two chapters today since I was really sick yesterday and I still am a little bit today but I still ask for power stone please since I wrote one and that counts :)

And one question which race of Variant Human do you think is the strongest and would probably dominate the world if humans fell?

---------------------

*sigh* "Ahhh.....Heavenly Court..." Kuang Luo To sighed with a look of disappointment and a bit of anger on his face as he looked at the spot where Chen Wei and the others had been just a moment ago, now completely empty as if no one but him had ever been there.

"Well, so be it... being able to operate secretly for so long under their incessant pursuit was already a miracle kekeke." As he spoke, he looked at various gu floating in front of him, along with four sets of clothes.

"Now, the killer move left by the main body along with mine should be enough to prevent them from finding Chen Wei..." Kuang Luo To said as he meticulously executed an immortal killer move of such complexity that it would be impossible for any gu master without high attainment in Wisdom or Information path to perform it so perfectly.

This was one of his most prideful self-created immortal killer moves, although he was the only one who knew of its existence. This was not a demerit but a demonstration of how special and ingenious this immortal killer move was.

Immortal Killer Move - Heavenly Extermination Decree

In less than a moment, a blinding white light shone around the various Gu and clothes floating in front of him, but it didn't stop there. The light also manifested in the bodies in the graves, and not just them but all objects and living beings not only on Longhua Shan Mountain but also in this cave, not sparing even immortal Gu materials. Even Kuang Luo To was enveloped in some of this light, permeating his mind.

In a swift moment, something that would be shocking to a mortal if they saw it, everything illuminated by this white light began to disappear as if disintegrating into nothing, with no exceptions.

But what would shock anyone even more, if they were immortal, was that they wouldn't just see the materials, gu objects, bodies, and even memories disappearing. Along with them, all their information was also vanishing, and even more terrifying, the same applied to the Dao marks that composed them, seemingly being erased from existence so that not even the smallest piece of information remained.

"Kekekek, well, now that everything has been erased, even the Dao marks, it will be basically impossible to deduce anything without using a method of a Venerable...." Kuang Luo To said as he floated through the cave now completely empty of any objects or signs of life.

"And even a Venerable method wouldn't easily find the Venerable seed.... not even I can find it, the main body made sure of that." Kuang Luo To floated towards the ceiling of the cave as he spoke calmly, with words forming into characters and then returning to his mind, a powerful method combining Wisdom and Information paths that allowed him to make deductions with ease.

"Venerable Seed....kekekeke, I feel like a mere ignorant mortal now too, kekeke..." Kuang Luo To laughed as he spoke with a complicated expression on his face since at this moment he couldn't even remember the name or face of the Venerable seed he had been dealing with for he don't even know how long.

In fact, if someone asked him at this moment what he had done in the last few months or for a mere detail about the Venerable seed, he would disappoint them because he himself couldn't even say that these past few months had happened if it weren't for the preparations he had left to indicate that the plan had been completed.

Of course, for any other immortal, having their memories so completely erased about such an important topic might be worrying, but for Kuang Luo To, it was the opposite. He would be worried if this wasn't happening since this was his and the main body's plan from the start.

"In fact, not even the main body should know where the Venerable seed would end up...." Kuang Luo To said because, from the little understanding that remained to him, he imagined that the Venerable seed must have been transported to a completely random place in the southern border, out of anyone's control, relying solely on luck.

And the reason was obvious because the location and information about the Venerable seed were too important to be kept carelessly in their minds, especially when their enemies had various rank 9 methods of the Wisdom path that could easily enter someone's mind and obtain any information they wanted.

"Kekeke... this mere toad at least would like to remember what he was like.... but we can't have everything, right?" Kuang Luo To spoke with a melancholic tone, but his expression was one of a smile from ear to ear like a very happy toad.

"But it's really a pity that I probably won't be here to see the rise of a Venerable..." Kuang Luo To said as he passed through the mountain's ceiling, which was just an illusion created by a immortal formation.

