She lay down on the bed, feeling relieved after all the preparations were done. Amelia smiled bitterly, reimagining the past events that she had experienced until she finally got to this point.
Everything just flowed, the more intimate relationship with Adit. Love made it impossible for her to think clearly, to do whatever Adit wanted to prepare for her escape, which was just a ploy that Amelia didn't realize, even until she was forced to turn David into a second source of money after Robi.