Shortly after exiting the formation, he found himself flying over a desolate mountain without any signs of life or anything like it, as if everything had been erased, while a white barrier shone around the mountain, preventing anything from entering or leaving.

"Mountain..... ahh, I don't even remember the name kekekeke." Kuang Luo To spoke with disappointment while trying to recall the few memories that still remained to him.

And those few things he remembered were that this white barrier was supposedly meant to create illusions to hide this place as well as to isolate anything from entering or leaving this mountain, which he guessed was probably the birthplace of the Venerable seed but wasn't sure.

"Well, it seems the visitor is finally arriving!" Kuang Luo To said with a smile on his face as he looked up at the sky, as if the white barrier didn't exist to his eyes because it really didn't, which allowed him to see a tall and magnificent white tower advancing towards him from Central Continent at an unbelievably fast speed as it moved through the black Heaven.

------------------------

*Heaven Overseeing Tower

Huo Hua POV*

Amidst a vast expanse of endless black in a sky that could be described by all as pure desolation, where infinite dangers lurk in the shadows, a beautiful and magnificent grand white tower moved with incredible speed, crossing with conviction like a sovereign strolling through his endless domain, leaving a trail of white light and destruction in its wake.

Inside this tower, a fierce and imposing-looking man with a tall stature and hair as red as deadly flames stood. Just his rank 8 gu immortal aura would be enough for most to kneel before him in respect, but now this man had only a complicated expression that seemed confident and excited but also hid melancholy and fear.

"Chu Ming... unfortunately, my duty comes first...." Huo Hua spoke with an expression that threatened to turn sad but was quickly controlled by him as he looked at the moving scenery.

The landscape passing by his eyes as they crossed the black Heaven was at an impressive speed, even for a rank 8 gu immortal, but now he couldn't appreciate it because his heart was heavy with the tension he felt, causing even his body to tremble a bit.

"She's a great girl, do you plan to make her your Dao partner after returning from this mission?" Huo Hua, who was interrupted in his thoughts, didn't feel anger hearing the voice of who spoke to him. In fact, his greatest emotion was embarrassment and a bit of fear.

He turned his gaze to see a tall man with long blonde hair and a jovial and imposing aura consistent with his large confident smile, like that expressed by great heroes and warriors admired and celebrated by the entire Gu world.

"Ahh.... yes, master, I would like to build a family with her if possible..." He bowed to the gu immortal in front of him and spoke with great respect while answering honestly.

Anyone seeing this scene might feel impressed because he was a rank 8 immortal with great reputation and strength among the central continent, to the point that he was recently recruited to serve directly in the legendary Heavenly Court, which is the dream and greatest desire of any immortal in the central continent.

But even so, now he paid respects to the gu immortal in front of him because this was his master, who had taken him as a disciple since he entered the immortal realm and showed his great talent when he already had a Master level attainment in fire path at that time and was capable of fighting against rank 7 gu masters for several rounds, even though his cultivation was only rank 6 then.

And after that, in less than two hundred years, through his hard work and constant effort as well as with the help of various fortuitous encounters, he reached the legendary rank 8 immortal position and not only that, with his now Quasi-Great Grandmaster attainment, he managed in a few decades to build a reputation and strength enough to be recruited to serve in the Heavenly Court, the greatest immortal force in the Gu world, founded by the Primordial Origin Immortal Venerable himself.

Well, even with all that, anyone who recognized the rank 8 immortal in front of him—and no immortal worthy of respect wouldn't—would understand why he acted this way towards the gu immortal before him, since this was the legendary Guang Hui, a Light Path Great Grandmaster considered by many as the strongest immortal in the current Heavenly Court generation and the second strongest immortal in the entire Gu world alive now.

Guang Hui was such a legendary existence in his time that many in his youth claimed he was a possible future Venerable, especially with his ever-growing achievements throughout his life, to the point of fighting equally with a rank 8 immortal for three rounds while he was only a rank 7 in a sparring session.

In fact, at this moment, he is the greatest pillar of the righteous path, being the idol and inspiration of countless Gu immortals, making his origin sect and the Light path extremely popular among talented and ambitious young people of this generation who start their cultivation journey.

".....Are you nervous? Afraid of dying and not fulfilling your promise to Chu Ming, I presume?" Guang Hui asked while looking at Huo Hua, who tried to hide his nervousness from everyone. But as his master, Guang Hui could easily see through the confident and calm facade he attempted to project.

"I...I...yes, I am, Master. Forgive me for my failure," Huo Hua hesitated in his words but decided not to lie to his master, as that would be a great disrespect to him. No one would want to offend such a legendary figure, not even his personal disciple could feel safe doing so.

"Failure? I am pleased that you are afraid. You would be a fool if you weren't, considering we are going to fight that demon. And that would be a failure of mine as your master!" Guang Hui said with a reassuring smile, like a warm sun providing heat and care to his allies.

In truth, he himself didn't let anyone know, but beneath his confident smile and majestic aura, he too felt great tension and a bit of fear about this mission that he was about to lead as the strongest Gu immortal of the current Heavenly Court.

If someone who didn't understand the mission he was about to undertake were to learn that the second strongest living immortal felt tension and some fear, they would be shocked and would wonder who or what could make him feel this way. But the answer was obvious: the strongest living immortal, Kuang Luo To!

"Do you think we will be enough to succeed in the mission...?" Huo Hua asked, worried about sounding too cowardly or like a defeatist, but this was a valid concern as they were going to face the strongest living immortal.

Hearing his question spoken in a low voice, Guang Hui sighed and looked around. Including the two of them, there were a total of eleven rank 8 Gu immortals, all elite of the rank 8 and renowned worldwide, a force that would make any other power in the world tremble with fear and feel infinite admiration for the strength and power that the Heavenly Court possessed.

"According to the Heaven Overseeing Tower Lord, we will succeed...but with great losses." These words that came from his mouth could shock anyone, as a force like theirs could conquer an entire region if they spend considerable effort, but still, this mission would certainly lead many of them to certain death. However, Huo Hua, hearing this, did not show a shocked expression; he simply sighed lightly, as if he had already expected it.

"If I become one of those losses...I ask you to take care of Chu Ming for me. This is my only request as your disciple...." Huo Hua said with a complicated expression because he had long lost his fear of his own death if it was for the sake of humanity and the Heavenly Court. But he feared for the fate his lover, a mere rank 6 immortal, might face at the hands of their enemies seeking revenge after his death.

Hearing his words, Guang Hui nodded and placed a hand on his disciple's shoulder to reassure him. Shortly after this moment, it did not take long for the Heaven Overseeing Tower to cross the barriers of the Black and White Heavens and emerging at the southern border, before coming to a complete stop in a sparsely populated area of the southern border, which had nothing unusual except for a small toad flying in the sky.

"Kuang Luo To, you damn demon, today you will be judged for your crimes...!" Zhi Ming, an old man with long hair and a white beard, who had an innocuous appearance, spoke, making his voice resonate throughout the world.

"Return the Immortal King seed now, and I might be merciful and give you a quick death!" Despite his appearance as a gentle old man, this was one of the most powerful men alive and one of the greatest Wisdom Path specialists of this era, the current leader of the Heavenly Court, Heaven Overseeing Tower Lord Zhi Ming, a person who could make proud powerful immortals kneel in fear just by the mention of his name.

Huo Hua felt his heart beating faster and his throat tightening as he looked at the small toad with an harmless and even cute appearance floating in the sky. But he felt great pressure coming from the small toad, who was the strongest Gu immortal alive, the legendary Kuang Luo To, also known as Fate's Fool.

But as if not feeling any tension in the air or as if they were not about to enter a life-or-death battle, the small toad simply opened a broad smile on his face while crossing his arms in front of his body, as if he were happy after meeting an old friend.

This would be evident from the next words that came out of his mouth, which did not express any hostility as expected from the world's number one demon, who was responsible for the deaths of countless people and the theft and destruction of countless resources.

"Kekekeke... Hello, old friend!" Kuang Luo To said with a radiant, broad smile on his face.
